We just got back from vacation! The memories are still very fresh, so I'm in a hurry to share!
They met us like relatives, it felt like we had come to our own home! Excellent, impeccable cuisine, good-natured hostess Irina, homely atmosphere and clean clean air !! ! We strongly advise everyone who wants to escape from the hustle and bustle of cities to relax here.
If you are looking for a place where time stops, then this is here in Huklyvoe!
Big greetings from us to the hostess Irisha and assistant girls Sveta and Alena! We already miss your borscht! Wait for a visit! We kiss the people of Kiev: Vitya, Sasha and Andrey.
During our visit, we went on an excursion to one of the surviving underground fortifications of the gallery type of the Hungarian defensive line Arpad from the Second World War, which is protected from destruction and restored by local enthusiastic local historians with their own efforts, as well as to the Khust region of Transcarpathia, which is located not far from the Romanian border, where we visited the very district center Khust, a private cheese factory in the village of Nizhne Selishche, as well as a deer farm near the villages of Iza and Lipcha.
If for the first time (and it was just over a year ago, during the Christmas holidays of 2012) we drove, as they say, "at random" (stopping on one of the many offers on the Internet), then this time we drove purposefully, with a feeling that we are returning to our Transcarpathian home!
Many thanks for the warm welcome to the owner Irina and the "founding father" of this wonderful place of rest Evgeny!!!!
We hope that we will be BACK SOON (wish it would finally happen in the warm season)!!!
Timofey, Moscow
I went just to relax - eat, sleep, walk and periodically work at the computer. I was seduced by the price of 200 hryvnia per day. This is without food.
I will not write anything positive - you will find in other reviews. That's what I didn't like.
1. The buggy is under repair - has been on the move for a long time.
2. The library and video library is old....only if it's completely boring.
3. The Internet practically does not work (unless you check your mail and then not everywhere)
4. Nutrition is peculiar - everything is fatty, often dry. 2 adults + a child is about 200 hryvnia per day (without alcohol).
5. Tea is monotonous, there is no beer. In general, there is not a lot of things - just go to the store and buy
6. Toys for children are old ...it's good that there are a lot of them
7. In the courtyard of the house it’s boring and everything is crap by dogs - you should be ashamed
8. In general, there is nothing to do in the village of Huklivoe itself and there really is nowhere to walk
9. The vaunted bunker...interesting for 5 minutes.
Don't think it's very bad. Probably in the season there is more fun and even beer is poured. 99% of thanks to Eugene - the hotel probably flourished under him. Now the hostess is Irina - I personally was a burden to her constant attention.
In the bottom line, in order to live and eat normally, you need 500-600 hryvnia per day for two. I assure you, for the money there are much better places than Grun Hof
Location of the hotel - in the mountains, in the village. Designed for those who love mountains and recreation away from the accumulation of a large number of people. The hotel owners are wonderful people. Very attentive and hospitable. The kitchen is very good.
The hotel will offer you not only good cuisine, but also organize excursions to any corner of Transcarpathia. It can be an excursion to the mountains or an excursion to Mukachevo castles. Wherever you are going, professional guides will accompany you if this is a tour of the cities and villages of Transcarpathia, and a guide if this is a trip to the mountains.
Two weeks flew by very quickly, but during this time I was able to see a lot of interesting places and meet interesting people.
Undoubtedly, we not only do not regret, but are also insanely glad that we abandoned our usual vacation at sea!
We advise everyone!
This vacation will remain forever in memory!! ! Hurray! )
Delicious cuisine, good location, many opportunities for walking, the owners are lovely.
Near Podobovets and Pylypets, for lovers of winter sports.
I have been several times and plan to come to Grun Hof again.
I highly recommend!
