Settled for a very long time, or rather for a long time chose a clean room. First we went into one, and there was a mess on the bed, in the other there was no bed at all. In general, after an hour of wandering around the floors, I was settled. The standard bed is comfortable, but the soundproofing and the doors are some kind of wild horror. They click, grunt... And it is also very audible at the other end of the corridor, how the plumber finds out the relationship with the maid. The staff is a different story. Nobody cares about you. They do not work for you, but because there is no more work, and here you are with your requests. The breakfast is tasteless - rubber sausages and porridge in a solid lump, cold mashed potatoes and the cheapest juice. I wanted to know the prices for the summer, but they told me that they didn’t have it yet, and when asked to send it to my email address, follow the site. Terrible, not service.

The hotel was advised by the LASPI travel company, where we contacted in the phone call mode. We booked very quickly, literally in 20 minutes the confirmation came. Check-in did not cause any inconvenience. The hotel fully corresponds to the description. The service is excellent, I liked the beauty salon - reasonable prices and friendly service.

Perhaps in the summer it is even better here, but in the summer we will go to a sanatorium, we have already looked after ourselves an option.

I want to share my impressions of the rest in the hotel Ukraine Palace 4 stars in Evpatoria. We rested there together with a daughter of 10 years from July 4 to July 16.2013. The hotel is located VERY conveniently - near the main street with the Amusement Park, cafes, restaurants and just canteens. Nearby and shops, and souvenir stalls, and everything you need is at hand.

We rested there together with a daughter of 10 years from July 4 to July 16.2013. The hotel is located VERY conveniently - near the main street with the Amusement Park, cafes, restaurants and just canteens. Nearby and shops, and souvenir stalls, and everything you need is at hand. They settled us immediately at 10.00, despite the fact that check-in at the hotel takes place after 14.00, it turned out that they were waiting for us, which is very nice! The room is very cozy, 2-bed, with a balcony and a view of the pool (of course, with air conditioning, TV and refrigerator))). I strongly disagree with the reviews of those who were dissatisfied with the noise, the cold pool, tasteless breakfasts, ants in the rooms and unfriendly staff! But first things first.
I don't understand people looking for inconvenience! If you need a calm, quiet place to sleep all day - go to the private sector or choose hotels that are calmer and cheaper, of which there are hundreds in the area! Everything on the territory of the hotel is arranged in such a way as to have fun, not to be bored! Everything is very well thought out! Aqua aerobics with music (how else? ) under the guidance of a coach in the morning. Comfortable sun loungers, plenty of places - even in the shade, even in the sun - whatever you like, cozy bars where you can get drinks, snacks, and desserts! Children's town, swings for small children, animators for older children. I want to express my gratitude to the animators Vitaly and Naira for the excellent organization of games in the pool and on the playground, for interesting logic games, for discos! Daughter is delighted! Still would! From 10 am to 9 pm (with a break for lunch and dinner) - it's fun and communication! I saw how happy all the children were! Thank you very much guys!!!!!!
About the pool. It is not true that it is dirty, I constantly watched in the early morning how it was cleaned. The water is amazing, not cold! There is a section for toddlers, for older children and for adults. Very comfortably! Unlike the muddy sea with huge stones and the inability to settle down due to lack of space!
Breakfasts. Everything is very diverse - cereals, yogurts, scrambled eggs (or scrambled eggs), cheese and sausage cuts, vegetables and stews and fresh, meat, sausages, pasta, salads, various pastries, pizza, pancakes. There was no such thing that we did not like something or we were left hungry. Thanks chefs!
Rooms. Everywhere is clean and tidy, the room is cleaned carefully, bed linen is changed daily, towels (3 per person) too! The bathroom is replenished with gels and shampoos daily! Not a speck of dust, not a speck anywhere - it's nice to be! Wi-Fi in the halls, beautiful terraces with wicker furniture on each floor.
Very welcoming, friendly staff! If you wish, you can make an appointment with a massage therapist, in a beauty salon. There is a gym, karaoke cafe.
Vacation was great, we didn't want to leave! Great hotel!! ! Great service! Didn't find any cons.
I express my deep gratitude to the hotel administration, animators, maids, cooks, bartenders for making our stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible!! ! We will definitely come back next year!

We "rested" in this hotel with a 3-year-old child and a grandmother. 2-room suite. . . Upon arrival, we liked everything very much: things were brought in, settled quickly, beautiful halls, a room for 3+, but we were not particularly upset. Sea, sun, LUX! First of all, we went to the pool. It turned out to be terribly cold and there is a constant draft, wind, as in the open sea.

It turned out to be terribly cold and there is a constant draft, wind, as in the open sea. Another surprise is lunch: there is no children's menu in the hotel restaurant, there is nothing to feed the child at all. Like a family hotel. Then we went to the sea and it turned out that there is a sea in the hotel area, but there are no beaches. What is presented on the embankment cannot be called beaches: huge stones at the entrance to the water, mud. We went to the Oasis or the Cote d'Azur, it's very good there, but the road was tiring. In the evening we ordered dinner in the room and went for a walk. The surprise was waiting for us when we returned to the room. All children's dishes (I specify, they were washed) and the entire floor in the hallway of the room were covered in ants. Imagine, the baby spoon was not visible, because. She was covered in these insects. I went to the reception. . . they said they'll take it away now. . . they took it away. . . the next day the same thing. I already swear at the reception, to which they told me "If you want, leave", I say "I want". I was informed that we can leave the room earlier, but we will be charged a penalty for the lost benefit in the amount of 1 day. To be honest, I was still ready to pay them extra, just to leave this HELL embassy on EARTH with my family.
My advice to you is don't waste your money on this 2* motel. All the pluses of the interior are overshadowed by the indifference and rudeness of the staff, both at the reception and the senior manager.
In order to be objective, I will write "+" hotels, there are not many of them, but they are:
1. Breakfast buffet. The only food in the hotel that could feed a child (cereals, sausages, pasta, pastries). Not Turkey, of course, but very good, against the background of everything else.
2. When I spoke about the rudeness of the staff, this in no way applied to the restaurant staff (waiters, bartenders). They could always warm up food for the child, they were very polite, they always tried to help. Im 5+
3. Children's labyrinth (for a fee) and playground (free). These two objects were very helpful, because declared children's animation, nothing at all. They work with children 9-11 years old, everyone who is younger does not exist for them.
Here, it seems, is all...

Evacuated to "Ukraine" from the TES-hotel in August 2012. In general, the impression is good, a lot of money has been invested in the interior. Evacuated to "Ukraine" from the TES-hotel in August 2012. In general, the impression is good, a lot of money has been invested in the interior. The settlement went on for a long time - they filled out questionnaires, made copies of passports, etc. , something that has long been obsolete in other hotels. Reminds me of the times of the USSR. The room is cozy, there is enough space, the furniture is relatively new. Didn't like the bathroom. I didn’t want to go into the shower cabin - all the seams are covered with fungus and plaque, in addition, it leaks, so there is an unpleasant smell. It is strange that by investing heavily in the interior of the hotel, they saved on antifungal sealant. The pool is really good. Convenient area. Cons: There are no changing rooms. We were looking for a place to change for a long time - they offered us in the toilet or shower room, and this is not very convenient and not hygienic. Breakfast: something was missing all the time, they asked the boy who monitored the availability of dishes to bring something. He ran frightened into the kitchen. The range of dishes and their quality - three stars with a stretch. A negative moment - either the transformer or the air conditioner worked at night, low frequencies were felt, it was not comfortable to sleep. Perhaps this is only in rooms with windows to the street. Thought to stay another day, but decided to still go home. Breakfast and the night buzz did their job. I can recommend for people who arrived on a business trip, or a short vacation. For a long trip is not worth it, you can find better places for the same money.

ABOUT UKRAINE Palace HOTEL
We lived in a hotel Ukraine (4 *), in which we booked a two-room suite in advance, because. There were no single rooms left at that time.
In general, we liked the hotel. A modern building, a balcony with a wicker chair in every room, chic interiors in the halls and on the verandas, a chic restaurant interior, working elevators, kind staff: both maids, and in the restaurant, and at the reception.
The room had everything that is stated on the site: TV, split, refrigerator, spacious bathroom, in which everything worked. In the living room there is a fold-out double sofa bed, in the bedroom there are two beds that can be put together or moved apart as needed. Plus a lot of additional furniture - a dressing table with a mirror, a wardrobe, a desk, a coffee table, several chairs and an ottoman, a cupboard for dishes.
Minibar in the refrigerator - for an additional fee. Free of charge two 0.5 l bottles of drinking water per day, threads, buttons, toilet paper, soap, shampoos and shower gels. Towels were changed every day and given out 3 pieces per brother, bedding - once every 3 days, cleaning - every day. It’s even funny, but they got us with clean towels - we had to fight back sometimes, assuring us that we didn’t need to change anything, we wiped ourselves with them once, and then not all...
A special place is the pool - chic, huge. 3 containers - a knee-deep paddling pool for kids; jacuzzi; the main pool with a depth of up to 2 m. Around the pool there are countless sunbeds, chairs, tables. Even with a large influx of people, I never saw them all busy. In the courtyard of the hotel there is a summer cafe, a children's playground with a playground and swings, a restaurant's summer playground, massages, locker rooms. . . Free towels were also given out for going to the pool.
Even before the trip, getting acquainted with the reviews, I read that people complained that they let people from the street into the pool for a fee, and that there are a lot of children in the pool who interfere with rest... Yes, they let people from the street - but these are all decent people , not homeless, so they did not interfere with anyone's rest. Yes, there are a lot of families with children in the hotel, respectively, and a large number of children visit the pool, but they are not unattended. Each cub is watched by its parent, they swim in the paddling pool. So the children didn’t cause any particular concern... And then the pool is so healthy, and the area around it is so big that it’s impossible to say that everyone there bumps their priests against each other...
Also a special song is the breakfast buffet included in the price. It lasts from 8.00 to 10.30. Made a positive impression on us. Although I think that it was much more modest than what is offered in the many-sided Turkey and Egypt, it was always possible to eat to satiety. It was proposed: porridge (they changed it - either semolina, then oatmeal, then buckwheat), butter, sliced cheese of several types, sliced sausages of several types, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage salad, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, something meat (cutlets or chicken or fish or sausages), garnish (buckwheat or rice + squash pancakes). There was always pizza, something for tea, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, honey, jam, compotes, water, yoghurts. Sometimes there were pancakes, cottage cheese casserole and cottage cheese donuts, but not every day. All this could be absorbed without restrictions, traditionally it was impossible to take it out with you. Toward the end of breakfast, the tastier things were already over. For example, pancakes, for tea, pizza - after 10.00 it was already difficult to see.
Special words about the location of the hotel. Hotel Ukraine is located on Frunze Street just at the entrance to the resort pedestrian area. To the sea 3 blocks. I think that with the location of the hotel we were just very lucky. Firstly, the entire Frunze Park was spread out in front of us with its hundreds of souvenir stalls, a pedestrian zone, entertainment, hundreds of cafes, an aquarium, and a dolphinarium. A road with buses and minibuses and a tram line passed by. Secondly, the fact that the hotel is located outside the Frunze park itself is also a “+” - no discos were screaming around. It was 3 blocks to the sea, 20 minutes, but what is a 20-minute walk along the main entertainment pedestrian street of the city? Yes, this is a real pleasure, that on the way to the sea, that on the way back. Just had the opportunity to consider souvenirs, study excursions, explore cafes. Thirdly, the main entertainment embankment of the city, the embankment to them. Gorky. A couple of tram stops from the hotel - and we are on Duvanovskaya Street - the second walking pedestrian entertainment street of the city, and 4-5 tram stops from the hotel - and we are in the old city with its Gezlev gates, Karaite kenas and other joys of life. And if you do not go deep into the city, but turn towards the sea, then we are on the second promenade of the city - the embankment. Tereshkova. In short, I personally think that it is difficult to settle in Evpatoria more successfully. Although, given that the city is small, perhaps in many of its points one gets the same feeling...
But still, the hotel Ukraine is not a home, so let's designate a series of "-":
1) In rooms overlooking the street, and not the pool, it is really impossible to sleep with open windows. The tram runs until 12 at night and from 6 in the morning + cars drive + crowds of people walk until the morning. It didn’t bother me much, but I had to sleep with the windows closed;
2) The sofa bed in the living room had a real surface drop when unfolded by 5 cm in two places. It was clearly not comme il faut for my son to sleep on it. We treated this with humor, suggesting that by the end of the trip, his spine was curved in the right way by the steps, and it became habitual to sleep. However, at home such a sofa is only for disposal;
3) Hotel restaurant Ukraine: not Ice. We ate there once upon arrival (except for the included breakfast). We ordered modestly - for a salad, but for the second, and for a drink. It cost fabulously expensive - 480 gr. for two. The food quality was not the best. As a side dish: potatoes with mushrooms, the potatoes were not fried and were crunchy on the teeth. The salad, declared on the menu as a salad with salmon, eggs, greens, tomatoes and dressed with mayonnaise, turned out to be a bunch of greens seasoned with vinegar, which was topped with 3 pieces of lightly salted salmon. This work, which could hardly be pushed into oneself, cost 100 gr. In the menu, the prices were indicated alone, in fact they turned out to be 20 gr. more for each dish that was explained to us as an old menu that came across to us quite by accident. A 10% service charge is added to the bill, and plus the waiters claim a tip. Laughter and nothing more, we didn’t go to this restaurant anymore... I don’t recommend it...
4) My main claim to the hotel Ukraine is paid internet. Yes, there is internet throughout the territory, BUT!! ! From this year it is paid. We counted on a free one - we dragged a laptop with us. Turned out to be 10 gr. - hour. In my opinion, this is petty on the part of such a modern 4 * hotel, which claims to be something. At the same time, it was possible to use the Internet on their computer for free (also 1 hour), and on their own - for a fee. Looks like some kind of nonsense of the administration...
5) Well, I read in one of the reviews earlier that air conditioners are noisy in some rooms. Yes, we were noisy. But, given that it was a split, and that its working unit was on the balcony, and had to sleep with the windows closed, this noise was not supernatural, but quite noticeable, even with the vibration of the walls and the bed...
That's all. We all swallowed it for the first grade. They didn’t dwell on trifles, they were satisfied with the Hotel Ukraine. Evpatoria were satisfied. However, what is - she described... Draw conclusions, gentlemen, potential tourists...

That's all. We all swallowed it for the first grade. They didn’t dwell on trifles, they were satisfied with the Hotel Ukraine. Evpatoria were satisfied. However, what is - she described... Draw conclusions, gentlemen, potential tourists...

To begin with, I can not express my point of view. I don't understand people who complain about the fact that they had some kind of wrong room or bad food or a small pool. Well, it's not about that at all. We arrived very tired and as soon as we went to the reception a girl smiled at us and said "Hello! We have been waiting for you! " I don’t know why it was us, but it was nice) they settled us as we asked not too high, that is, on the 2nd floor.

We were in two local standard and were pleasantly surprised by the room. quite spacious, perfectly cleaned, the balcony overlooked the hotel courtyard (to the pool), comfortable beds, a small TV, air conditioning (though not very powerful), and so on.
some residents complained that there was a lot of noise in their rooms due to air conditioners... although this did not bother us, we were quiet.
the pool is quite large (and there is a small children's pool). but there are too many people in it. There is also a jacuzzi. In the evening, they turn on the highlights and the pool looks just gorgeous.
Food. Of course, the buffet is not like in Bulgaria, but it will do. The food was all fresh, but there wasn't much of a choice.
Because the price included only breakfast, we were offered to take lunch or dinner (75 UAH per person) to choose from.
there are several lunches that include the first, second, salad and dessert (as far as I remember)
Well, we have chosen. came at the appointed time. everything seemed to be brought pretty quickly... but to be honest, the food could be better.
with the second, they generally confused everything there, because. I didn’t eat alone, they put someone else’s side dish on my plate, but mine on the other. but it's still okay. waiting for dessert. 10 minutes... 20 . . we approach the waitress, we ask, they say, "where is the dessert? " Well, she said she was getting ready. We are waiting for another 15 minutes . . there is no dessert. when we finally “ran over” them, they deigned to bring this fucking dessert) but we didn’t dine there anymore.
well, in general:
+ swimming pool
+ number
+ service
- nutrition
- very far from the sea

For the first time in many years, children bathed in the sea with pleasure (they did not like the Mediterranean or the Aegean - because it was constantly stormy and very deep. They rested in Fethiye and Antalya). In Evpatoria, the beaches are really for children - sand, the sea is warm, shallow. The rooms were cleaned every day (very clean and unobtrusive), towels changed every day, bedding - every three days. On the territory of the hotel is clean and very beautiful pool with comfortable sun loungers. There is always enough space. Breakfast - European (sausages, yoghurts, scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruits). In general, a solid European four. GOOD FELLOWS! Near the hotel there is a very good sanatorium - OREN Crimea. You can undergo treatment for the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, etc. (Saki mud, physiotherapy, baths).

I am writing not on my own behalf, but on behalf of our entire company. We happened to be in Evpatoria in July 2010 on business matters. I must say right away that our company consisted of 11 people, including 8 high-ranking persons from the USA. The choice of the hotel came quickly enough - judging by the photos posted on this web page and the characteristics, the hotel was what we needed.

Unfortunately, when checking in, everything turned out to be far from so cloudless - our group was settled for exactly an hour (!!! ) and for an hour, tired after a long journey, people had to crowd at the reception, waiting for the hotel staff (2 people) to scan their passports, give coupons for breakfast and will collect (except for the standard payment for rooms) 100 UAH. from the nose as a refundable deposit. But the most unpleasant thing was that even with a fairly late check-in (at 18.00), two rooms out of 11 were never cleaned!! ! Moreover, at the reception, of course, they did not know about this. A very unpleasant feeling... to enter a musty room and see a crumpled bed on which someone slept before you and you will soon have to sleep in the same place. The reception did not think of any "moral" compensation : ). The breakfast is quite decent, but the pass system actually smacks of "savdepia". But most of all I was struck by the "helpfulness" of the staff at the reception during check-out. Having already received the lesson of a long check-in, we asked to prepare all the documents for the check-out in advance, but since some of the rooms were paid by bank transfer, our request was also partially ignored - the "previous" shift at the reception "forgot" to prepare the documents, which resulted in another half an hour "just me". . .
SPECIAL THANKS for the magnificent bar "Panorama". This is a divine interior! It is great!

Well, let's go to dinner in a restaurant, the dishes are not tasty (mushroom soup, okroshka (fu! ), Fresh vegetable salad. . . We left about 300 UAH of money, and left hungry. We never ate there again - there are a lot of cafes around with prices much lower and much tastier. Our room was a junior suite with a view of the city. Service without pretensions - change of towels and linen every day, cleaning - everything sparkled. Of course, we slept with the windows and the balcony tightly closed - the tram rumble does not give any life. Breakfasts are super! , varied, tasty, there was cherries, oranges every day, yogurts, sausage-cheeses are different, we couldn’t get hungry even by dinner. paid... and here the towels and water are super, a cafe near the pool with pancakes. . in short, we were at the sea 2 times and then standing, because there was nowhere to lie) One depressing thing was that they wanted to stay for another week at the hotel, but no, all the rooms were booked, some Turks came to the conference or something. . football club Kryvbas lived there. . . I had to look around Evpatoria for something simpler, well, nothing, we found it, although the palace cannot be compared with Ukraine. . . but the cost is much lower.
