There are also comments - audibility. I came across two laughter girls as a neighbor, and it was so audible. True, this has its pluses, I also laughed along with them! : -)
Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Every day is different. For example, on the first day we had "oatmeal, sir", and triangles with feta cheese and herbs; in the second - corn porridge (my favorite), scrambled eggs, apple pies, beetroot salad and yogurt.
Of course, not counting coffee, sweets and fruits.
The rooms are exactly as described on the website. Just as cute.
There was not enough regular soap (although there was gel and shampoo). Although, of course, this is already "nitpicking an avid tourist. "
Wifi works great.

We visited St. Petersburg in early September. We found the hotel on the Internet after a long search for the best option....We booked by correspondence, all the rooms with pictures, descriptions and prices are displayed on the hotel website. Side key: book! Naturally, I booked the largest and quietest room for a family of three adults - 19 sq. m. No. 5. All confirmed by mail. They also have such a service as a transfer from the station to the hotel, 400 rubles per car. We arrived in the morning on the "Sapsan", got off the train, no one meets us or waits. We reached the taxi rank through the entire station - no one! Once again they walked around... They left things, they began to call the hotel. After a few minutes, it turns out that the person who met was not "33 pleasures", but "Comfort" - in my opinion, a good start!! ! We went to look for this sign, found it, wasting a lot of time and spoiling the mood a little. He said he would quickly drive around the station and pick us up. Fast - it dragged on for 20 minutes, although the ride there was only 5 minutes at the most. Everywhere they write that it is not far from the station to the hotel. In translation for suckers - 25 minutes, unless you are just going to skip along with suitcases along Vosstaniya Square. And to m. Chernyshevsky, we spotted !! ! -12 minutes! And not 5, as advertised on all sites. We like to wishful thinking.
. . . So, we're going! We were driven to a house, an ordinary St. Petersburg house, on which there is no sign that there is a hotel. We approached the entrance, the driver pressed the code "33", the door opened and a terrible smell of junk, dampness hit my nose. I still had to go up to the second floor along this shabby staircase. Check-in was supposed to be at 12:00. We arrived around 11.00, our room was not yet ready, but we asked the administrator to leave things in the room. Of course, when I entered, the room was much smaller and different. I was shocked. Here it is yaaaa!! ! Usually, I always book what I myself want, I myself choose a room specially for the size. Here they chose for me... Well, well, if this room was not available at the time of booking, why write that this room is booked, but you will be met at the station... and all in the same spirit . . soviet. Maybe it's the little things, but they are so annoying.
. . . This is a former converted communal apartment. So everything seems to be clean, euro repairman, it looks like a museum: all sorts of designer things, frames, old things... But it hit the nose with a smoke, although now many hotels adhere to a cleanliness policy. And I like it when it says: "We do not smoke in the hotel. " And here it looks like they smoked well and right in the kitchen. Well, in general, after a little snack, we went to the suburbs, as we were told that there was no time and nowhere to settle us yet - the room had not been cleaned. And until 12.00 he obviously would not have been removed, apparently, we were not really expected... Although in many hotels we were always settled earlier and the room was clean and ready.
Returning, we lost another pleasure: we were told that the kettle had burned down in our room and we had to go to the kitchen to drink. Original! How about another kettle? Come on, I don’t feel like drinking something already....Let's go check in. The room is small, but stylish. The audibility is very good, behind the wall someone was constantly washing all night. The noise was, God forbid! Everything else in the room is decent, although they offer to read the instructions for using the shower... Then they issued us, gave some checks, and I asked for a bathrobe and slippers. To which they answered: "if available"... How tired of this discrepancy! I don’t ask them for something that they don’t have, they themselves write that we can offer everyone bathrobes and slippers... We went to look for bathrobes, there were only two for three, there were slippers, it’s good that there were a pair. !
Of the advantages, I would like to pay tribute to the fact that here we felt the spirit of St. Petersburg, thanks to the design refinements and style. As for the kitchen... The kitchen is cool, there are a lot of interesting gizmos. If they hadn't smoked yet. . . It's important to me! Breakfast is normal, it is clear that they are trying, but everything is somehow limited. Bread is baked delicious, but a lot of it will not be served, not a buffet. They start washing the dishes behind their backs, making noise while eating, as if there are not enough plates. . . In my opinion, this is not very decent. And then we can’t, when will we eat?? ? The room was not cleaned or changed. But since we walked almost all day long, there was no particular dirt.
The area is very good near the hotel, a lot of cafes, Cheburechnaya, Pizzeria, shops... But next time I will stay in a decent hotel. The old spirit is important, of course, but for such a price, a considerable one, I will say that we received much less from the hotel than was stated. This is first. And secondly, you can find a decent separate apartment much cheaper, without neighbors and a smoky kitchen.
It's nice that they remember, they made a discount (very significant), gave them hot coffee with milk and treated them to hot bread (everyone also bakes themselves, according to different recipes) rain.
Everything is still cozy, clean, stable, tasty. This makes me happy. It's good that good things don't change. We were glad to meet the city, though not snowy, but just as hospitable.
1. Well-groomed, pleasant room in a house built in 1822 (! ) built. A good bed with a soft mattress, a well-equipped bathroom with good water pressure, a well-groomed and "warm" kitchen.
2. Friendly and polite staff. There were simply no problems, all wishes were resolved right there (breakfast time, the possibility of checking in (leaving things) ahead of time, etc. ).
3. Very affordable cost of living. In the summer on a business trip to St. Petersburg. I rented a room in the Moscow hotel for 1 person - 3600. In the end, the room cost 5100. Conditions and service were not close to Comfort.
4. Proximity to the city center (if not the center). Art. Mayakovskaya (actually and Nevsky) in 10 minutes, Palace Square in 25-30 minutes of easy walking.
5. A lot of all sorts of small "additional items" that create comfort: a hairdryer, a bathrobe, own freshly baked bread and other products, slippers, silence after 23 (as a condition for behavior in a hotel), serious pressure in the hot water supply system (in the same Mr. "Moscow" knew washing under a trickle) and much more. In general, I recommend. The name justifies.
