arrived at the hotel from a travel agency. To say I'm shocked is an understatement. The room was cleaned on arrival, the only cleaning in a week. Sheets with holes!!! ! (after our repeated dissatisfaction - changed). Towels were not changed even once - referred to the fact that there is no spare linen in the hotel !!!!!!!! ! Breakfasts are very meager and not always fresh (yogurt was sour, boiled eggs not eaten the day before go to the next breakfast, diluted dry drinks instead of juice !! ! dishes with stains in the dining room and there is also a cage with parrots, garbage and dust from them on all tables, which have never been cleaned for a week!! ! Very noisy hotel, The son of the owners, who managed the hotel in their absence, at 3 am began to sing songs for the whole hotel !!!! ! The floors in the room are impossibly creaky !!! ! Worse than hotels and I have not seen the relationship!!!!!!! ! It takes 30 minutes to walk to the center. … More ▾ arrived at the hotel from a travel agency. To say I'm shocked is an understatement. This is not a 3 * hotel, it is worse than a hostel!! !

Was in Prague for the second time. Three years ago I stayed at the Monte Carlo Hotel, "an ordinary three-ruble note. " But I was very satisfied. The hotel is located near the center - in the morning, walking for the sake of walking, 25 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the center by tram 22 or 24, and tram stops are very close to the hotel, which is important when you dream of getting to bed after an excursion with a cruise of impressions and heaviness in your legs. … More ▾ Was in Prague for the second time. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the center by tram 22 or 24, and tram stops are very close to the hotel, which is important when you dream of getting to bed after an excursion with a cruise of impressions and heaviness in your legs. The street is quiet, the door to the hotel is always locked (each guest has his own key to the front door), the rooms are cozy and warm, so you can rest calmly at night. Pleasant, almost homely atmosphere in the hotel, most of the staff speaks Russian, so there is no language barrier - it's also convenient. So this time, I didn’t bother reading reviews and tempting myself with a long search for a new hotel - a variant proven by my own experience is the most reliable! But what was my surprise when I entered the hotel lobby this time! For three years the hotel has simply changed. The owners carried out a reconstruction - new furniture, fresh whitewashing and high-quality wallpaper on the walls, modernized the dining room, internet throughout the building, a cooler with drinking water in the lobby. It can be seen that the owners care about the hotel and strive to create maximum conditions for guests. The service staff has changed, but most of the Czechs also speak Russian, so there were no problems in communication. In February, there were few tourists from Russia in the hotel (mostly there were traveling Czechs and Slovak athletes), so the staff paid more attention to each guest and an individual approach. In the evening, when you arrive at the hotel tired and frozen, at the reception you could always order a cup of tea or coffee (it costs 20-30 CZK), warm up not only from a hot drink, but also from a warm conversation with the reception staff, share your impressions, talk about history Czech Republic and Russia or get information where to go on a day off from the tour.
Have a nice holiday to everyone who is going on vacation!

A terrible hotel, even taking into account our pickiness and positive attitude to rest. Rude Russian-speaking aunts at the reception, who are always not there. The rooms are covered with dust, cobwebs on the ceiling, the towels are not changed, the sheets are full of holes. The refrigerator in the room did not work, when asked "why" on the 1st day, they answered "they will fix it", they did not fix it before departure. … More ▾ A terrible hotel, even taking into account our pickiness and positive attitude to rest. No tea or at least a cup of boiling water you will be interrogated, and at breakfast they stand behind your back out of nothing and watch that you don’t eat a lot (a woman who stole a piece of bread was caught in our presence). We really felt sorry for the woman who cooks and cleans all this "RESIDENCE" alone!

Disgusting hotel! A cobweb with a spider on the ceiling, dirty curtains, a layer of dust on the batteries. For 7 days the bed was not changed NEVER! In the bed, they found fragments of a light bulb broken above the bed... WiFi in the room did not work, to the question "why" they answered us "and you go down to the 1st floor in the hall - it works here". … More ▾ Disgusting hotel!

From the owner of the hotel, in response to all claims, they received only rudeness (such as: "I'm not going to change your number, with your requests you won't like it even in the Hilton")
There was almost never a single employee at the reception. . .
We have never come across a worse hotel....
