Strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. The room we were given was dirty. Poor renovation, which was done 20 years ago. The armchair, which is photographed in advertising photos, was carefully stolen from the room by someone. Narrow beds. The wiring in the lighting fixtures is broken, which is why they either shine or go out, which really gets on your nerves.

The armchair, which is photographed in advertising photos, was carefully stolen from the room by someone. Narrow beds.
The wiring in the lighting fixtures is broken, which is why they either shine or go out, which really gets on your nerves. The room is VERY dark!
The bathroom has a broken sink. Instead of a plastic curtain that protects the floor from water when taking a shower, the most common rag hangs - an old rag and, disgustingly, dirty curtain. This is just nonsense and absurd!
A set of towels for two persons caused bewilderment: one bath and three foot. Those. some of us were asked to wipe the body and face with a small foot towel.
Wardrobe without a door. The kettle, in which it is proposed to boil water for tea, has an absolutely rusty spiral, which is unacceptable!!!
The radiator (battery) in the room and the coil in the bathroom are completely missing! Those. you won't be able to dry anything.
There is also no fridge in the room.
Under the windows there is a bar where drunken customers scream all night.
Such an attitude towards guests who pay decent money, I can call extremely boorish and disregard. This hotel cannot even have one star, because it is a real stable.
Krakow has a huge number of great great hotels and for a lower price. Choose them, not the Company. The next day we moved to a wonderful clean hotel with a modern renovation.

Good hotel, good location, quiet, all attractions within walking distance. The rooms have good beds, a kettle, tea and coffee bags, every day they put new disposable cups and glasses. Bad - the centralized air conditioner is buzzing (infa for girls, )) it can be turned off on the panel in the room. Bad - the hotel ignores emails, so if you write and there is no answer, do not be surprised.

It’s better to book a hotel in advance, on booking. com it’s much cheaper there than in the hotel itself, it’s checked by yourself, such a booking works like a clock, and it’s suitable for the embassy, you don’t need to send requests to the hotel.
You don’t even need to take a taxi from the bus and railway stations, even with bags, everything is nearby in a straight line through the park, literally 5-10 minutes.
