I chose a hotel with a kitchen and a bathroom, kitchen - so as not to depend on restaurant food in the hotel. bath - to bathe the child. eventually settled. There is air conditioning, but the remote does not work. . . and the air conditioner does not work without a remote control... at the reception they took the remote control back a week later .

Internet is paid. . . ~12 euros per week.... working day. . . day off. .
at the reception they answer that they are trying to resolve the issue... but they don’t really do anything... it’s useless to swear with them.
when the Internet is . . the speed is small . . you can’t watch a movie in the evening.

The hotel itself is good enough but it makes up for it with the attitude. . . It is considered to be a 4* hotel. Personally, I think that it doesn’t pull even 3 * (except perhaps because of a good pool, but there are other important things). In the room, the main thing is the price list. You can immediately open and figure out how much you will be charged for "broken" furniture.

You can immediately open and figure out how much you will be charged for "broken" furniture. My friends and I were forced to pay for a "broken" sofa: first they said that the wheel was broken, then they said that 2, then the beam, and then something else. It's good at least that they paid not 600 euros, as in the price list, but "only" 50. Also, 2 plastic chairs were broken - what kind of chairs are they that cannot withstand 60-80 kilos? And they had to pay for it. sometimes there was a feeling that the furniture was specially made so that it would break when used - in my presence, a friend put 2 books on a shelf, and it broke. . . But if this can be accepted as an accident, then another incident just goes beyond the normal. In Bulgaria, part of the hotel rooms are purchased by private individuals (we were told so). My 9 friends and I just lived in 2 rooms owned by such a private person. Starting from day 1, she slandered that we had music playing after 11 pm. We turn off the lights at 11, and any of us could have sworn that there was no talk of any music. However, no one listened to us, and something happened that did not happen during any of my trips - they wanted to evict one of our rooms, and they had to change rooms with other children. . . And most importantly - if once you were "convicted" of something, then the next time all the dogs will be hung on you - that "broken" sofa was in the room from which my friends were evicted (they were there less than a week out of 2 weeks "tickets"). Naturally, only they paid for the sofa. When they asked why the option was not considered when those children broke the sofa, they almost started sending us to hell (((And the last thing - there is no hair dryer in the room

In general the hotel is good. . . But the attitude towards the Russians in it is disgusting!!! Our group constantly lost money and jewelry. . ( We came with friends to the room, and we had the door wide open... there was no one in it... and things were missing... And when we turned to the reception with this problem, not only did they not compensate for this, they also crap in different ways !! ! And they even wanted to evict us 2 days before departure!!! Keep track of your towels in your room.

Our group constantly lost money and jewelry. . (
We came with friends to the room, and we had the door wide open... there was no one in it... and things were missing...
And when we turned to the reception with this problem, not only did they not compensate for this, they also crap in different ways !! ! And they even wanted to evict us 2 days before departure!!!
Keep track of your towels in your room. because your cleaning lady can simply steal them unnoticed. And you will pay for them at the end of your vacation! (for each 10 euros)
Before leaving the room, it is better to take ALL your most valuable things away from sin!! ! And give a lot of money to the safe at the reception (it is paid)
And one more thing. . . if you suddenly go here, then on the first day of your arrival, inform the authorities about all your breakdowns and damages in the room!! ! (Even the smallest ones! ) because you will have to pay for all this!! ! what did we do. . .
In short, all the minuses of this hotel can’t be told right away...
But if you don't want problems. . . it's better not to choose this hotel for your stay!!!
