It is a pity to rate 1 only 0 and no more, the resettlement is disgusting, the attitude of the staff is boorish. Hello : -) FOR A LONG TIME I WANTED TO WRITE ABOUT THIS BOARDING HOUSE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO AND DO BUSINESS WITH ANDER LITKOVSKIAN AND HIS FATHER. People are not very decent and ugly acted with my team: I was lucky 30 people, paid a prepayment, and contractual about the last housing conditions and signed an agreement, but after arrival, they began to predict completely different conditions, much worse coming, because problems arose WITH OTHER HOLIDAYERS-THEY HAVE GIVEN OUR PLACES TO OTHERS AND WE ARE LEFT WITH NOTHING, THANK GOD WE FOUND ANOTHER HOTEL "DOMINIKA" AND THERE OUR CHILDREN RELAXED THERE TO THE GLAD OF GOD.

I am writing my comment for groups involved in water sports: I do NOT advise you to go to this boarding house!!! ! The owner recruits groups without realizing that there is not enough water in the pool for training for everyone, there are scandals between the coaches for water, the tense situation comes to fights. The owner does not participate in resolving the conflict in any way, "sort it out yourself. " So if you just want to relax and swim in the sea, then you are welcome, but for such a holiday you can find a boarding house with more comfortable accommodation and at a lower price. The owner promises to accommodate children for 3-4 people in a room with private facilities, but upon arrival everything turns out the other way around. Again, due to the fact that the boarding house is not designed to receive such a large number of people (and the owner, apparently, did not refuse to accept a single group, either out of greed, or out of misunderstanding), they put 2 bunk beds and a room in the rooms from 3-4-seater miraculously turns into 6-8 local, however, the price for this placement remains the same. When you start to resent on the day of arrival, the owner simply evaporates and at least until the next day you will not see him. There is only one thing left - to settle the children yourself in such conditions and to live in a room with children on a 2-tier bed. Also advice for vacationers who just come to relax with their families: be prepared for the fact that you will arrive practically at a pioneer camp - noise, din under the windows, screams of children and coaches, as well as transformation of rooms, deceit and distortion of information, and a wonderful disappearance and the appearance of the owner.

2) There was always no hot water, you have to wait 15 minutes to take a shower.
3) Beds, made of cheap wood, break quickly and easily.
4) In our room, the air conditioner was broken, so we had to put something in there so that it blew in the right direction.
5) The food in the dining room was constantly cold, even those dishes that should always be hot.
6) The water in the pool was always dirty (all sorts of bugs, spiders, and various insects) it's disgusting to swim in such water.
7) Almost all sun loungers were broken.
8) Ants constantly crawled into our room, and a couple of times, we even found ticks.
9) The mosaic in the pool often fell off, because of this, vacationers could cut themselves, I personally cut my knee.
10) There was no TV remote control.
