I want to contribute to the benefit of resting people! We decided to go somewhere away from the bustle of the city with my family for the weekend. The choice fell on Truskavets (not far from Lviv, and the road is not bad). We thought for a long time where we would settle. lover of all dishes from the grill) the presence of a delicious smell from barbecue))). We decided to stay at the FOREST hotel. At first glance, the hotel is small, calm. haven't met yet! for a double room (very decent, freshly renovated, even a bidet in the bathroom!!! ) we paid 150 hryvnia per day from everyone!! ! rejoiced at the fact that we would sleep well (I forgot to mention that we were traveling with a 3-year-old child), we decided to go in for a bite to eat. We took salads, dumplings with cheese for the baby (you will lick your fingers), my wife wanted stuffed carp fried on the grill (I was surprised by the price, not per gram as weight but per piece - 65 UAH !! ), and I, your humble servant, took a barbecue ( throughout Truskavets at least 230-250 UAH, and here 150 UAH per kg !!!! ). We took potatoes from the same barbecue as a side dish....the portions are huge (we didn’t finish the salad, we left it in the fridge in the morning), and it’s so tasty I can’t express in words (I’m a specialist with many years of experience on the issues of something fried on the grill! ) Many thanks to the owners of the hotel for such a wonderful, delicious rest-eating))) Special thanks to the grill man (I forgot to meet him)
