It has two rooms, one has a double bed, the other has a sofa and an armchair (on the sofa it is very crowded for two, but the armchair does not unfold). There is a TV, air conditioning. There is no balcony. Shower cubicle and toilet. The water pressure in the shower is very weak. Nevertheless, there are friendly staff, you can approach the administrator for any questions. Iron, ironing board, kettle downstairs in the lobby. When the TV was turned on and it showed only a few channels, and in Ukrainian, at our request they even put satellite TV with a bunch of channels. True, I had to turn several times for such simple things as toilet paper. She, as we were told, is supposed to lie down only on the day of arrival. Decent enough breakfasts. The room was cleaned every day (and most importantly, not at 8:00 while we sleep, but when no one is in the room, very convenient). Arriving there, we were charged a tourist tax of 1% of the ticket. It is not clear where the local administration is spending the money. Could make a normal beach. The most terrible thing is the slabs instead of the beach, various construction debris, you can only sit on the clay shore, along which their cars constantly drive. Tram 5 minutes walk, there is a normal beach nearby (5 minutes walk), but paid, 5 gr. for a day and there is nowhere to step on it. If you go to it, then you definitely won’t be able to put things anywhere if you don’t borrow at 5 in the morning. Directly at the entrance you can order excursions, when we left for excursions (buses leave at 6 o'clock), instead of breakfast, they prepared dry rations for us in the evening, which was enough to dine. When we left the manager called us a taxi. Prices are reasonable for a hotel located 10 meters from the sea.

The dining room is very cheap literally one tram stop (very convenient, no need to rush to a certain hour, tram 1g) the beach may be dirty, but we ourselves throw cigarette butts! But the sea is clean, not a single pebble! Cheap fruit, the water park is very good.

But the sea is clean, not a single pebble! Cheap fruit, the water park is very good. In the evening, the embankment is full of cafes, beer, barbecue, there are carousels on the central embankment. Maybe for the capital this is not a vacation, but for the middle class, grace for ridiculous money! By the way, the rooms are quiet in the evening, because the Villa is a little away (5 minutes) from the cafe. I will go again!

In the memo that was given to the agency, what kind of benefits were not promised: Evpatoria "Villa by the Sea" - "the picturesque central part of the city" - for verification it turned out to be one big garbage dump, without URN (! ) in the entire circumference - accordingly, all the garbage rolled underfoot.

The building “built in European style with European-style renovation in the rooms” rather resembled an ordinary hotel with shabby rooms that do not have a balcony where to dry clothes (because the daughter is small - there is a lot of washing). The room, for 10 days of stay, was cleaned 2 times, the staff did not respond to comments. There are only 7 (! ) tables in the dining room and as a result there is a constant queue. The sea is not 20m from the hotel, but 7m - concrete slabs are thrown in - you can’t enter the water. My child on the first day tore his leg on these plates. All this is accompanied by a persistent smell of a public toilet. The beach, which is 150 meters from the hotel, is paid. You need to go to it at 6 in the morning, otherwise there will be no place, but it also differs little from the beach in front of the Villa. A children's park of fairy tales, a zoo, a dolphinarium - this is not even in sight. Even the locals laughed at my question: “Where is it? ”
In general, the price-quality does not match. I was shocked, the child was disappointed. Everything is very bad! Really sorry for the money!
