Our rooms were on the 4th floor, with access to the street and a piece of the sea. The room has everything, no complaints at all. Beds are comfortable, linens are fresh. The night curtains are so dark that you can miss the day. Cleaning every day, change of towels and shampoo addition too. Power for 4 with "+". Why not 5? You can't drink coffee for breakfast in the main restaurant, it's not coffee. But the coffee bar is excellent (so in the morning, go there). And, of course, powdered juices. . . Everything else is great. Alcohol: in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner, wine (red, white) and beer. Bring the waiters. Anything in the bar from 12.00. There were queues at the restaurant, but things cleared up fairly quickly. I would say that the restaurant workers are very well coordinated. There was a birthday boy among us (do not forget to hint at the reception), for dinner we received a cute cake and congratulations from the whole team. Very nice! There is a performance in the evening. But there is very little space in the lobby, not very comfortable. No pool. Well, you can take a nap during the day on sunbeds, but we are lovers of the sea. Moreover, it was hot and the water in the sea was 22-24 degrees. The sea is gorgeous! There are few workers who understand Russian, that is, we met two. This is our "magic wand" Dimitri from the restaurant (helped in all matters) and Tatyana (maid). But there were no problems. Very fond memories! Right at the exit of the hotel shopping street. Cleaning was done every day, towels and bed linen were also changed every day, even strange. We thought in the last to leave it as it is, but no, too, everything has changed. There is a mini-bar for all-inclusive, but as other visitors of this hotel wrote, nothing was delivered to us there, it was effectively empty for us. We did not take a sunbed with an umbrella, we took beach towels from the house and as in Palanga. Now about the cons: the hotel accommodation is so-so, I saw hotels with 3 *, but with a sea view. Very, very, very noisy. Even for me, a lover of movement and noise. At 7 am, the service staff began to walk along the corridors and make noise. At first, they didn’t put anything in the bathroom for us (1 soap only, considering that there were 2 of us) and no wine with fruit, which previous visitors to this hotel wrote about). Only after I paid the tip to the maid (on the first day), then we had just enough. And not a very friendly male administrator in the dining room. He sits the visitors at dinner on his subjective attitude. This was clearly visible. Some already had a favorite place in advance and he provided them for them. Very long lines in the evenings in the dining room. I had to stand and wait, and sometimes sit on the aisle. Drinks in the evenings at dinner are paid (we took the breakfast + dinner system). Sun loungers are paid everywhere (4 euros per person) and you need to take towels from home. Bedding is changed every 3 days, it was depressing, to be honest. I asked to change something earlier, but the maid refused even for 5 euros. The pool is very small and smells strongly of bleach. It works until 20:00. We didn’t take excursions, because for a week we walked through the streets, into the old city a couple of times for souvenirs and I definitely advise you to go to Rodini Park. It is small, but so cozy, peacocks walk, you will see ducks, turtles, waterfalls (it's absolutely free).
So in general I can say that I did not regret choosing this hotel, but I would not return there again.

The food is good, varied, but in a week all the variety has become boring, because every day the set of dishes, although large, is the same. The room had fruit and wine. But we took all inclusive. I think otherwise it would be a little expensive, because, in principle, drinks on the island, including just water, are not cheap. Drinks in the minibar were updated in a timely manner. Cons - SMOKING not only in the rooms, but also next to the elevator in the corridor, all the smoke goes into the rooms, including. through the air conditioner from the balcony (but does it clean anything ?! , if you are not lucky to live next to a smoking neighbor (it was terrible for us, but they refused to relocate the neighbors or we were refused) or not far from the elevator. Linen is changed every 3-5 days. Soap - almost no set for 3 days. Because the remnants were taken away during the next cleaning - I had to ask. There is no ventilation in the bathroom - open the door to the room - despite the fact that the humidity near the sea is high - not ice. The maid is noisy, they start making noise early. They break into the room, even if the “do not disturb” sign is hanging. The administrator in the dining room really seats at his own discretion, but if you object or just ask for another place, they rarely object, usually because of saving space when there is an influx of people. Indeed turn to the dining room, but we somehow managed to come in such a way that we almost never stood. Animation is almost zero. For children, in my opinion, nothing is adapted at all, but this needs to be clarified. The pool is tiny, but who needs it at two the seas? ! In general, I would put 2-3 stars. And yet we liked it, but if I went to Rhodes again, I would try another hotel, although in about the same area (primarily because of the peculiarities of ventilation and chicken, that's how tender we are).
