From the sea to the central beach, where there is no place at all, 15 min. walk, and to your own beach, you need to go, or walk 40 minutes. To the sea 20 minutes walk, to the beach where people are like fleas. The canteen is terrible, everything is unsalted, there is no salt anywhere, the service is terrible, the appliances are dirty. The food is poor quality and not fresh. The administration is rude, inconsiderate, unpleasant. Transport to the sea is like a cattle truck, where they push everyone all the way to the stop and tear up 10 hryvnias each, where it takes 5 minutes to drive. Terrible place.

1. They settled quickly (we arrived at 13.30, but I saw people waiting from 5-6 in the morning).
2. The room turned out to be with mold under the bed, fungus in the shower room, constant humidity in the room.
3. Music yells until 23.00 (if with children, then do not put them to bed).
4. For 10 days, the room was never cleaned, bedding and towels were not replaced.
5. Cleaning is also bad on the territory.
6. There is an acute shortage of lounge chairs near the pool.
7. There were shoes near the room, children's sandals were stolen
8. The kitchen is like a dessert on a cake - the children said that even in the school canteen they eat tastier. Delivery of dishes late, not very clean appliances, to put it mildly inedible - rubber cutlets, vegetable stew - half-baked, gratin - not gratin at all, coleslaw can be yesterday.
Unfortunately, we paid for food immediately upon check-in. As a result, we went to eat elsewhere.
The administration refused to return the money, ignored questions about cleaning.

The administrator said that it was not his problem that the room was not ready and they did not know what the bed should be, the maid told us that cleaning the room, took out the garbage throughout our stay will not be (only for a fee), and only here before the arrival and fresh towels at least a day we can not see. Food. Three times it cost us 225 UAH / day per person. The usual home diet, soup, borscht, scrambled eggs, casserole, porridge, potatoes + sausage, cutlet, compote, tea, salads. Do not forget to bring salt and pepper in the kitchen, because the dishes were unsalted. All dishes were delicious. Make sure your cutlery is clean.
Transfer to the beach of the boarding house was a PROMISED tour agent, BUT HE WASN'T. "WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN TAKING YOU TWO TO THE BEACH" - the director told us.
Sea. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away.

We rested in a boarding house with children and grandchildren, we were very satisfied. Your guest house was recommended to us by neighbors. They settled us at our request a little earlier, since we have small children. The staff is friendly and responsive to all our requests. The rooms were all clean, with new beds, normal plumbing in the bathroom, hot water was all the time.
