We walked for a couple more hours. I split further. . . darling, it's just tiled crap with a cellophane curtain, and the tile is so dirty, there is hair and grime everywhere. . . and there are not even rubber mats either in the shower itself or at the exit from it. . . When I asked for a rug, they looked at me like I was a UFO. Further in the room, the floors are very cold, disposable slippers are not given and they are not warned about this. Then the kitchen is disgusting. . . it’s not tasty and 200 rubles for boiled pasta, I think that the price is rudeness. Although we are not in poverty, they have chicken 200, and pasta 200)))) Oh, I forgot. . . when we arrived, there was no animation. . . here is over. . . and the hotel was chosen for the child, no one deigned to call and warn !! ! In general, under such an impression for the day, I spread the beds. . . and take their underwear. And from the cheapest trouble cotton fabric. . . but that's okay. . . so it's all in yellow spots and holes. . . And then my tower was torn off. . . I screamed so that the neighbors came, I apologize to them. In short, we have a dog. . . and with animals it is not so easy to find a hotel, but staying there is not an option. And since they refused to return the money to me that day, they stayed overnight so as not to trudge with the child and not look for an overnight stay. . . Well, we decided to have breakfast already, it is included in the price. I can't remember. . . I'm hysterical. They took cheesecakes and I break the child, and there is a hair. . . In general, I was accused of the fact that I did it on purpose !! ! Well, I told you briefly)))) but then we rented another hotel, and not far away.... and slippers, and a toothbrush, wine-makers are clean, everything is in beautiful boxes with ribbons. . . They brought everything for the child, the cleanliness is exceptional.... saved our holiday!! ! And I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. . .

But as soon as you set to work, you immediately fall into slavery. All the duties that were discussed before the start of work are multiplied a thousand times and there can be no question of additional payment. You start working seven days a week and no one cares that you went to work on completely different conditions.
An employment contract will flash under your nose, which is not valid, even if you have not signed it - and this is where all rights end.
Take, for example, the position of a catering administrator and waiters. I think everyone knows what is included in the duties of an administrator and a waiter according to the standard. And now imagine an administrator who sweeps and washes floors in a restaurant and public toilets, washes dishes, sits at the cash register instead of a cashier, washes tiles in the pool area and, of course, makes waiters do it, which are only four for 140 people vacationers. Maids are not given to help, because. there are few of them - only five for 50 rooms. You can already imagine how well the rooms are cleaned. Plus, there are 4 unfortunate chefs who also work seven days a week.
At the end of the working season, not everyone is paid a salary. The accounting department, on the orders of the owner of the establishment, delays payments for the (last) month and a half. They unfairly deduct “for this, for that, for that” from the salary. As a result, you get the remaining quarter of the earned pie. Yes, and another small nuance, the "Owner" deprives the salary for any reason or fines half the salary, which you will find out already when calculating. And to the personalities in the position of a bartender in general, separate attention !!!
Get ready for the fact that the shortages will be done by the accounting department, and you will pay for them with a 2.5% mark-up. In addition, the surplus (plus), without which work at the bar is practically impossible, will be considered as a shortage, for which you will also have to pay. All this joy will come as a surprise at the end of the season, because. they make recalculations twice - at the beginning of summer and at the end. You will not be able to prove much, and no one will listen to you, just the GUARD will kindly ask you to leave the territory of the institution.

There is no beach of its own, and in the village at the entrance to the sea there are huge boulders, only at the end of the embankment is a tiny piece where you can more or less go into the sea without getting hurt. Five days later they fled, and we were not alone in this. And not worth half the price!
