Now about the advantages of the hotel 1) Green area 2) good beach 3) water was treated in the pool 4) a clean toilet where the pool is 5) a good festive dinner was for the new year there was a variety of food, but for Christmas not very much! Well, in general, the hotel is normal, but I would not consider returning there again and again!
To bring with you parents of the age or very young children / grandchildren - I see no reason to overpay for "all inclusive" - here, as in Thailand, there is a lot of food on the streets inexpensively.
wi-fi works fine throughout the territory, though I had to switch - just On / Off, otherwise it would freeze; in other hotels it happened on old phones like iphone 5s wifi did not work -here
all OK.
The territory is large (for Mui Ne) - because of this, I think there is no green grass, it is difficult to take care of it - in hotels with a smaller territory there is, it's very nice.
The room is ordinary, the air conditioner / refrigerator worked, everything was completed in detail with us - the light bulbs were replaced, the shampoo was added ....
At first, I was disappointed by the lack of bathrobes, coffee, kettle, iron, hair conditioner (even in 3 * they have it, they are used to it), then they bought the necessary things.
They said at the reception - this is the new policy of the hotel, but I think this is a cost savings, sort of like Dessole closes in Nha Trang.
The food is very decent, seafood in the evenings, 4-5 types of fruit, alcohol is delicious for this price / quality.
The animation is also decent, especially Aleksey - always positive, smiling, trying to lure everyone into the game.
The child is more delighted with Ana-Nastya, why - does not explain))
Reading the previous review, I will comment:
mice / cockroaches were not seen, apparently they are fighting here, but in other hotels I even saw rats, a lot in the evening.
I spoke English with the staff, they know badly, Russian - 2 people, but always all issues were resolved through the reception.
napkins (as well as cutlery) in restaurants are in the public domain on top of chests of drawers along the walls, you can always take them, they were often not on the tables.
About the "compliment to regular guests of the hotel" - a really miserable tradition, it seems they were singled out, but the bonus in the form of canapes / alcohol is a shame.
We rested from March 16-30 this year in Vietnam (from Ho Chi Minh City), in the village of Kega - Sea lion2.
What can you say about travel. The flight was excellent - Vietnam Airlines - fed twice, on board you could watch videos, listen to music, etc.
Then the transfer is a separate story - it takes 6 hours to go to our hotel on broken roads. . very tiring. . the bus constantly drove in the opposite direction, which is unsafe and nervous.
The hotel is located far from everything - there is not a soul in the hotel - 5 people from strength are with us. the territory is well-groomed, but the beach ...garbage was constantly brought from the sea or from somewhere else - and candy wrappers and bottles and even incandescent lamps. . terrible sight. . You can’t enter the sea - the waves are such that it knocks you off your feet. in 14 days we managed to swim in the sea more or less twice ...on the rest of the days we just splashed. . hung a black flag.
Breakfast at the hotel is good. . But to eat at lunch on the menu is not tasty and expensive, compared to the village of Phan Thiet or Mui Ne.
there is no entertainment in the hotel. . there is nowhere to go anywhere - only fishing slums around ....
But since we are young, every day we took the bus from the hotel and went to Fathiet or Mui Ne. . expensive took about 1-1.5. . in the heat. . and on a terrible road, they took a taxi back. cost about 600 local money. conclusion = often do not run over. well there were three of us and we divided into three ...
Mui Ne village - there you can only go shopping and eat. . there is nothing interesting.
Excursions - took three - In Dalat, on the Dunes and to the recumbent Buddha.
The south of Vietnam was not impressed at all, there is nothing to see on excursions, everything is a new building ...The streets are dirty.
The climate is also not suitable for fair people - the skin burns instantly, no matter how you smear it with products. . burns and dry skin. . Went for aloe wraps.
So the rest turned out not rest. . We do not recommend this hotel for young people, because the melancholy is green. . and not get to the center. . .
1. Transfer.
Booked a private transfer from Ho Chi Minh City to Mui Ne. They gave us a minibus with a driver and a Vietnamese guide (very incomprehensibly speaking Russian). There were four rows of seats in the minibus and the legs did not fit between the seats at all, I had to sit sideways. When we arrived the representative of FOCUSTRAVEL Marina tel. 01255652614 said that it turns out that we ourselves ordered an individual transfer with a guide. We were very surprised, because we needed a passenger car in order to more comfortably overcome the five-hour journey with the child.
That is, they deliberately deceived us and cut down the money for the guide, and we were driving in a terribly uncomfortable minibus.
On the way back we demanded a car without a guide. The car was served, but with an hour delay.
2. Hotel
At the hotel, we paid for the Delux SV room (superior with sea view).
As a result, they wanted to settle us in a small room (Standart) overlooking the pool. For more than two hours we argued at the reception. As a result, we were settled for one night in a Delux SV room, but with two beds. The next day we moved to a normal Delux SV room with one large bed.
The rooms were cleaned well, bed linen and towels changed every day.
The hotel area is beautiful.
The pool was closed for 3 days, a day later it was closed again for a day.
The beach is not cleaned at all, dirt and debris.
The tour operator did not warn that at the entrance we should check the availability of the provided items and count everything, as a result, we had 2 kimonos in the room, and there were three of us (2 adults and a child). When leaving, they began to demand a third kimono from us, again they argued for an hour, but they did not pay. Conclusion: you need to recalculate everything at the entrance.
During an argument about a kimono, we called our representative Marina and asked her to come and deal with the situation, to which we received the answer: “I live far away and cannot come. »
3. We went from this operator on an excursion to the reclining Buddha and to the lighthouse. The tour was not interesting, free time was not given almost at all. You have to take a boat to the lighthouse. The boat was filed five meters from the shore, there were waves, until they reached it on the water, everyone got wet. It was necessary to get into it directly from the water, as a result, one woman could not jump into it and remained on the shore.
4. Insurance company "insurance group MSK"
My husband was allergic to the sun (rash all over his body and severe itching), they wanted to call a doctor through the insurance MSC. The insurance company told us that if you have a solar allergy, then the insurance company does not pay for it and you will pay $ 120 yourself, that is, solar allergy is not included in the insurance!
As a result, they found a Vietnamese doctor who speaks Russian, who took $ 10 for a consultation and prescribed medicines. The allergy went away after 3 days.
