We really enjoyed our stay at the Swiss Inn. Went on vacation with a friend and kids. A hotel for a relaxing holiday. Ideal location for those who want to go on excursions. The hotel is located near the border with Israel. We also decided to visit Israel, besides, we heard a lot about excursions. I really wanted to visit the promised land. Excursions were purchased from a local safety tour company. We went for 1 day, but managed to visit everything. We visited holy places and temples, saw famous cultural monuments, such as the Wailing Wall. We swam in the Dead Sea and visited Jerusalem and Bethlehem. The cities are very beautiful, we did not regret that we went. And for the kids, we took a ride on the SeaScope submarine. Children saw a stunning underwater world with its inhabitants. There are a lot of impressions from what he saw, they still remember. The rest of the time we spent at the hotel and on the beach. The beach is large enough, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. The hotel has two buildings. The rooms are large, comfortable enough, with a balcony and a sea view. . The food at the hotel is good, in the presence of meat, fish dishes, a variety of side dishes, vegetables, fruits, a variety of drinks. We really liked the desserts, especially the children were delighted with the various sweets. In the morning they cooked pancakes, eggs, there were muesli and milk, yogurts. From entertainment in the hotel there is a disco with fairly modern music, billiards, table tennis, volleyball. There is a bar where they make delicious cocktails, good coffee. The hotel has two swimming pools, large and small for children. When a cool breeze blew on the beach, the children swam in the pool. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, very attentive to children. Always willing to come up and talk. All in all, it was a great vacation. We rested and went on excursions. I recommend this hotel to everyone and have a great holiday!

Just got back from the hotel yesterday. What can I say: what you paid, you got. What to be offended. We were three with a child of 10 years. For everyone with a flight to Taba for a week, they paid 39.000. At the current rate of a penny. It would not be so insulting if they initially tuned in to 4 stars. And it so happened that they themselves believed in free cheese.

The hotel is very small, the territory is compact, there is nowhere to go out of the hotel, mountains and desert. There are several shops on the territory, but there is nothing interesting there either. Everyone comes here for Israel and Jordan. Whoever we talked to, everyone went on these excursions.
Now about the hotel in more detail. The rooms are all almost the same, it makes no sense to pay extra. The hotel was almost empty in December, so they changed two rooms: in the first, the faucet/shower switch did not work, in the second, there was a terrible mold in the bathroom. The third was the same, but without any problems. All these movements without bribes and tips. The staff is patient and polite. The manager apologized several times for the inconvenience. The decoration is modest, the furniture is in good condition. There was a small sofa for the child. Bed linen and towels are clean and free of stains. The mosquitoes at the hotel offered to take a nap if we needed to. We did not refuse, because the first days they did not bite, but ate us. Then it got a little colder and they disappeared. Cleaning was daily, quite decent.
The food at the hotel is very modest, but everything was enough. Meat, chicken and fish in large quantities, at least go on a protein diet, sometimes grill in the evenings, but the meat was most often tough and overcooked. Side dishes were also simple, as in other hotels in Egypt. The sweet was decent but the choice was small. I liked morning baking. There were few fruits, often for breakfast they were only chopped. Things were worse with drinks. The child constantly drank nasty multi-colored yuppies or soda heavily diluted with water. Coffee in bars only in bags, in the morning in teapots. Alcoholic cocktails are also poison: low-quality alcohol plus yuppies or cola. We brought a bottle of martini with us - the rest of the time we drank beer (normal quality).
Disappointed with the beach to be honest. Sunbeds and windscreens in terrible condition. On some sunbeds, the supports are knocked down, and the backs do not rise. But they are enough to choose a working one. The entrance to the sea is on pebbles, it is better to buy coral slippers for yourself, then sand. There are almost no corals, no fish either. Nothing to look at. The water in the sea was pleasant, warm and clean. The child enjoyed swimming very much. There was a kids club, but my son didn't like it very much. For a children's disco, he was already too old. It’s good that after a couple of days I found a friend for myself, and they chatted with each other for days on end in between swims. My husband and I were very bored, so we had to have fun on excursions. It was possible to order both from the guide and on the Internet. In Ciss Inn, Wi-Fi was very weak, but we still managed to contact Red Sea Travel, where we booked trips to Israel and Jordan. There were no questions about the organization, we paid for everything on the bus that took us from the hotel. The passage of the Israeli border was quite fast, as it turned out that we were resting in the low season.
In general, the hotel is quite suitable for lovers of a relaxing holiday, with children and young people it will be unrealistically boring.

This is the most disgusting hotel we have ever seen. And to be honest, we didn’t think that in general this can be seen in 5 stars, but we have seen a lot of them (trips about 4 times a year)! The food is disgusting! Everything is paid - sauna, jacuzzi, hall, etc. , although it is assumed that the system is all inclusive - it's FREE! Internet only at the reception! Bed linen and towels for a week of rest have not been changed NEVER! A VERY DIRTY hotel in itself! Representatives of the BRISCO tour operator is a separate issue: they say to all questions and comments, we don’t care, complain and write wherever you want! Never buy tickets from them! The child got sick, which was confirmed by the doctor at the hotel, the money for the purchased excursions was not returned even a small part! The flight was postponed taking away a day of rest! You can write for a long time, but I think that what is already there is enough not to visit this hotel and not choose this tour operator!.

Yesterday we returned from the Swiss Inn hotel. We are staying at this hotel not for the first time. Again, I liked it very much. There are no complaints about the food, fish, meat, chicken, turkey, squid. Always a large selection of side dishes, salads, cheeses. Fruits are always watermelons, melons, nectarines, grapes, apples, oranges.

There are no complaints about the food, fish, meat, chicken, turkey, squid. Always a large selection of side dishes, salads, cheeses. Fruits are always watermelons, melons, nectarines, grapes, apples, oranges. Natural juices from packages of 6 types, probably. The fish restaurant always has king prawns, lobsters and a lot of fresh seafood to choose from and a very relaxing atmosphere. The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful. For a change, we visited a Chinese restaurant, also not bad. There is an Arabic restaurant. The choice of food is just huge. The rooms are clean. The room is very comfortable, good furniture. There is air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, safe. Cleaning every day. The sea is amazing, the territory is huge, a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, artificial rivers, a good gym, there is a spa center, billiards, tennis, volleyball, water polo and a lot of things that will not let you get bored. The service is pretty good too. The beach is clean and big. There are enough sun loungers. The sea is amazing, the water is warm. Colorful fish swim in the sea. Lots of beautiful corals. Be sure to swim with a mask to see the beauty of the underwater world. The hotel is very well suited for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. I really liked the excursion program that we were offered by EvaTour. We visited the Monastery of Saint Catherine. The monastery has a huge number of beautiful ancient icons. We learned a lot of new and interesting things. The guide was just great, he told everything very professionally. We also went on an excursion to the island of the Pharaohs. Near the island there is a unique coral reef. We dived with a mask. It was insanely beautiful. We all liked it very much, received positive emotions and great pleasure from the rest. I think you will not regret choosing Swiss Inn.

The beach is very clean, easy access to the sea. I liked snorkeling, we saw a stingray, sea urchins, moray eels and striped fish. At the beach bar you can order drinks and grab something to eat.
The room is quite decent, we lived on the second floor. The view from the window was on the road, but behind the road there were beautiful mountains with a gorgeous sunset, so we liked it. They cleaned the room well, always changed towels, brought replacement shampoos, gels, creams. In general, we had a wonderful rest, we especially liked how we went to Jerusalem and Petra. We visited the holy places in Israel, admired the temples, climbed to the observation platform of the Mount of Olives, the view from which is simply mesmerizing! The next day, we went to Petra. We walked along the streets of the city, took a lot of pictures, liked the ancient amphitheater. On the way back we stopped at the Dead Sea. We have only positive emotions and pleasant impressions from our vacation. I wish you all a good holiday!

After reviewing the sites, they booked them in advance on the Sinai Travel website. Very comfortable, no regrets. Website sinai travel dot ru. Everything else is very good. The rooms are large, cleaned daily, carefully, the bed changed, towels too. Slippers, bathrobes, kettle in the room were. All rooms are located close enough to the sea and the central restaurant, swimming pool and salt lake. There were no complaints about the settlement. The service is unobtrusive but decent enough. Nobody clings, everyone is polite and helpful. The food is quite decent by Egyptian standards. Fresh orange juice in the morning, ice cream in the afternoon, fresh food. There were no yesterday's products on today's table. The bars make pleasant non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails. The beach is huge and no one sits on each other's heads. Moreover, the sun loungers are separated by partitions and are at a distance, it seems that you are alone on the beach. But the coral reef is very weak, it cannot be compared with Sharm. Good live music in the evening. I have been to many hotels - this is a standard set, I have not seen anything else. Tours. I was convinced once again that with local travel agencies you can go anywhere, but for much less money. Great organization, same bus, same guide. This is how we went to Jordan, our friends went to Israel. Sinai Travel lives up to its reputation as a respected company licensed by the Egyptian Department of Tourism

I will write about the positive aspects for those who, despite the possibly fair criticism of this 3-star hotel (don't be misled by the number of stars on the label), still opt for this small and cozy haven. So:
- TAVA - located at a distance of 3 hours drive from Sharm El Sheikh. Do not forget that 6 hours of vacation is spent on the road from the airport and back.
+ You cover this distance in a personal car with a driver provided by TEZlimo without visiting neighboring hotels and waiting for tourists to drop off. Instead, just immerse yourself in your thoughts, admiring the lunar landscapes, Bedouin settlements and the azure shores of the South Senai. During the trip, you can take a couple of Egyptian lessons from the driver - it will come in handy : ))
+ The staff understands Russian quite well. Many were trained in Cairo. But English is still closer to them.
Very friendly.
There are many free rooms, but the first check-in will probably be in a room with windows to the north and overlooking the wasteland: ((I don’t know why, but this happens to me in every hotel in Egypt. How to deal with this? Money! In my case, an additional fee for changing the room was $ 35. This must be taken into account.
- Monotonous food.
+ Fresh oranges, melon and cucumbers in the morning. Grilled chicken - in the evening. I advise gourmets to take tea and coffee with them. Because the choice of these drinks is very limited. A missed lunch is more than compensated for by daytime sunbathing, but if you have recently arrived, it is better to spend this time on the beach under an umbrella. After 15:00 you can leave the "shelter" because solar activity is reduced. And you can safely sunbathe under open rays.
Although Egypt has the same time zone as Latvia, the actual time is clearly not the same. Dawn at 6.00.
+ A good way to get up early (however, without an alarm clock it doesn’t work). From 6.30 to 9.00 is a great time for sunbathing, water treatments and morning exercises.
- The coastline near the water is strewn with pebbles (many will need slates),
+ but after walking a few meters on the rocks you will be generously rewarded - a flat sandy bottom. It is so gentle that a comparison with the beach of Jurmala suggests itself. Really looks like it. Only the water is clear - like a tear and warmer than an example : )
A smooth sandy shore with coral islands at a depth of one and a half meters is a paradise for beginner divers. Both children and pensioners can safely swim here, since even at a distance of 50 meters from the shore an adult can stand with both feet on the bottom, and at a distance of 100 meters the depth of the bay does not exceed 3 meters.
Sunset at 17.30. At 18.00 it becomes quite dark.
+ The room has a TV with 2 Russian channels for Germany.
The programs are chosen interestingly and tastefully with a minimum of advertising. Also CNN and stuff...
+ Entertainment programs start at 21.00. The repertoire is standard Egyptian.
Main Advantage: SWISS INN is located 30 minutes from the Israeli border. It is this circumstance that becomes the fundamental choice of a hotel for those wishing to visit the Promised Land. Imagine tourists from Sharm El Sheikh who have already spent 4-5 hours on the road due to check-ins in different hotels and will spend the same amount on their return. And here is the border with Israel near. By the way, not far from Mount Moses.
What do you remember about SWISS INN?
• Clear water of the Red Sea.
• Gentle coast with a sandy bottom.
• Short distance from the dining room to the sea.
• Worthy opponents for playing volleyball.
• Pleasant baking.
What didn't you like?
• Settling in a room "for picky" in the presence of free rooms of a different level.
• The level of comfort and cleanliness in the room does not correspond to the declared level of the hotel.
• Monotonous food.
• The restaurant is constantly changing the location of tableware - an original attempt to diversify the food, causing shock among newly arrived tourists.
Take care of yourself, enjoy the warm weather.

Food. The food is like in Egypt. No variety. True, once there were 2 tuna kilograms for 6 each. In the morning I got an omelet, boiled eggs. Frankly strained with fruit, there were almost none. There weren't even dates!
Number. 2 single beds, large room with a veranda. The furniture makes you feel that it is not 3 years old, but at least 10-12 years old. The drain in the sink and shower was clogged, called the plumbers. Cleaning in the room is symbolic, even for tips, which he stopped giving on the 4th day. The water in the room was often rusty. This is not Charm, this is Taba!! ! They only made the bed. Nobody cleaned the bathroom, nobody washed the floor.
Drinking water. One 1.5l bottle upon arrival. Then dial from the cooler. Complete insanity!! ! Sucks. I drink 2-3 liters of water a day, and I am offered to run to the cooler.
Beach. Complete rubbish. There are almost no fish and corals, only algae and some kind of small dead corals. The entrance to the sea is disgusting, 10 meters of stones (need slippers), then sand, finely very far away. It is about 1 km to swim to real corals.
Staff. If you communicate well, you won't need a tip. Khabibi helps, this is Egypt. I rarely had to tip for wine and beer.
Vacationers. 80 percent are Russians, the rest are Poles, with whom I had a good time.
Alcohol. Try and poison yourself, diluted 20% alcohol, with dyes and incomprehensible flavors. Buy everything in Dutik. You can only drink beer and red wine.
The shops. There are almost zero of them. The hotel has 4 stunted shops near the reception. A little more at the Radisson Hotel on the left, if you look at the sea, walk from the beach for about five minutes through the wasteland where the Bedouins live.
Tours. Mohammeds from Pegasus. Mohammed is small, very cunning, speaks good Russian, and may not return the money for the tour, I liked Mohammed the big one more. He speaks worse, but also easier to communicate.
Animation. Javier from Argentina, now lives in Florence and some Italian girl, it was difficult for us to understand each other in bad English (cute). Soft aerobics, water aerobics, disco. By the way, songs can be ordered free of charge from Javier, however, the choice is not large.
Conclusion. If you are going to Egypt for the first time or with children or on excursions, you will love it. If fish and corals, then only Charm. On excursions, I liked Mount Moses most of all, for physical education reasons. If Jerusalem and you are believers, then it is better for 2 days.

upon check-in, they gave me a room on the first floor in the farthest part of the hotel overlooking the desert. went to the reception, offered a room with a sea view for an extra charge of 50 greens, they said a bathrobe, slippers and fruit every day. have taken. then I had to go to the reception to remind about the fruit.
since on the first day we had a 2-day trip to Israel planned for the night, we wanted to swim in the sea. but the suitcases were carried for a very long time. besides, first mine, and then the wife (there were our bathing suits). in the end - bathed when the sun was gone.
cleaning - it seemed to be clean after it was in the room, but not completely. the swans were twirled once, and then in expiation of their guilt by the cleaner. first left for a buck. but then they stopped. the cleaner Sami didn't deserve it. in addition, this cleaner, without our permission, connected his phone to his wife's charger and forgot to pick it up. Arriving at the room, we photographed it and when he came on the phone, we ran into him. he asked not to report to the reception. We took pity on him.
On the 3rd day, when we returned from Israel, there was no fruit in the room. On the 4th day, they went to the reception 2 times and on the 5th day they reminded me again. Only after that fruit began to be brought regularly.
When we checked in we found that the safe was closed. They called the hotel staff, they opened it, but at the same time they pulled it out from a makeshift fixture with a wardrobe, as a result, it fell on its own from a shelf to the floor. The safe was difficult to open and close. The skewed door of the safe is to blame for this. It took a lot of force to open or close.
This year, a part of the rooms that were still under construction in the past were opened in Suisse. The people in the hotel has increased, but there are no attendants. As a result, in order not to wait half an hour for a glass of wine or beer, we had to go to the bar ourselves.
We went to Israel for 2 days from Sinai Travel. Paid for 2 500 bucks - 250 per person. In our hotel, the PEGASA guide RID 310 bucks for this, and another 5 for permission to take a picture near the wailing wall! ? And 5 bucks for wanting to submit notes! ? In a word, PEGAS is an extortionist. I advised Sinai Travel to everyone who wanted to go to Israel and gave them the coordinates. It was enough to send SMS and everything was settled.
ADVICE TO ISRAEL. Regardless of the operator, everyone is driven almost along the same route and expensive stores. You can buy cheaply near the temple in Jerusalem yourself or in Bethlehem not far from the temple. But for this you need to be able to separate from the group at the right time and join it before leaving the temple, otherwise you can get lost.
The border was passed relatively quickly, but the entrance to this border took 2.5 hours. So far, a whole bus has been collected from all the hotels. And then we waited 2 hours until everyone was collected. This year we had a friend in Jerusalem and we spent the whole day with her in this wonderful and holy city and saw a lot of things. We just separated from our group (having warned the guide in advance) and only in the evening we arrived by taxi to the hotel in Bethlehem where ours were. On the 2nd day we traveled with our group through the north of Israel and then back for the night we returned to the hotel in Egypt. These 2 days flew by like 5 minutes.
Mosquitoes were flying in the hotel room and I regretted that I forgot the RAPTOR. They drank great blood and gnawed at our nerves.
The food in the morning and afternoon is the same. Except for the soup. But in the evening they gave something new. There were many fruits. Melons and watermelons were especially delicious. Baking - every day the same.
An acquaintance Lyudochka bargained with divers and for 50 greens we had the good fortune to dive 6-7 meters into the sea with scuba gear and enjoy diving for 45 minutes. I liked it so much that I’ll probably sign up for a diving center in my city.
From Friday to Saturday we went to Sinai to climb Mount Moses. It was hard to go up, and even harder to go down, because we went back along the monastic path. I really liked the icon museum, where there are icons of the 6th century, various old bibles (even the Codex Sinaiticus) and church utensils and clothes of bishops)
On Sunday, we were already tired of all this hotel monotony and we were waiting for Monday - the flight home.
We flew from the airport in Taba. Very surprised by the prices there. An alabaster bowl that you can buy in Sinai for 5 bucks sold?! ? for 25. such a scam there.
And when we flew home, we realized what we were missing here - Egyptian warmth
