The room, for the first time, for the second time, is in good condition, all the furniture is comfortable and well-groomed. What we return to this hotel for is the SPA area and the pool. The people who work there know their job very well and do it very well. The prices for two years have not changed in any way for a year of time. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive to every guest. Of course, we go here not only for the spa, there are also beautiful mountains and beautiful ski slopes. Everything is looked at with conscience. Such a high level of service is worth the declared money. We will be back next winter for the third time.

Small hotel but very nice rooms. The room is very comfortable. Modern design. The quality of the furniture is high. Everything is chosen with taste. Clean and plenty of space. I really liked this hotel. I would love to live here for a week or two.

Perun Lodge 4 * - a beautiful solid hotel in Bansko. The hotel has a good location close to the ski lift (10 minutes walk). Upon entering the hotel, a spectacular hall in the form of a library immediately catches your eye. The hotel rooms are stylish and of good quality. Everything in this hotel is done in good conscience, soundly.

The textiles are of course clean and fresh, but the dust on the TV, mossy clods of dust and frankly large pieces of incomprehensible garbage were generously spread out on the floor.

I'll start with the fact that in a wonderful 2-room suite it was not cleaned. The textiles are of course clean and fresh, but the dust on the TV, mossy clods of dust and frankly large pieces of incomprehensible garbage were generously spread out on the floor. Maybe it was possible to turn a blind eye to this, but we had a 10-month-old, crawling baby with us, and every time he was on the floor, I was terrified. They asked to clean it more than once, but to no avail, and after they saw and heard the same complaints from other guests, it became clear that the lack of a cleaning standard is the hallmark of the hotel. So I myself collected this garbage and moss dust with napkins, for 7 days not a single high-quality cleaning.
There was the same picture in the pool, dirty stains and hair on the floor, some dirty tricks also floated in the water. At the same time, the general manager was engaged in the fact that in a rude form he drove out of the empty fitness room the guests who came from the pool in swimming trunks.
We asked at the reception for a bathrobe, for 7 days they did not bring it.
Breakfasts suck: fried sausage, sausages, sometimes bacon, scrambled eggs, vegetables and cuts, croissants ended very quickly. There was no black tea either, only herbal teas. Moreover, this meager assortment was constantly ending and the guests stood with empty plates and waited. And when the potato balls were brought out, it was just a holiday.
In addition, the stay was overshadowed by the loss of a children's, but expensive jacket on the territory of the hotel. This loss will remain a mystery, because. adults carefully monitored things and checked the surroundings before leaving, and under the table, it is possible that she disappeared from the room... although this may be our inflamed fantasy. At the reception, they immediately said that the employees could not take it, so that we would not even come up and ask again, they were in general there in an eternal steam.
In any case, with such an abundance of decent hotels and apartments in Bansko, I advise you to choose something more in line with the declared standard.
