Very pleasant and friendly all the employees of the institution and the administrators and girls from the Spa. In general, the day was super, for the soul and for the body. In the morning we went home, we live 5 minutes drive from the hotel. And when we arrived home, I remembered that in my bathrobe in the shower in my pocket I left a chain with a cross and a bracelet, by the way, it’s not small, about 30 grams of gold, I wasn’t even scared, I was sure that everyone would be returned to a hotel with a good reputation. It is not noticeably impossible to shake out such an amount of gold from a dressing gown, this is not a hairpin and not a pin. When they called the reception and said that they left gold in the dressing gown, the guy answered us and said that they would check it now, and imagine it turned out that no one found anything, like that. It became a shame terribly, in the evening we could not stand it, took the child from the kindergarten and went there, the administrator of the institution and the head of security came out to us, explained for a long time that they had searched everything and found nothing, they gave us an excursion to the laundry and to the vacuum cleaners, well, you yourself understand it's their job to remain polite, pleasant, and interested in customers. What type of machine?? ? again, I’ll clarify - I’m really reaping gold !! ! there are no cameras in the rooms, who and how cleaned up after us will not clarify anything, since all actions in the room of any person are not recorded! The hotel looks good. Clean and simple room, could have done better. The room was hot and quite noisy. Breakfast and dinner atoned for the shortcomings of the room - very tasty. For business visits, that's it.
