In the shower room, the curtain does not reach the 15 cm tray, all the water drains to the floor, after each visit to the shower, you had to collect water. Constant interruptions in water, at times it simply was not in the tap.
The food is very modest from the cheapest products, pancakes for breakfast were baked in the evening, a serving of two pancakes.
The bed was changed 1 time in 10 days, towels 2 times.
The hotel lacks staff, there was almost always no one at the reception, in the evening it is problematic to get into the territory, the key to the room is one, the gate is opened by the administrator who is busy in the dining room.
More than 1 km to the sea through the park along steep slippery steps, in the evening the park is not illuminated, all the nearby city beaches are overcrowded.
We lived in a junior suite - a clean, bright, spacious room with a balcony and a sea view. There is a plastic basin (to freshen up T-shirts / shorts), no hair dryer (bring it with you if you can’t do without it. I managed - I let my hair rest, dried it naturally). Iron and ironing board - on the first floor.
The staff is very friendly, hospitable - any of our problems found a solution, whether it was the replacement of two separate blankets for one double or information about which sights are best to see and how.
On the territory of the hotel everything corresponds to the description, I will not repeat. I will only note that at our request a ping-pong table was organized, my husband and I played with pleasure. Near the pool in the corner there is a Swedish wall with a bench, you can train while looking at the trees and listening to the birds singing.
They cook delicious. If something doesn’t suit you for breakfast (well, you don’t eat pancakes, even if they are delicious), they will prepare a dish for you at will (for example, they prepared oatmeal for me).
I did not like one thing - that the vacation flew by quickly and I had to leave : ).

Of the shortcomings - there is absolutely no lighting on the nearest streets. Walk only with a flashlight! There is no sign with the name of the hotel.
Balconies with neighbors must be separated by a partition, otherwise the neighbors can easily look into your room or drink on their balcony, but it’s unpleasant for me to look at it.
Wi-Fi was very poor on the second floor.
Administrator Tatyana is polite, constantly advised excursions and told how it is more convenient to get somewhere.
Clean inside and outside the hotel. A security guard is on duty at night. The key to the entrance doors to the hotel territory is issued.
The rooms themselves are very large. All is clear. The room has cold and hot water (boiler in the room), water pressure is good. Electric towel warmer.
Unfortunately, there is no hair dryer and electric kettle.
Furniture and decor in the room are good.
The cleaning of the room was on time.
The location of the hotel is excellent - five minutes from Vorontsovsky Park and ten minutes walk to the sea. View from the windows (balcony) of the sea, you can meet sunrises.
Food at the hotel for 4 out of 5. You can eat, but sometimes it tastes better.
I definitely recommend the hotel!
Rest were very satisfied. If everything goes well, we will definitely come again. In the meantime, the dream is to give up without children on excursions for the new year.
The hotel's lucky find is the complimentary herbal tea served on request), not because it's free, but because it's delicious and fragrant.
The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. Perhaps this hotel has the best service than in many I have visited. For example, the vaunted Kichkine pleased with many factors, but the staff there is worse than watchdogs and is very scandalous.
I give the hotel the highest score, I plan to visit it again next year, I will gladly answer the questions of other tourists.
But for those who smoke - Alupka is a gloom. Only three cafes smoke on summer sites! a cheap eatery for locals - also in the center and in a cafe not far from the lakes in the park itself. so that evenings in a restaurant with a bottle of wine for smokers are canceled. The funny thing is that restaurants are really empty in the evenings - people had a bite to eat, where it was cheaper and ran further go for a walk. and after all, cheerful companies are the main income in resorts for restaurants. they offer to run around the corner and smoke there. funny. in all Ukraine they smoke on summer grounds and only in Alupka you can’t. the terrace at the hotel. don’t judge my smoking, just keep this in mind. and I forgot to write about the hotel - the ladies working there don’t bother themselves much - they don’t wipe the tables in the cafe, they just cover the crumbs and stains with napkins, we asked for food on the terrace, so posu Yes, then it was sour for a day. They’ll lose the salt (it’s clear that there is one salt shaker for the whole hotel), then they’ll forget to remove the ashtrays and dishes by the pool after someone’s nightly spree. in general, they don’t bother with maintenance and you don’t bother, Crimea after all. not five stars.
Now about the cons, there are not many of them, but they still exist.
1. A steep and narrow descent, which not every car can overcome.
2. On the territory where the cottage is located there is a point of sale of tea and other goods of the company "Crimea Teas", that is, an endless stream of people in front of the house is provided to you. This was frustrating right away, but thanks to the staff, who tactfully and politely directed customers to the counters, not allowing them to go to the house, we stopped noticing it.
3. The idea of the parties is very good, the performance of the dancers is excellent, but the cuisine leaves much to be desired. The prepared dishes obviously do not pull even on the menu of medium-sized establishments. It's not tasty.
4. The lame table in the kitchen was "cured" by placing a stone, but it would be necessary to repair it, and the chairs too.
5. It would not hurt to replace the pans and add a hair dryer - little things for the money, but the establishment is an additional plus.
6. Beds were changed quite often, but towels for 2 weeks - never, it didn’t bother us, since there is a washing machine, but still.
7. And the last - the lack of normal cleaning. For 2 weeks they cleaned as many as 4 times, and then the first 2 - only visibility. I think that "generalizing" every day is, of course, superfluous, but it is simply necessary to wipe the floor at least on the first floor every day, since it is here that the whole family is crowded all day.
I painted it in detail, since we choose a place of rest mainly on the Internet. And there is a lack of information. Conclusion: in general, I liked it: a great stay for an adequate price.
