The hotel itself is "a little shabby", but not critical: ) The room is spacious, the floor is carpeted, there is a balcony with a plastic table and chairs.
There is NO shampoo, soap, lotion, etc. in the bathroom!!! ! There is a SMALL dispenser hanging by the sink!!! ! which was refilled upon settling in, then when the soap ran out, and it ran out on the 2nd day : ) asked the cleaning lady to refill it - so she just added water)))) so take SOAP, SHAMPOO, CREAM with you! Although in a 4* hotel they should be a priori! !
You will not sleep in this hotel!! ! if behind the wall there will be, for example, a mother with a child, like we have - they got up at 6.30-7.00 and started screaming))) or young people, I don't know which is worse)
Food: VERY BAD, minus 10, in the morning there were no pastries at all, this is the first time I have seen such a thing, lunch is meager (hamstring, meat gravy, French fries), dinner is the same as at lunch + mackerel is cooked the same way every day))) there were no vegetables, except for cucumbers and tomatoes, "seasoned" cabbage. However, there was a very unpleasant black skinny girl in the restaurant, who was constantly running and poking at which plates to take and which ones not to take))) in short, HORROR
The beach is close, 5 minutes walk, across the street.
Therefore, if you do not eat and do not sleep, why do you come here??? ? ))

If you want to relax almost on the seashore and see sea views from the hotel window, or even a panorama of the old town of Nessebar, then you should go to the Kyparisity Hotel. Everything else left unpleasant memories.
At the reception, with a sweet, gentle smile, as if artificial, they tell you to wait until 2:00 p. m. , because they don't check in earlier. But they don't keep the vouchers, you go "for a walk", come at 12:00, and there are already tourists who arrived later than you. They are settled earlier, you are told to wait. The result is a room facing a blank wall of a nearby hotel and the roof of a restaurant, where you can hear the smells of food and the clatter of dishes and chairs. And also the parking lot, it's like someone is "lucky".
And food in Cyparisita is a separate song. Minor service personnel, without the slightest skills in cooking and sanitary etiquette. It seems that these are vocational school students on summer practice. Food was laid out without overalls and gloves, long queues of dissatisfied tourists formed.
Complete unsanitary: spoons, knives and forks lay right where the bread is. I saw with my own eyes how the worker who laid out the vegetables wiped her nose with a napkin in the break between the lines and wiped the surfaces where the dishes with vegetables were standing!! ! It's just horrible!!!
There was always not enough water for tea in the cooler, sugar in bags was stored just on the table and was wet (after our remark, they brought a large plate for it). The coffee machine kept breaking down (after all, hot drinks are only for breakfast! ). Lunch and dinner without coffee and tea, only cold water in the cooler and 70 gr.
If a person came an hour after the start of dinner, they simply said that the chosen dish was over, they did not calculate portions for everyone. Fruits - only oranges and only for breakfast!!!
There were no teaspoons, hot drinks came from disposable plastic cups. Glass glasses were only available at the bar, you had to beg for them, and they were of dubious purity.
The tables were not cleaned on time, so the tourists were simply forced to clean the dirty dishes on the second table in order to make room for themselves. Tablecloths in bread crumbs and in wet spots from spilled drinks. On the summer playground, the tables are wooden, which no one has wiped. If you are "lucky" to sit at the farthest table, there will be a garbage can next to you!! ! Enjoy, tourists, eat and enjoy the sight of garbage!!!
The dishes were cleaned by everyone in turn: the one who was on hand could later clean the dirty dishes.
There was no buffet in Cyparisita, as if because of the "coronavirus", the food was laid out by ourselves. Although in other hotels of Sunny Beach they worked according to the "buffet table" system.
Apart from tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, there were no other vegetables, and one could only dream about salads.
There were no salt shakers!! ! Upon our request to give a salt shaker, we were asked: "Why do you need salt? »
The sea, the sun, trips to Nessebar, walks along Sunny Beach, a steam locomotive on the coast - pleasant impressions from a trip to Bulgaria, but not memories of the Kiparisiti hotel!! !

Everything that was stated - everything was. In general, a normal hotel, corresponds to its level. Internet is normal, even in the room. Food - we weren't hungry. The sea is close. They waited a long time for check-in, but we arrived at 4 in the morning, settled us at 9. They did not give us a temporary room.

Kiparis Hotel is a quiet place for tourists who love silence and solitude. The staff is friendly, cleanliness is ok. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner were not. We dined 2 times in a restaurant on the corner, but then we moved to the restaurant of the Dolphin Hotel (along the path to the sea) - it tastes better and the portions are larger.

We dined 2 times in a restaurant on the corner, but then we moved to the restaurant of the Dolphin Hotel (along the path to the sea) - it tastes better and the portions are larger.
But the impression about this hotel is rather negative.
Territory: None at all. There are small lawns and lawns, but there is nothing to do on them - no benches, no gazebos. The pool is not bad, but there are only 20 sun loungers around it (and the hotel has at least 80 rooms). In the evening, having nothing to do, everyone sits in the lower hall, where there is wi-fi. But there is nothing interesting in the hall either - no TV, no music, no billiards, no tennis. The silence and the screens of mobile phones are glowing... I was upset by the absolute absence of a bar and tables where you can sit with friends and chat in the evening...
View from the windows: There is a pool and a road (until 12 at night - noise from the road), a green lawn and a garden (even numbers of rooms) and another facade looks at the concrete wall of a neighboring hotel (odd numbers, poor placement)
But there are also pluses:
Its main advantage is that it is close to the sea, only 100m. For comparison, from many 5 * and 4 * hotels on the coast to the sea, go 300-600m. The hotel is almost the last on the Sat, then the resort of St. Vlas begins (about him - at the end). The path from the hotel will lead to the beginning of a large embankment. If you walk along the promenade for 100-200 meters, you will find yourself on clean, well-groomed beaches where we swam. The farther along the embankment, the denser the crowds of walking and sunbathing.
General impression of Bulgaria and SB:
Sea and climate - excellent! But there are almost no beautiful sights (or they are in the interior of the country). We took an excursion "Palace in Balchik + Hammered stones + some kind of cape". Of the 12 hour trip - 8h in the bus. Impressions are so-so and not worth the time and money. We got frustrated and did not buy more excursions. Sunny Beach itself - endless hotels, shops, cafes. . .
But nearby, like an outlet - the town of Nessebar, old and colorful. Only 2 leva and 20 minutes by city bus.
The neighboring resort of St. Vlas is, in my opinion, less convenient and interesting than SB. The beach strip is only 10m wide, the embankment is not. From the beach to the hotels - always uphill.
Another observation: The wines are not bad, but not for everyone. Whiskey, rum, etc. - no more expensive than in Duty Free, beer - only Stella Artois + 3-4 types of local.
Observation: the number of "our" tourists has decreased markedly. Never noticed "tagil".
We may still go to Bulgaria, but not to Cypress.

The weather did not disappoint, but the hotel did. located near the highway - very noisy. the audibility between the rooms is excellent - you live the same life with your neighbors. adjust to the routine. Arrived at 5am, check-in at 3pm, whatever you want. cleaning (no) is not agreed, even if you are in the toilet, the door opens and the cleaning lady comes in.
