The food in the canteen is ok. We went to the market when needed for fruit and something else, 20 minutes on foot. the water was hot all the time. there are no stairs on the beach, now in nikolaevka everywhere the beaches have been washed away after winter storms. went to the adjacent beach, by the way, the beach in the miner is the best in Nikolaevka, everyone goes here. pebbles, clear water. There she incidentally very curative-gulf. I recommend for those who want a relaxing holiday by the sea.

We stayed in this boarding house for 3 years in a row in the summer!! ! the boarding house is super, especially the area! the truth is now it’s already bad that the beach has completely washed away there! but I think it will not be difficult for anyone to walk instead of 30 meters - 100! but rest for 5+, and food, and rooms.

I was in the Gornyak boarding house in Nikolaevka in the summer of 2008. I booked a "superior room" in the boarding house in advance. I was in the Gornyak boarding house in Nikolaevka in the summer of 2008. I booked a "superior room" in the boarding house in advance. I had to wait 30 minutes in the hall until they decided which room to put in (although I later saw the schedule of rooms, there are a lot of free rooms, the boarding house is half empty !!! ). They put me in a room without a balcony. Not all rooms have balconies, so there may simply be nowhere to dry things, the guests of these rooms smoke right in the room, it is almost impossible to weather the smell of tobacco in such heat. After long negotiations with the administrator, reluctantly, to the point that "why do you need a balcony, you will dry your things in my room" (and this generally looks like a joke), I was nevertheless moved to a room with a balcony.
IT TURNED OUT, THEY HAVE NO HOT WATER SINCE 2008, even at certain hours according to the schedule!! ! Although it is listed that it happens, and the hot water supply schedule hangs on the 1st floor! Apparently, the boiler house is covered, and they are not going to repair anything, they just lie that “they switched to some kind of automation there, and the water is heated automatically”... But “according to the schedule” cool water flows from the hot tap !! ! When asked by a woman how to wash a child, the administrator promised to give an electric kettle. . .
In the dining room - unsanitary conditions, dirty dishes, vegetables on the table - unwashed with earth, the food is disgusting, dead midges came across in the salad, they even gave expired glazed curds. In the so-called "superior room" (it is believed that it was after European-style repair) the plumbing fixtures, nightlights, a switch are broken; in the walls - holes with protruding wires photo here http://foto. mail. en/list/entrance1/1
On the day of arrival, in the "improved" allegedly "after repair" room, right in front of me, after my request, they patched up holes in the walls, repaired the toilet bowl, the switch (from which wires also stuck out), the shower (I didn’t know then about the lack of hot water), in short... renovated!!!
The administration staff is unprofessional, arrogant, deceitful (even those caught in a lie, standing next to a stream of cold water, lie that it is hot, but not much, but just a little bit, and expired curds can be eaten if they are stored in special freezers. . to the question where do you have these freezers in the dining room again they lie that it’s not here, but somewhere else far away, not in a boarding house), and there are very few attendants: the dishes in the dining room are cleaned by the vacationers themselves, the room was cleaned on the day of my arrival the duty manager herself.
There is no beach: the descent to the sea is destroyed, the sign “the beach is closed”, behind which is an abyss. There is no infrastructure. Mostly employees of a mining enterprise from the city of Kryvyi Rih, which owns this boarding house, rest there, apparently only because the enterprise pays for their vouchers (although they also complained to the administrator about the canteen, they say we are not pigs, we should be given this!!! ) and they ask a lot of money from the rest... I had to escape from there after 2 days !! !
