2. There was no heating, one night we almost froze, we had to send SMS to the hostess, after that they brought us an oil heater and a half-working heater, which we were even afraid to turn on. Then it turned out that before our arrival the boiler broke down, and no one thought that we might be cold.
3. There are few sockets and they are located extremely inconveniently. We turned on the heater in the bathroom and the door was constantly open.
4. We were told that there will be a girl on the territory who can be contacted for all questions, but we saw her only on the last day. Then we were offered to wash things, a refrigerator and a microwave - only before departure there was not much time left to dry things in the room without heating, or to cook.
5. By the way, the girl might not have been met, they just stayed in the room until 11 o’clock, before that they left for breakfast at 9 and 10 in the territory there was no one.
6. They could not use the barbecue, again there was nowhere to get skewers and there was no one to ask.
7. When leaving, they left another bag of garbage in the room near the trash can. 4 days no one bothered to take out the trash.
8. There was simply no one to ask what and where is located, everyone was looking for themselves, by the way, not the best option.
So I think that we just got a roof over our heads for 4 days, from what we wanted to get there was only a shower in the room with hot water.
What can I say good:
1. very good location, close to the market, railway station, bus station.
2. very beautiful design, before leaving we examined all the rooms, the hotel is just super. Everything is done with taste and love, the territory has everything for relaxation, a gazebo with a wide table and lighting, a barbecue, a sandbox for children.
3. we lived on the second floor, the view from the window is simply amazing.
Advice to everyone:
Discuss in great detail the conditions and what number you will be given, and who will be on the territory at what time, and it is advisable to take all the phones, and not just the hostess.

We rented the whole second floor of the cottage for a whole month in June. My husband worked, Danya and I (1 year old) rested, walked. Very comfortable rooms, clean, warm, very beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains. Near the cottage there is a green lawn, there is where to run, sunbathe. The place is quiet, close to the center and the bazaar, which is very convenient because they cooked themselves.

The hotel left the most pleasant impressions, I highly recommend it to everyone.
