After the spa in the evening we went to a restaurant, there were a lot of people, the girl sang wonderfully, the waiter was sleepy, the restaurant was not ready for the reception, the ordered dishes were for three. 5) The doors in the room are closed only with a strong roar (!!! ), so you can hear everyone who comes to their rooms.
6) About the dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant). Breakfasts are monotonous, meager, tasteless, weathered and dried out dishes, cheap at real cost. All fruits at breakfast are green, unripe. Only once there was fish for breakfast - very smelly, no one ate it. There are dirty (! ) tablecloths on the tables. In the middle of the dining room there is an incomprehensible half-meter tile slide, on which you can slip, the child can even hurt himself. Children's chairs are broken, dirty, it's scary to put a child. If you suddenly take three apricots and three plums from the breakfast buffet with you, then the canteen administrator will call the security guard, as if you were a thief and did not pay for the buffet. The administrators of the dining room (not in uniform, in simple clothes, without a badge) walk around during the entire breakfast and see who has put on a plate how much, whether they are overeating the hotel! I'm horrified at how crazy they are with this breakfast. At the same time, it is impossible to exclude breakfast from the room rate. Isn't it easier to exclude breakfast from the cost of living, because the administrators are so nervous that they will be eaten. It's uncomfortable to be in the dining room.
8) The road to the hotel is located in the alleys, among the slums, while the road is dark and all broken - you had to shine your phone's flashlight in the evening so as not to fall!
9) A day later, at 5 o'clock in the morning (!!! ), they take out the garbage with a roar! The fridge in the room is very noisy. The dryers on the balcony are rusty! The view from the balconies and from the windows is terrible, on the slums.
10) The staff is unfriendly, negative. When you leave the hotel and hand over the cards from the room, the administrator with the security guard at the reception detains all guests for at least 20 minutes - they make you wait until the maid checks the room (!!! ), if you stole something from the room - a broken remote control, old tattered towels Or a falling chair!

Breakfast is good, not very varied, but tasty and not poisoned by anything.
The hotel can boast of its SPA complex, it was a pleasant addition to the rest, we visited it many times, everyone was satisfied. There is an indoor pool and a children's pool. The kids liked the hammam. I took myself several facials and mud wraps. There are no complaints about the staff, they try. There is also a playroom for children, where you can leave children under supervision.
Of the minuses of the hotel - there is no beach, you have to go to the city and there is no WI-FI in the rooms, only at the reception and in the restaurant.
