Vacationing with my daughter. We arrived at the hotel at 21.30 20.09. There were 11 of us in total. from CORAL TRAVEL. At the reception they said that there were no places, although in theory our rooms should have been ready from 14.00 on 09/20/2019. No claims and conversations and calls led to nothing. They extort money in the open. The hotel is dirty everywhere. The hotel guide arrived at the meeting so did not really decide anything. He promised me a free tour. But we never got anything. At 14:00 we were given the keys to the room (Block B), going up there, we were not just at a loss, but completely horrified by the ROOM, as the shower cabin was broken, the hose and nozzle were broken separately. Dirt was everywhere, the toilet was covered in urine - obviously the room was not prepared after the previous guests (the floor was simply not washed).
After a request to change the room, it was refused, because according to the "highly qualified" people from the reception, there are no free rooms.
After swearing, the room was miraculously found, already in Block A, the room was better, but the cabinet doors did not close, there was mold in the shower and only 2 channels on the TV, the refrigerator did not work, there were no glasses.
From the PLUSES of the room: air conditioning works, a good view of the mountain.
Towels waited only on the third day of settlement and then from the CLEANING WOMEN, as at the reception they promised each time "TOMORROW", which, apparently, would never come.
I can't help but mention MEALS!
I'll start with a few PLUSES:
Breakfast could be eaten (scrambled eggs or boiled eggs, toast, pancakes and all kinds of cereals).
Fruits and berries were not varied, but quite acceptable and tasty.
The bread and pastries tasted good.
Now for the CONS:
queues for lovers of nostalgia about the 90s (you need to queue in advance for lunch and dinner if you want to eat something edible).
Plates and forks were constantly sorely lacking. The tables are always sticky, the floor too.
When they were allowed to go to meals, the staff mocked, teased, as if we were animals.
Now for the food itself:
there were always soy cutlets available, which are difficult to eat.
The chicken was given boiled or stewed, no more than 2 pieces per plate.
In general, there was nothing to eat, as the assortment was very SINGLE AND MEAN.
Now a few words about the STAFF of the hotel:
The maids do not speak Russian, they do not speak from the word AT ALL.
The floors are washed every 3 days, and then if you ask. Sheets changed once in 8 days!
At the reception there is a PURE-BROOD HAMLO, who pretends not to hear anything, and if he does hear, he starts to be rude. To provoke to abuse. To scoff. The management is always "absent" in the hotel.
The overall impression of the Hamlo hotel is dirt and tasteless food.

Check-in time came at 14:00. At the reception they said that there were no free rooms, after the scandal with the threat of a refund, the rooms appeared. We go up to the room on the 3rd floor. Room 1618 has torn curtains, the refrigerator does not work, the shower cabin is just on the floor, the doors are nearby. No ventilation, stinks of mold. There is no hot water, the diffuser in the shower is rotten.

After waiting in the wings, they took the key to the room. The room is just HORRIBLE there is dirt, fungus and hair all around. In the bar, the choice is not only poor, it simply does not exist - Galim wine, gin, vodka (the latter do not differ much in taste) and beer - which is served in REGULAR glasses!! ! Everything is served in these glasses, there are simply no others. The bartender is always with a disgruntled face, he always dumps somewhere, because of this there is a constant queue (works from 10 to 10 bar, according to the all inclusive system, in a 4-star full-time hotel, from 10 to 10).
There is a separate topic about queues here - they are everywhere !! ! For breakfast, lunch, dinner, there is a constant line, there are not enough tables, there are not enough cutlery, plates, too, if they are brought, they are greasy, not washed. (here our mentality also plays an unpleasant role, they grab everything and more, even if it is and will not be, most do not follow the children, they drive like scalded only and dodge them with boiling water or a plate, some mothers chase their offspring for spoons or with forks, so this kid grabs a meal from about 10 appliances and brings a satisfied mother who, in turn, simply puts unnecessary appliances next to her and calmly starts eating, without even bothering to harness her child to take the excess back) The tables are also forever dirty, they only wipe them dry cloth and USE! There is no mention of any detergents.
The whole hotel is essentially sloppy, everywhere dirt and food lying around. On the flight of stairs near the reception there was a piece of watermelon lying around, so no one cleaned it for 2 days.
A lot more can be written about this dump and about most of the individuals who work there (there are good workers there, but very few), but I want to quickly forget this horror.
The landscape itself, the mountains, the sea is simply gorgeous. Watching the mountains while swimming in the sea is something))). We tried to fill all the days with some kind of outings, excursions, walks, just to stay longer away from this broken-down hotel.

Hotel: we arrived at 9 am, check-in at 2 pm. At 12 pm we asked at the reception if they could check us in earlier. The administrator gave the key to the room and said that if you like it, then we will agree. We looked, the room is spacious, bright, although the windows overlook the platform with animation, which was a minus for us, in the shower there is a small rusty watering can, from which water flows in only three jets, a sink with a rusty faucet. OK. I really wanted to lie down and relax, and we agreed, but the admin asked for $20! For what? ! For what will populate us earlier? ! We refused. Got a room later, but much more comfortable and with windows on a nearby hotel. The cleanliness of the room, bed linen and towels leaves much to be desired. We had our own towels. The shower door does not close. Cleaning every day, but only the floor, and that is purely symbolic.
From conversations, we learned that someone was settled in a room without furniture, they simply gave mattresses, a family of 4 was settled in a double room, someone did not have bedding, many did not have towels.
Well, if they give one per person. Is this a 4* hotel? There is no free Wi-Fi, but there is for $ 2 per day.
Dining room: the food is monotonous, pickled cheeses are good only in the morning, by lunchtime already with spoiled sourness. Soya meat, sometimes a little chicken. Of the fruits, only apples, watermelons and melons. Daughter caught a bitten cucumber in a salad! There are not enough plates and cutlery, and even poorly washed. Tables are dirty. The dishes are collected, the tables are not wiped until you say so.
The beach is small. There are not enough sun loungers for everyone, and even some are broken. We took places early in the morning and for the whole day. A shower is a trickle that blows away in the wind. Towels for the beach are issued at the SPA center on a deposit of $ 5 per person, $ 3 is returned upon check-out. The sea is clean and good.
