If you are not a boring grumbler with exorbitant ambitions and fantastic requests, if you are going to Loutraki to relax and the main thing for you at the hotel is porters in liveries, a porter with an outstretched hand and all-inclusive, then you will like this hotel.
Everything is clean and tidy in the hotel, TV and air conditioning work, there is hot water and a hairdryer. On each floor and in the lobby - a router - not super, but quite normal WiFi speed. The beds (as well as mattresses with pillows) seemed comfortable to us - we slept well. The linen was changed every other day. On the balcony there is a round glass table and two plastic chairs - you can sit and drink wine with olives and feta.
A small drawback may be street noise, but my wife and I were lucky in this regard - the room was on the opposite side.
In addition, on hot nights I had to sleep with the balcony door closed and the air conditioner turned on, and this is some kind of soundproofing. (By the way, the air conditioner worked quite quietly).
Breakfast is modest and monotonous (for those who are used to BB in Germany or Scandinavia), but we didn’t come to eat: boiled and fried eggs, Greek yogurt (you can add cereal or canned apricots), cold cuts (ham, bacon, cheese), cakes, tea-coffee-juice. All in all, we didn't go hungry.
The hotel is located on the main street of the city. The beach is a 5-minute walk, even less to the nearest supermarket ???????? , where you can buy absolutely everything and, by the way, pay with a credit card (this is often strained in Greece).
A 10-minute walk from the bus station - you can go to Athens or Corinth (next to it is another smaller supermarket ???? ).
Well, the main thing in this hotel is the people. The owner of the hotel Spiros and his wife Maria are always ready to meet halfway, they always try to show attention, treat them with something.
Leaving here, I want to come back again.

Been there for a week. For the money we paid (€44 for a DBL with breakfast) we expected the worst to be honest. But everything was great! Everything is simple - a small room, everything works, there is a TV, a refrigerator (small), air conditioning, a large balcony (no sea view), the room was cleaned daily, there is smart WiFi.

Nothing broke, there were no dilapidated things, etc. Everything is neat and modest.
Breakfast is a fairly monotonous buffet (meat/cheese cuts, cottage cheese, jams, cereals, drinks, muffins). There were never any vegetables.
It was always possible to park, although the hotel does not have its own parking lot. Reception around the clock. There are no Russian speaking staff. The hotel is small-noise, din, drunkenness, dancing was not observed. Mostly middle aged people.
Sea 200 meters on foot. there are many shops nearby, there is a good restaurant opposite.
I think that the hotel is good and its 2** honest. Many others with 3 *** are noticeably worse!
