The hotel was chosen based on price and location. There was no cheaper option in this area of Sharm. Read the reviews, it seems more or less, it turned out. Check-in with a delay of 1.5 hours, waiting at the reception. Check-in at 14.00, we were settled earlier than this time, but I came up several times and bothered.

Check-in with a delay of 1.5 hours, waiting at the reception. Check-in at 14.00, we were settled earlier than this time, but I came up several times and bothered. Then they offered a room with a view of the pool for an additional fee or a regular room. We took it at no extra charge and everything turned out to be very good, the room was right next to the palm tree and quiet. The hotel has palm trees growing right inside the building. There are three buildings in which you will be accommodated - this is how lucky we were in the first one from the pool, where the restaurant is located, everything is nearby, we liked it. There were no Russian-language channels in the room, I don’t know about others. There were many Egyptians in the hotel, few Russian speakers.
600 meters to the beach, they give coupons for the whole day, you can leave and come, the next day you need to take new coupons at the reception. The beach is very small and 4 hotels go there, and sometimes more, we asked the beach worker. It's better to come there by 6.00, it's quiet, beautiful, calm, clean in the sea and all the sunbeds are free, then, at 9-10 o'clock there are no places. You can go to other beaches, if you want a place there, then it's 3-6 dollars, depending on their greed. The beaches are closed for swimming at 18.00. The fish on the neighboring beach on the right into the sea, close, there are a couple of reefs, you can swim there, they don’t scold that you are from another beach. Take swimming masks with you or buy them there, you can just stand in the water, bend over in the mask and watch the fish, give them a bun, then all the fish are yours. Wake up there until 8.40 and go to breakfast. The day is very hot and there are a lot of people.
The Internet is shitty and only near the reception, everyone is given their own username and password, they constantly need to be re-entered when entering the Internet.
There is a variety of alcohol in the bar, they can also make cocktails if you have everything inclusive, they also give ice cream at the bar near the pool at 16.00, there were no restrictions, but we didn’t dare, we took two servings. Also give bottled drinking water in bottles of 600 ml. We took 4-6 bottles a day, approached the bartender two or three times, gave 2 bottles for two at a time.
The Egyptians on the street are very annoying, they pull me into their stores, one of them didn’t even want to let me out and tried to grab my hands, as I barked at him “REMOVED HANDS”, so he fell behind. In general, do not stand on ceremony with them, they are very arrogant and lie, there are normal ones, but they are few. If you buy something, then do not hesitate to bargain, sometimes the price can be twice as different from the neighboring tent, so it's better to walk around, find it cheaper and still bargain there. Most of our people buy mangoes there.
We did not take excursions from the hotel guide, everything, as usual, is more expensive in the hotel. Juices, too, do not buy at the hotel, it's expensive there. There is a Fix Price store, where everything is cheaper and you can pay by card. Dollars are accepted everywhere, even in a pharmacy. It makes sense to exchange dollars for local currency, as it will often be cheaper in local currency, change from small dollars may not be given. The minibus costs 5 pounds per person. A dollar costs 15.60 pounds. That is, for example, in a minibus you can ride 3 people for a dollar, but if you two give a dollar, then they won’t give you change, it’s better to give 10 pounds. One minibus generally became insolent, after we had already traveled with him and gave a dollar for two, he demanded another dollar, supposedly for each person. I told him that he was crazy and we gave him more than necessary, and if he doesn’t like it, then let him drop us off, then he calmed down. He was not at all embarrassed by the passengers on the bus and so brazenly wanted to deceive. A bluish minibus goes to SOHO, and in the other direction to the Old Town, the price is the same, in principle, only they go there. Taxis are much more expensive, and the minibus travels much faster than a taxi. I recommend visiting the evening SOHO Square, a lot of lights, a fountain, statues.
The food at the hotel is normal, but monotonous, however, there is plenty to choose from, you will not stay hungry, there are many desserts.

My husband and I went to this hotel for the second time. The staff is polite, they understand Russian. Very good polite bartender Walid (Russian is the best here knows). Food for 3 * on 5+ on a five-point scale. But to be honest, we were driving and wanted to try to relax at the Luna Sharm Hotel... But on the second day I had to run away from this hotel, taking my hands in my legs with the help of the tourist police.

But to be honest, we were driving and wanted to try to relax at the Luna Sharm Hotel... But on the second day I had to run away from this hotel, taking my hands in my legs with the help of the tourist police... But that will be in a separate review...
There are two beaches assigned to this hotel. We always went to the one that is closer to Viva Beach, 10 min. walk from the hotel. The beach is good. For both small children and adults, the beach is super.
3-5 min. and you are near a variety of souvenir shops.
The hotel is located close to everything you need, and not somewhere on the outskirts of civilization.
Many tourists come here for vacation more than once... At the hotel we met a well-groomed grandmother from the UK, who fell in love with this hotel so much that she has been going to this hotel for more than 10 years.
And we, having experimented this year, decided that we would only go here to rest.
My husband and I recommend the hotel for both young people and families.

Vacationing with my husband. In Egypt for the tenth time, previously were predominantly in 5* and also in 4*. This time, due to the affordable price of the tour, we decided to try to relax in the top three, and we were pleasantly surprised: nowhere before, where we were in 5 * and 4 *, no one cooked so tasty! Food is the bomb! Egyptian food has never been sooooo delicious! I do not take into account the top hotels, like Barcelo, Rixos, Sheraton, Hyatt, etc.

But for the top three - the level of nutrition is very honorable! Yes, the chefs serve meat and fish in portions, but this is quite enough, since the food is very tasty, each time there are different types of meat products, and you can always ask for supplements if necessary.
The room for a triple is small (cozy), neat, cleaned well, the mattresses are hard and the linen is white, which, again, pleasantly surprised (they didn’t give any van dollar). Disadvantages of the room: uncomfortable shower, the shower curtain is too close and when taking a shower, almost the floor of the bathroom is flooded, because the water does not drain well. But if you take a shower for a short time, then there is no problem. A very powerful hood is built into the wall above the toilet, like those installed in factories, that is, the hood will work for half an hour and all the water will disappear, even if the floor was a little in the water. Of the minuses of the room: through the entrance doors you can hear everything that happens in the corridor, as well as in the main bar, if you suddenly get a room in the building near the bar, and if some very cheerful Russian company suddenly arrives in parallel... : )
Territory: everything is sooo beautiful and, most importantly, well-groomed, which is amazing, as for an Egyptian 3 * hotel. The territory is small, in front of the hotel entrance from the street side, local landscape designers made a very beautiful decor of three arches of green bushes, near the unfinished spa from this hotel. One gets the impression that initially it was supposed to be a four or five, but something went wrong, and officially the hotel is listed as 3 *, but in reality you can safely give 4 *. Another nuance of the territory: three buildings, and only one of them has balconies, but mostly only Arabs settle there. Most rooms have the usual sliding window and a small railing where you can dry your swimsuit, for example. We had a building near the main bar and the windows went straight to the second building, that is, there is no special view from the window, but for loyal tourists who go to the top three, this is not the main thing. To all those who want an ideal level of service and lobsters for breakfast/lunch/dinner - you are in hotels like Rixos, Sheraton, Barcelo, etc. By the way, about the level of service: I was pleasantly surprised: the cleaners came up every day and asked with a smile if they liked the cleaning and if something else was needed.
There is a swimming pool on site, but in winter the water is very cold.
To the sea, leaving the hotel to the right and, practically, in a straight line, walk at a leisurely pace for about ten minutes. Beach "Viva" - excellent, lagoon, sand, for children - the very thing, the depth is gradual, there is no smell of gasoline from the boats standing on the right side (the beach of the "Marina" hotel). You need a daily ticket to the beach, come to the reception and say "Ticket" and call the room number, the administrator issues a coupon. With one ticket you can come twice a day, the first time you hand it over to the beach keeper, the second time on the same day you just show the Falcon tag on your hand and say that you were on the beach today, if anything, call the room number. For some reason, they are strict with this: one coupon for only one day.
Regarding drinks: beer is paid on the beach, but there are no toilets. Officially, it is not allowed to bring your own water and food to the beach, but if you do not advertise much, then no one clings, at least the water is not taken away.
The hotel bar has beer, but not from 10 to 00, but somewhere from 11-30 to 12-00 and in the evening before dinner, or after, that is, there were interruptions with beer, which was explained by the large influx of users. The beer is good, in the lobby bar it resembles "Stella", in the pool bar - like our "Obolon Light". Sometimes "Stella" tasted like our "Landing 8%", it's hard to say what it was connected with, but it was.
On our arrival, there was no special animation in the hotel, but on the other hand, it’s stupid to expect animation from a three-star hotel. Nearby is the unfinished entertainment complex "Genena City", where various shows are often held and there are several cafes, although there is no alcohol there. For lovers of entertainment - welcome to Naama Bay, to which from the hotel down in a straight line - three minutes, if not two. Were, by the way, at the disco in the cafe "Hard Rock". The music is not bad, but it's soooo smoky, because, it turns out, among the Arabs - dancing and smoking is something like a good manners rule. Many vacationers were not enthusiastic about "Hard Rock", I will also answer - so-so. Nearby there are other disco, perhaps they will be better.
Regarding check-in and check-out: check-in was in the evening for dinner, they settled quickly, everything is ok. Departure from the hotel was at 14-20. The room, as expected, was checked out before 12, or rather, they overfulfilled the plan, since they had gathered the night before and checked out the room at 10, which made the admin very surprised and asked exactly when we arrived at the hotel at the beginning of the tour. They replied that in the evening. He said that if so, then we, although we hand over the bracelets, and according to the rules of the hotel, the all-inclusive service ends at 12-00 on the day of departure, we still have the right to free lunch and drinks until 15-00 and wrote out the appropriate coupon . We were very pleasantly surprised by this.
We are very satisfied with the hotel, next time we go only here, but already the three of us with a child (teenager). There were many children, even up to a year or two, in these cases, of course, it is better to take baby food with you.
To all the dissatisfied who have visited "Falcon Naama Star", I wish from now on to go to "RIXOS" and similar hotels, and already demand from them a first-class level with an entertainment program!
In the meantime, "Falcon Naama Star" has fully justified itself from a positive point of view : )

Half of the hotel rooms do not have hot water, in our “suite” the cell for reading the card to enter the room did not work, because of this, the door was knocked out three times, then we entered the room through the window, we were already tired of watching and sitting on 40 minutes as they take out the doors and nail them back, since the room is on the first floor, they entered through the window !! ! In luxury!!! ! Cleaning was 3 times in 10 days, linen was changed once! Towels may not be left at all, you need to run to the reception and ask for something to be brought and wait again.

The administration says everything will be fixed and nothing is done! The air conditioner doesn't work. Strangers walk around the hotel, without bracelets, not guests, some locals. We were from December 31 to January 10 and every day more and more dreamed of returning home from this horror. Half of the guests at the hotel went and also resented. If possible - choose another hotel, do not spoil your vacation.

Rested with the family, two meals a day (HB). A big plus of the hotel is the dining room, they fed well and enough, they were not hungry, every day they gave meat, fish in unlimited quantities for dinner, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs for breakfast. From meat: chicken, duck, lamb (stew and kebab), several types of fish (they said tuna, there was also fish that tasted like sardines, I don’t understand them much).

From meat: chicken, duck, lamb (stew and kebab), several types of fish (they said tuna, there was also fish that tasted like sardines, I don’t understand them much). From vegetables - salads, at least 8 types, including sweet (melons, oranges) and a couple of times meat and fish, cutting from tomatoes, cucumbers, a lot of bakery products. From the side dishes - rice / pilaf, lentil porridge, beans, potatoes (crushed, in pieces), vermicelli, 2 types of soups (stew without meat), (corn balls with milk in the morning). There are a lot of sweets and delicious: baklava, pudding, jelly and other oriental sweets. From fruits - orange, melon, dates (1 time in 7 days) alternated.
Drinks - instant coffee, tea bags, sweet drinks, there were 4 types in total, which were changed periodically and served 2 types according to the Jupi type.
There were enough tables and cutlery, tables were both in the dining room and near the dining room by the pool. At the opening of the dining room, both in the morning and in the evening, there was always a queue, after 30-40 minutes it subsided. Every evening there was an entertainment program for children, animators worked, for adults there were folk dances a couple of times.
On the territory there are: a swimming pool for adults and children was not heated in December, a playground with swings, a volleyball court, table tennis, a hookah room, and billiards indoors. Wi-Fi worked for free at the reception, very weak, it was only possible to send a text via Viber, send a photo or go to some site, it was almost impossible. I populate immediately within 10 minutes, after filling out the questionnaire and processing the documents.
The rooms are spacious; in the shower (staff replenished), toilet paper, towels. The bed is clean, not torn. Cleaning was carried out every day, 5 times (they swept, sprayed the floor with disinfectant, once they cleaned it with us) and made the bed in their own way, changed towels and made swans from them once, it’s nice, especially for children.
The hotel has a beach "VIVA Beach" attached to it from the hotel to go for 10-15 minutes. Beach towels were taken from the hotel and handed over in the evening. To get to the beach, at the reception you can write tickets for yourself or the attendant wrote out. Vacationers at the Falcon Naama Star Hotel were placed on the right side. By 13.
00 a shadow fell on the sunbeds that were placed on the right side of the fence, palm trees, although by this time the beach was empty, people left for lunch and did not return, because after a couple of hours it was getting colder and darker. In general, the beach is not bad, coarse sand, excellent for children, no fish, no corals (you can go a little to the right to the second pontoon there is a small section of a half-dead coral reef and a few fish, including poisonous ones). Look at the fish, corals went to the old city, minibus (blue) - 2.5 pounds (the price list weighs on the right side of the windshield).
Of the minuses, although these minus did not affect our rest in any way, this is the smell of old furniture or something else in the room, which reappeared after airing, old furniture, beaten in places, dilapidated curtains and I think they were not often washed, vacationers in the rooms ( an ashtray was provided) and people smoke in the hotel lobby.
The window of our room overlooked the wall of the neighboring building which was about 8 m away, the room without a balcony. After 18.00, the pressure, and then the warm water itself, disappeared, the sprayer in the shower was built into the wall, so it was impossible to direct the flow of water, it hits one point. During our vacation, 80 percent of people of retirement age rested in the hotel, in the dining room it seemed to me that I was in a nursing home.
In conclusion: the hotel is excellent, I liked it, as for 3 stars, it corresponds to 100%.

The move in went great. The room is ok, there were some issues, but they fixed everything quickly. For the price, the hotel is ok. The food is also ok. The hotel area is excellent, they drove to the beach, we went to a paid beach for $ 3 per person, then we learned that at the reception you need to take some kind of ticket, and for $ 3 go to the beach together.

Of course, we were not immediately told about this, we were not informed. The beach is relatively not far away, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to it, for a person who likes to walk, this is not a problem. Nearby were shops, and everything you need.

The hotel was chosen from 3 *, they were going to Falcon Hills, but by my mistake they issued me Falcon Naama Star, I found out when the tour was ready. But I did not regret it, the hotel for 3 * is very good food. The restaurant is large, food can be chosen according to taste, there is fish, meat, but not 5 *, but even here you overeat.

But I did not regret it, the hotel for 3 * is very good food. The restaurant is large, food can be chosen according to taste, there is fish, meat, but not 5 *, but even here you overeat. 2 bars, there is a variety of alcoholic drinks and cocktails and pure bottled beer. The beach is excellent, the sand, the entrance is smooth and there are corals, where you can look on the left or right, but this + there are no hedgehogs on the beach, and the bottom is clean. You have to walk to the beach, but it is useful after a meal. Near the shopping center and the market, in the evening there is something to do, a lot of hookahs. The staff is friendly, responds to requests, cleaning every day, they don’t require a van dollar, but they don’t refuse either, or chocolate, seeds, etc. Rooms are spacious, safe, flat. TV set. But you only sleep in the room, so everything is OK.

The hotel is not very good, the food is weak, the beach is far away. But this is not the most important thing. Hotel animators - that's why you should not go here. Three sassy boys who look sooooo weird. They often molested girls, allowed themselves inappropriate jokes. They liked to hide and drink, and then they went to play with the children in this state by the pool.

Well, of course, we understood that we weren’t going to the Hilton)) and thought that we were unpretentious tourists (tolerable food, a beach within walking distance, minimal cleaning), but in the end it turned out that we were tourists with very pretentious! ))
We stayed at this hotel from February 24th to March 7th. The budget was limited, so we looked at hotels from the price / quality category. This hotel came into view, it had a very decent rating (4.2 out of 5) and, according to the description, it fully met our wishes. True, the tour cost more than some 4 * (11 nights from Kyiv - $ 890 + $ 130 transfer = $ 1020 or $ 1260 from Minsk). We flew from Kyiv, TO Coral Travel, UIA air carrier. There - everything is clear on time, the return flight was delayed for 40 minutes, which was not critical.
We were at the hotel around 9 in the morning, in anticipation of a long-awaited and such a welcome vacation)) We settled in about an hour later and then the first disappointment awaited: on the sites with a description of the hotel it is indicated that the rooms have a balcony / terrace, in practice it turned out that such rooms - the fourth part and for such a number you need to pay extra $ 5 for each day. These rooms in the hotel were called - improved layout, although the site indicates that all rooms in the hotel are standard. Okay, we are not picky, we can do without a balcony, let's go check in.
Room on the second floor - 1219 (photo of the room and the view from the window are attached)). In the room: a wardrobe, a mini-fridge, a bed, 2 bedside tables, a table (behind it there is a socket)) with an old TV (16 channels are on, 1 of them is Russian (only news ((), 3 chairs, a small table, an ashtray, air conditioning) , wardrobe (there is a safe in it). Bathroom: hairdryer, socket, shower (built into the wall and so small that the curtain sticks to the back all the time)), 2 soap dispensers. The room is “tired”, dusty. However, the concept cleanliness in Egypt is very conditional)) We immediately discovered that there were only 2 towels in the room, they asked for two more, they gave it. We wanted to take a shower, it turned out that the water was only cold and there was no soap or shower gel in the dispensers... Okay, let's figure it out, but for now let's take apart the suitcase)) We open the closet, but there are no shelves in it, but only rods for hangers, the hangers themselves no ((During the day these problems were solved (although it always seemed to me that this should have been done before our check-in)) We were wearing bracelets at 12 o'clock. About an hour later, we remembered that we did not have a Wi-Fi password , again went to the reception . . The hotel was built stupidly, rooms 25-30 look at the pool (for a decent surcharge), the rest of the rooms look at the road or the wall adjacent to the hotel, or at the windows of the rooms opposite.
Food is very good for a 3* Breakfast (the weakest point) is always the same: scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes, two kinds of mashed beans, sausages, sliced in circles, with an incredible amount of onions, tea / coffee (well, very much for an amateur)), cheese , local soy sausage, vegetables and vegetable mixes, 2 types of breakfast cereals, pancakes and waiting for them, a good selection of pastries, croissants.
Lunch (it will be richer)): puree or vegetable soup, 3 side dishes (rice, potatoes, spaghetti / pasta), beef or chicken, fish, vegetables and salads, a choice of pastries (I recommend soufflé , it resembles our "bird's milk")), oranges and melon, 2 times there were dates, tea / coffee - at the pool bar.
Afternoon snack (about which the hotel is modestly silent and "forgets" to report)): ice cream and pancakes, by the pool
Dinner: Same choice as lunch. Everything is very edible, the choice is small, but it is there, the work of waiters and a bartender (near the pool) is the best thing in the hotel (active, positive, they work quickly and accurately)
Cleaning is a different story)) Cleaning is done from 9 am to 5 pm. In 11 days, we were cleaned 3 times (bed linen was changed once) Because at the time when we are not in the room (from 8 to 14) other rooms are cleaned, and at the time when it is convenient for the cleaner to come to us (at 14-16 hours), we either take a bath, then lie down to rest... , in general, somehow we did not coincide, although we applied to the reception twice with a request to clean from 9 to 14. The $ left on the bed also did not stimulate the cleaner to rush to us with a bucket at the ready) )
Swimming pools: there are 3 of them. An adult (with a depth of 150-160 cm), a small jacuzzi and a children's pool (the only heated one). We did not swim, because the water was cold.
Beach: well, not 600m, but 15 minutes on foot. The beach is not your own (as indicated on the site), but rented, respectively, bringing food and drinks (including water) is prohibited (photo attached). The people weren’t particularly impudent, they didn’t flaunt the presence of their water and food, and the beach employee pretended not to notice)) We were not searched and water was not taken away, as a few weeks before our arrival). Fight from the beach for $ 1 (given every other day))) will offer dough under an umbrella or without it, lay towels, bring a table and an ashtray (for smokers)) and reserve places for tomorrow)) but - tolerable)). The entrance to the sea is sand, there is a small pontoon. There are few fish, a piece of coral is dead, but those who swam away said that there are living creatures there). Across the road there is a spa salon, you can get a massage. For the whole body 1 hour - $ 10 or 30 minutes - $ 5. We did, we liked it. If you take more than 5 sessions, they make a discount.
Animation was of little interest to us, we didn’t go to the pool to exercise, we came to the sea! )) We didn’t see the evening program, maybe it wasn’t there, or maybe we missed it)), but closer to 23 the animators appeared in the bar near the reception, asked what there are questions about the hotel, invited to the night disco. Oddly enough, it was the animator Sugar who helped us solve the problem with hot water, although his sense of humor and manner of communication are sooooo peculiar))
Summary: the hotel courageously solves problems that it could not create)). Almost completely filled (Ukrainians, Kazakhs, several Belarusians, several Germans, a couple of Latvians, a couple of Italians, 3-5 pairs of Egyptians), maybe that's why he doesn't really worry about the inconvenience caused and stupid management)) The price and rating of the hotel are definitely overpriced. The staff is indifferent and kind of tired). I will not return to this hotel for sure, despite the proximity of Naama Bay. We made our vacation enjoyable, but not thanks to, but rather - in spite of the efforts of the hotel)) Well, for sooooo unpretentious)). Although at the bar I watched a lady who enthusiastically reported to the phone: -Everything here is free!!!... )))
There are many more thoughts and emotions, so what is interesting - ask)

We stayed in February 2019. Hot tour, troika, super hotel and did not wait. We only thought of sleeping there and having dinner. But it turned out there and you can’t get enough sleep, and you won’t eat. There is a lot of food, but it is not tasty. The water in the shower is cold, there is no soundproofing in the rooms, everything is smoky, rudeness at the reception! Now, in order.

The water in the shower is cold, there is no soundproofing in the rooms, everything is smoky, rudeness at the reception!
Now, in order... At the reception you are met by a tall Arab with an eternally dissatisfied muzzle named Wahid. Requests are fulfilled for the fifth time or ignored. They settled us quickly, room 1205. For a room overlooking a piece of the pool, they demanded $ 10, but no question. From the guys from Belarus for a good room on the ground floor with a terrace and a view of the pool, they demanded 50 dollars. They gave. So get your money ready. Our room is shabby, crumbling putty, all smoky, no balcony, no dryer, one socket. There were no towels or toiletries. We went to the reception, asked to bring, I really wanted to wash off the road. They listened, wrote it down in a notebook, promised to fix everything. An hour later he went again... all the same. As a result, towels were brought by 19.00 (we arrived at 13.30), toilet paper and soap the next day. The water in the shower was hot on the first day, cold on the second day. I went to the reception, they promised to do it. Three hours later they did it, but the next day it went cold again. In general, if you like hot showers, don't count too much. Many of our new acquaintances at the hotel bathed in cool water, they say it is more beneficial for health. What the receptionist does, except extort money, is not clear. On the day of our departure, Wahid was very unhappy when we vacated the room not exactly at 12.00, but at 12.40. He demanded a $15 fine. And when we refused to pay, he threw a tantrum. He ran down the hall, waving his arms, threatening and being rude. It is not clear how such hysterics are taken to the hotel to communicate with people. Those who like to sleep at night, do not count. Maybe, of course, we had a room in such a part of the hotel, but out of the seven nights that we were (2 on excursions), our youth walked the remaining 5. Screams, fervent female laughter and loud music from the speakers until the morning. The administration has nothing to do with this. Do you want to understand yourself, want to join.
There is a lot of food in the dining room, but there is nothing to eat. For breakfast, you can only eat scrambled eggs. For lunch, salted potatoes, unleavened beans, salads. Meat and fish are given out by the cook on a spoon, in portions. Ask for more, put, but reluctantly. You feel like a beggar. For dinner, grilled meat is served in portions. The waiters in the dining room are quickly clearing the dishes. Polite, friendly.
There are two bars on the territory - in the lobby and near the pool. The bartenders are great guys, they make cool cocktails and delicious coffee. We liked the bartender named Fakhr. Don't begrudge a $1-2 tip and try a variety of drinks. Although they try without it. Their place is in the top five, not in this hole. Keep in mind, the all-inclusive service starts from 10.00 until 24.00. That is, if you wanted water at 9 am, they won't give it to you. If you want to drink alcohol after 24.00 - pay.
As for excursions, many experienced travelers do not take them from hotel guides, as the prices are too high. Preferring to buy at the hotel or on the street. In the lobby of this hotel there is a counter where they sell excursions. Three people work there in turn - Aladdin, “Mishanya” and a woman, I don’t know her name. Prices are lower than those of hotel guides, but higher than on the street. There are no guarantees. They sell any excursions, but warn, "only you do not tell your guides. " Scammers and scammers! They bought excursions from them, their partner tore it off, 30% of the money was returned. They froze at our requests, saying it was not their fault.
Smokers will like it very much in the hotel, you are here! No comments will be made anywhere. They smoke in the rooms, at the bar, by the pool, throughout the territory, on the beach, in a word, EVERYWHERE!
There is an interesting person in the hotel, his name is Mohamed - the owner of small shops. He helped us organize the rest, we were very pleased with his participation. By the way, he speaks good Russian. Here is his viber +201003154033, maybe someone will come in handy.
A big plus is the location of the hotel, I will not paint the details, there are many reviews. 10-15 minutes to the sea, but the beach is dirty, dead corral, drinks are taken at the entrance, bags are checked. They say "such a business, brother. " There is a bar on the beach with drinks and snacks, our friends from Belarus were very upset when they had to pay $ 6 for a portion of potatoes the size of a palm. You have to take a taxi to the beach with beautiful corals and fish. I recommend El Fanar. The entry costs $6 but it's worth it. You can also go diving there. We recommend an excellent instructor, the name is Peter tel. +201551012419 viber. True, Peter speaks English, but if you do not know Arabic. What a fun guy and a great professional. He can take you to dive where it is very beautiful, and not where breeders like Aladdin and Mishan are taken - to dead corals.
Summing up, this is not the first time in Egypt and we will definitely arrive again, but not a foot in this hotel again! All good travels.
