2. At the end of the first week of stay, money disappeared from the room. It came to light on Saturday at about three o'clock in the afternoon, we immediately informed the administration, asked to call the police. For some reason, it took more than 7 hours to call the police, as a result, the police arrived after 22.00 hours, the hotel management removed itself as if it did not concern them at all. Until the departure on June 12, none of the administration even apologized for the incident, although we demanded to look at all the surveillance cameras and they showed that no one else entered our room except for the sanatorium employees (maids and a canteen worker).
3. The food is disgusting, I have not seen worse. Two disabled men and one Afghan sat at the table with us, all of them remained hungry. The Afghan man, in general, as we understood, left before his ticket ended.
at the very first meal, poorly washed dishes were served (the spoons were with food remnants);
on the second day, for dinner (like lagman ), they added the leftovers of lunch (potatoes from borscht), while the chef brazenly stated that potatoes in lagman can sometimes take on the taste and color of lunch borscht on their own (unlike other potatoes in this lagman) ;
At the same time, when I called the director about all these remarks, he warned me that he was a former employee of the prosecutor's office, and if I filed an application somewhere, I would have big problems and he would collect dirt on me during my stay in this sanatorium !! !
About the hotel: the hotel is good, the location is also good, the beach, lakes are nearby, there are three shops near the village! In addition, souvenir merchants are expensive, of course, well, if you don’t go on excursions, then you’ll go))) They fed well and tasty (three times a day). The hotel has a very large pool, so we went at the end of August, the water was cool, so we swam in the pool! There are three or four hotels nearby, we went to "Shchuchinsky" and "Samal", also nothing, but if you go to have fun, then it's exactly to "Almaz", in a week we had two discos, very funny (Kazakhs light up like that))))) ) San Sanych (guide) is just a good fellow! ) Every day we went on excursions, we liked it the most - of course, ASTANA! The coolest city ever!! ! Very beautiful, there is a lot to see, and not expensive, for their money 6000 Tenge (our 1200 rubles) but 6 hours of pleasure. Be sure to go for a roadside picnic (very fun). In general, we were not bored! The only negative in all this is the road, it is very difficult to travel 16 hours by bus, it is certainly good and comfortable, but still hard! And more about the market - that in Shchuchinsk and in Kokshetau the prices are the same! And most importantly - beware of exchangers, we were so normally knocked over, in Kokshetau - the exchange rate is much more expensive than in Shchuchinsk))) I advise everyone - the hotel "Almaz"))))
