Bathhouse, near the sea, in general, everything is just perfect for a family holiday. And for my husband and I it was a joy when we were allowed to take our pet pug Monya with us! You can eat in your room or on the open verandas located in the garden, where everything is very green and not crowded. The beach is really uncrowded and quite clean. On the territory of the village there is a shop where you can buy everything you need. The only negative is that if you just want to take a walk in the evening, then you will have nowhere to do it, so it’s better to go by car, this will solve many problems. It takes about 30-40 minutes to go to Sevastopol, where we walked (a good dolphinarium and oceanarium) as well as many cafes and restaurants where you can have lunch. I advise everyone to visit a sea excursion on a boat around the bays of Sevastopol - we really liked it. In the bottom line - the hotel is not bad, especially for families with children, safe, clean, tasty, I can’t say anything bad

A very comfortable room with all the attributes of a four-star hotel: air conditioning, TV with many channels, refrigerator, balcony with a gorgeous sea view, etc. Responsive and helpful staff. Wonderful patio, small, but very, very comfortable. Possibility at any time to cook a shish kebab or just cape-fish on coals - in the courtyard there are 2 gazebos, covering from prying eyes and the sun with wild grapes with fireplaces and a barbecue. Lying on the warm sand (or pebbles), swimming in the wonderful sea - there is a wonderful opportunity to visit the sauna, and then refresh yourself in the pool with the purest water (pool depth 2 m). And the owners of the hotel - Katya and Sergey - provided us with an amazing service - they took us to Cape Sarych. The description of this adventure (with catching mussels, diving from stones, contemplating places that are simply shaking in beauty, a combination of the sea, mountains, relict trees, etc. , etc. ) can be devoted to more than a dozen pages. So, summary: everything is only with a + sign, everything is amazing - the sea, and the hotel, and the service, and the attention and responsiveness of the owners. Vacation was a success. Tired of them terribly, although the fatigue was pleasant. Only the last three days we spent at the hotel and realized that ten days is very little! I didn’t want to leave at all! As for the prices, I can say that they are moderate. I would even say below average))). And how they feed there !! ! The kitchen is savory, everything was prepared at home so savoryly that we felt like we were at home, often treated us with savory Ukrainian borscht, the spirit of "yana vipicka" that the cook-Tetyana prepared for us. First of all, about the negative reviews, which spoiled our mood before the trip and made us doubt the correctness of the choice. Everything bad is subjective and largely untrue. The first one and a half dozen positive reviews, on which we built our idea of "Timor", very accurately reflect reality (I don't need to repeat myself, I think) - you are welcome here; here your every wish will be fulfilled; here you will be fed very tasty and inexpensively; if you are without a car, you will be taken wherever you need for a very reasonable fee; if you want fruits / vegetables / anything, they will bring you all this to order; here they will try to do everything for you to make you satisfied - just do not hesitate to express your requests and wishes, do not be silent if something does not suit you.
As for food, my wife and I, a 15-year-old son and an 8-year-old daughter, managed with one adult and two children's portions, and at the same time we were perplexed how it was possible for someone not to eat and remain hungry, as someone wrote earlier. They even took a picture of the usual lunch portion (see photo).
The road to the sea takes exactly 5 minutes at a calm pace, and back, taking into account the climb uphill, about 8 minutes. Thanks to the high coast, it is not windy here, it is cozy, very beautiful. The beach is a little crowded near the stairs that lead from the village (s / t "Beach") to the sea, but it's worth walking along the coast 200-300 meters, and you find yourself almost completely alone (it's good that mostly people are very lazy and do not want go nowhere! ). If you wish, you can walk to Lyubimovka (we went there along the "top" and returned back along the beach), take a minibus, and in 5 minutes you will be on Zakharov Square on the north side of Sevastopol. Another 15 minutes and the ferry will ferry you across the bay. And there is a park, and a dolphinarium, and cafe bars, and excursions, and everything else.
A few words about the hotel itself. The layout is original and comfortable. Everywhere is clean, cozy and comfortable. We had a chance to see all the rooms (there were times when the guests left and we were allowed to inquire). In my opinion, there are a couple of rooms that are not very well located and do not have a balcony or a window, the rest should be good enough - all are good in their own way and have certain advantages over others. But all these are subjective impressions that do not change the overall picture: the hotel is conducive to relaxation, you want to come back here.
