For those who love extra pathos and are waiting for a cozy, quiet and comfortable place without compromising the budget, Katrin boathouses are an ideal option. To begin with, I would like to highlight their location. Some remoteness from the village itself, but not too far away, makes its location very successful. It seems to be a little behind the village, but at the same time, the distance to the village is very small. Plus, Feodosia and Koktebel are located very close to the village, so if you want to “spend a meal”, see the sights, take a walk, then 10-20 minutes and you can break into a big life.
The boathouse has one amazing feature, thanks to which we have chosen it for the second time and will probably be faithful to it next year. This is his beach. Large, clean, private, only for vacationers in the boathouse, has all the necessary amenities. Although it is pebbly, the bottom of the sea is sandy, so the risk of breaking the legs tends to zero. Resting on it is a pleasure. People are located at an optimal distance from each other, no one is watching you, no one is listening to your conversations, as usually willy-nilly happens on crowded beaches. In addition, the beach is located almost at the door of the boathouse. The distance is no more than 30-50 meters. Just 5 minutes and you are already on the beach, enjoying your vacation and enjoying the sun.
But besides the beach and location, the boathouse has enough other advantages. For example, the price. It is really low, and given the good location, comfortable rooms with beautiful views, good attitude of the staff, it is excellent. Since I have already mentioned the rooms, I would like to note that everything is very good here. The plumbing does not break, the furniture is new, hot water is constant, the Wi-Fi signal is good, the windows are large, there is a balcony with furniture, as well as a great view of the sea. Everything you need for a holiday is here.
By the way, there is a nice cafe from the boathouse nearby. The food is very tasty and if someone does not want to bother with cooking on vacation, then you can safely go here. For little money, we stuffed our tums here.
I would like to say a special thank you to the owner Katya. A wonderful, smart, lively woman. She was always ready to communicate, and we, in turn, communicate with her with great pleasure. I know that there are a lot of options for the same requests that we had, but my husband and I were in several popular cities and towns in the South Coast and in the West of Crimea, for example, last year we were in Partenit, but were not in the East.
As for the place of rest, then everything was decided quite quickly. Since boathouses are very popular in Ordzhonikidze, we settled on them. It remains only to choose from whom it is, to rest. Since, after reading the reviews, it turned out that boathouses have many owners. But, based on the same reviews, they chose Ekaterina.
We have not regretted our choice at all. We immediately liked Ekaterina Grigorievna. A wonderful and kind person and an amazing hostess. She not only listened to our requests, but quickly fulfilled them.
The territory is large enough. Beautiful and well-groomed. There is parking, which was a big plus for us, since we arrived by car. But the main advantage of the boathouse territory, I want to call the proximity of the sea. The sea is not just nearby, it is right in front of you. I took the most important things and go to the beach, and if my daughter forgot something, then after literally 5 minutes she will already receive her toy.
Concluding my story-report, I want to say that we were satisfied with our choice of the village and place of rest. Of course, we did not spend our entire vacation directly in the boathouse and Ordzhonikidze. We also went to Koktebel to the water park and dolphinarium, as well as to Feodosia and Kerch. We got a lot of new memories and positive emotions. Our acquaintance with the Eastern Crimea was successful, and Ordzhonikidze himself and the boathouse Katran played a large part in this. For which we want to say a big thank you! And next spring we will continue our acquaintance with the Eastern Crimea and go on vacation to Feodosia. We really liked her!

The place itself is very quiet and peaceful with excellent shallow sea without big waves as the place is a bay! great for couples with children and a quiet, not noisy holiday, as there are no discos or noisy bars!! ! at what there is not even in the district! fewer temptations) You can if you really want to sit in one of the two cafes. where to eat by the way, but you can go to billiards! the rooms themselves are well planned and comfortable always clean and not damp! with air conditioning in every room and satellite TV! you can also take the grill! By the way, sun loungers on the beach can be both paid and included in the price again depends on the owners!

The owners would somehow organize an evening rest, a summer cinema or a cafe on the beach with music, at least something. People with us: they will arrive, 2 days stay and leave, boring vacation. We would also leave, but with a child it's hard. Transfer is paid-150 UAH to Katran and 150 back. In general, I really didn’t like it, very much. Better to go to the city, to rest in Ordzhonikidze, now we will know, never again in KATRAN. .

Rested in boathouse number 6. A very good owner (Oleg Nikolaevich) - he organized a transfer from the station for us - free of charge. He also has billiards in the boathouse (American, Russian) - for his guests - for free. Any questions that arose about the holiday were resolved immediately.
About the room: We rested on the ground floor: 2 separate comfortable rooms with 2 double beds, TVs, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and other furniture. There are air conditioners (we did not use). Separate kitchen - with all utensils, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator. 2 bathrooms for each room. terrace with a table and chairs - where you can sit, eat, admire the sea.

As I already said, there is billiards, crocat of water bikes, people rode on a banana, a catamaran, water skiing... a boat... that's what I saw...
About the store: there is a store on the territory - there is everything... products, vegetables, fruits... they also sell firewood for barbecue...
About the cafe: a couple of times they were too lazy to cook and ordered food from the hotel - tolerably but for 4!!!
