There are spiders, field mice, flies in the house, as well as a huge number of GREEN gnats. There are so many of them that when you go out onto the terrace in the morning, they all scatter in different directions. We have 2 beds, one double bed and one single bed. The single bed creaks as it is spring-loaded, with a mattress like a winter blanket. The double bedroom is more like a bed, but the back hurts terribly after the first night. The water stinks of hydrogen sulfide - H2S - rotten eggs. In the shower it becomes only in slippers or flip flops, otherwise pick up the fungus. If you want to go with money, don't rely on TV, only 1 + 1 is normal. The floor is dirty, apparently just sweep it too lazy or difficult

This is the first time I'm writing a review anywhere. We were at the beginning of June (four adults and two children, one of whom is 8 months old). Although I am very picky . . but really everything is very good, from the house itself to the food. The hosts are very hospitable people. who really care about the base, who, by the way, live there.

A terrible situation happened to us, namely on the night of 02.07-03.07. 2016 from approximately 23:20 to 00:45, our room #21 was robbed. By cutting the mosquito net on the window and squeezing it out (the window never opened during the entire period of rest).

A terrible situation happened to us, namely on the night of 02.07-03.07. 2016 from approximately 23:20 to 00:45, our room #21 was robbed. By cutting the mosquito net on the window and squeezing it out (the window never opened during the entire period of rest). They turned the whole room upside down and took money, credit cards, a wallet (which contained many other useful and necessary cards), a monopod, an electric razor, an MP3 player, and a gas canister. And all you can do is earn money, the rest can be restored, BUT the most valuable thing and what led to SHOCK is that ALL women's things were stolen, namely: T-shirts, shorts, dresses, jeans, denim jacket, sundresses, swimwear, jewelry, personal hygiene products, all cosmetics from tweezers to mascara, a backpack. The administration in the form of Dmitry was shrugged off and said that this was the first time for them. But then, having walked around the neighboring bases, sites, the traders learned that two years ago there was also a theft (and in 2015 they did not work at all). And the administrator Elena (Dmitry's wife) did not react at all. Not a word of apology and just humanly there was no relationship. The only treat was three omelettes, three meatballs and mashed potatoes. The biggest shock from your attitude and from theft was made by you, the NEW owners of the USSR (who call themselves administrators). As for the base itself, the water in the taps of the room stinks of rotten eggs, there is no kettle, no glasses in the room. Near each room there is a bucket for garbage, ours was removed only on the third day after the request, although our neighbor friends were cleaned every day. There is NO security, only after the robbery they drove out the poor workers for show, they walked around the territory that day. Although the peasants had worked all day before, they are like different workers. You can also fry a barbecue, this service costs 50 UAH. But it includes only the brazier itself and you will not be allowed to eat in the cafe. You need to either take the dishes with you on vacation or eat from your hand, I repeat in the room there is not a single dish. But we closed our eyes to all this, since the proximity to the sea was in the first place for us. There is only one conclusion, if you want to stay in the literal sense of the demon of cowards and the devil of ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, you can go. For those who want, I can send a photo report and one more thing, at night we left room 21, and during the day they settled their friends in this room, while they didn’t even bother to hang a new mosquito net and remove the old one (which remained falling down aftertheft). Can you imagine people putting THEIR FRIENDS in a robbed room.

We went on holiday for the weekend. The rooms are typical for the Belosarayskaya Spit. June hot. The air conditioner in the room was broken. For more than 3 hours they have been fooling us that the master will come now, and everything will be ok. As a result, the master did not come, and the lady, who turned out to be the director, sends us a selective obscenity and sincerely does not understand why in the 30-degree heat we are not satisfied with a room without air conditioning for 400 UAH.
