Fresh important feedback for the Russians! We flew to rest in this hotel, chose supposedly good reviews, with a 3-year-old child. Let me start short and to the point.
one . We arrived at 8 am, the flight was at night. Naturally, my daughter was very tired, I would even call it stress. We were allowed to walk until 14.00, supposedly there are no rooms and they have check-in at 14.00. And we so wanted to relax and sleep, we definitely didn’t have time for festivities.
Although the Germans and the Angles were always settled immediately. (My observations).
2. The attendants do not speak or understand Russian. All staff.
3. Food at the canteen level. Monotonous. Simply, every day you will eat the same thing. And what is the name of the dish and what it is written from in all languages of the world except . . RUSSIAN. So guess for yourself what is there? And is it possible to feed these kids. This is especially true for soups.
4. You will be sent to buy a potty for a child in the city. And you are out of the way... you should sleep and shit what is called, but no....blow into the city for a pot. Personally, my child on such a healthy toilet does not poop, sorry.
5. You will not receive accommodation in the main building. Anyone can settle there, but not Russians. Nearby, on the outskirts, across the shitty river croaking and teeming with snakes, there is an extension. There you and the road.
6. there is practically nothing to do on the territory of the hotel. In a city that is nearby, too. Except buying useless things. . magniki and all sorts of crap. By the way, all this mass-produced crap costs decent money. I took 500 euros with me. 50 brought. But I spent them, I didn’t feel sorry for me . . also for all sorts of crap). There had to be some way to calm down.
7. Children's animation is DISGUSTING. And no one will bother with your Russian-speaking child there. They speak only English and German.
8. Now the pluses: the sea and the beach are normal, there is a trampoline near the building in the outskirts. So we spent all 10 days)
We were also lucky with the weather.
Conclusion: I liked Bulgaria, we will go again of course, BUT! JUST NOT IN LUNA BAY.
By the way, I talked there with people who came here 3 times, and were upset to tears! that everything in this hotel has changed NOT for the better.
I wrote everything as it is, think for yourself, decide for yourself!

One review has already been posted below. I want to add a little: the rooms are spacious with good furniture, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, the cleaning of the rooms is of high quality, the towels are changed every day, the bed is 3 times in 10 days. Regarding the recall of Ezhachok, I disagree on many points.

Regarding the recall of Ezhachok, I disagree on many points.
The line SOMETIMES was 4-5 people in the morning for pancakes, but I think that this is completely normal, everyone wants the pancake to be freshly cooked, if you don’t want to wait 5 minutes, come earlier for breakfast. Drinks can all be filled into bottles, + there is hot milk, everything was filled into bottles for children. And in general, there were no problems to take something into the room or take it out of the restaurant, the main thing is that they did not take out the dishes (for this, you can prudently take a disposable one in bars). Drinking water is also available in coolers. Yes, minus that there are no natural juices, only tomato juice for breakfast, all other drinks in vending machines from purified tap water. Fruits are always edible. And there are plenty of meats too. Nobody expects exclusive shark or octopus or lobster dishes in all-inclusive hotels. Seafood was cooked too, salads, appetizers, sometimes hot for dinner. As for paid non-local alcoholic drinks, this is in almost all hotels in Turkey and Bulgaria, this is normal.
As for the toilets by the pool, the nearest toilets by the pool are in the building, they are always perfectly clean, even if someone walks barefoot, there is no sand, because there are tiles near the pool!! ! There is 1 toilet on the beach, naturally there is sand, since there is sand everywhere, it's a beach, and no matter how you go there with or without shoes, it's unrealistic to go in and not bring sand, these toilets are cleaned every 2 hours. Regarding the distribution of excrement, every normal person, walking from the beach, washes his feet in the shower (there is even warm water by the pools). I have not seen anyone with dirty feet climb into the pool or go to the building. The water in the pools is always clean, but!! ! you can swim only until 18:00, then the pool is treated with a powder like bleach.
There are enough sun loungers on the beach, we used to come to the beach at 11, you can always find free ones. If someone didn’t have enough space under an umbrella on the beach, you can go to the pool, since it’s not far to walk 10 meters and not 200!! ! My 2-year-old child did not need an umbrella, and parents of small children, in fact, have no time to lie down and sunbathe. And I also did not see those suffering from a lack of sunbeds, umbrellas.
I recommend the hotel to everyone, especially for families with children!! !

I chose this hotel from the standpoint of its own beach, a quiet holiday without clubs, the presence of a children's pool and a playground, and a water park. Expectations were justified by 100% and even more. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, everyone is very attentive and polite, and they clean, wash and wash all the time: the restaurant does not have time to fall, they immediately clean it, after each they clean the tables, re-lay the tablecloths, the children's pool is vacuumed every morning, sunbeds near the pool and the sea wash every morning.

Rooms are always cleaned after breakfast and before dinner. children sleep after the trouble, and there are no questions to agree on a cleaning time if necessary and without a tip! The food is chic, a huge variety of snacks, salads, cheeses, yoghurts for breakfast, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, muesli, buns, fruits. After the proposal was made, milk porridge for children immediately appeared. For lunch there were always 2 soups (though not always for children, often very spicy), about 4 meat dishes, fish, pasta, baked or stewed vegetables, salads, pizza, cakes and pastries. For lunch and dinner there was always ice cream and cakes, beer and wine also from lunch. And tea and coffee only in the morning in the restaurant, but!! ! who wants to drink tea-coffee in the evening or after dinner, this can be done in bars where + there are buns for tea. For dinner, the cooks especially tried: there are always about 8 salads, 4-5 meat dishes, side dishes and of course cakes. It was impossible to stay hungry, even for children. Between breakfast and lunch there is a lobby bar with drinks and buns. Then at 12 an Italian restaurant opens where you can have a bite to eat and dine earlier (2 meat dishes, pizza, pasta, salads, fruits and ice cream). My child did not always want to eat in a restaurant, because he was not used to eating in restaurants, sometimes I had to take some food with me to the room. The restaurants had enough highchairs for feeding, although there were also a lot of children of different ages. The hotel has a gym, spa + beauty salon (for a fee), a children's room, shops (you can buy clothes, swimwear, hats, toys), an indoor pool, a doctor. The downside is that there is no pharmacy. Animators are engaged in entertaining tourists: aerobics, games with children on the beach and near the pool (from 4 years old), magicians come on Tuesdays and entertain children for an hour near the pool; every evening different shows, or animators prepare, or show ballet and professional dancers come + every evening live Spanish music at the beach bar.
The playground is very good, a lot of different slides, swings, climbing frames. In the evening, huge balls are inflated for children in the children's pool, in which you can swim and stay dry. Naturally, as in any resort there are catamarans, bananas, jet skis, skis, parachutes.
The water park has a children's pool for kids and a couple of water slides, and separately 2 large slides for older children and adults.
Of the minuses, only not very good soundproofing from the corridor and balcony, the absence of a pharmacy, and if someone came with a small child and a stroller, the absence of asphalt / concrete / tiled paths from the beach. There are only rubber tracks, it is very uncomfortable for strollers and they get very hot in the sun. But of course you can find a place where you can ride a stroller, put a child to sleep, there is a path along the embankment to the water park and a little further on the other side of the hotel.
In general, I liked everything so much that I did not want to leave.

We went with a young man, together - without children, friends, parents, etc. I can honestly say that we liked almost everything in the hotel. True, there were moments of cleaning the room - they forgot to clean our room at all for one day, then they didn’t take out the garbage, then they cleaned up “upstairs” - but we attributed this fact rather to the lack of a tip on our part (one day we left two leva, so The number literally sparkled : )).

The hotel is good for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and want to relax calmly turning off the brain : ) There are many couples with children of all ages and elderly couples of Germans.
A big plus of this hotel is its own beach with free sun loungers, umbrellas (but, of course, the principle "who gets up first - that and slippers" remains in force : )) and lifeguards. The hotel is a little further away from other hotels and 3 km from the center of Obzor, but this only facilitates long walks along the coast.
The food is excellent, European cuisine, delicious desserts and pastries, a variety of choices.
Even despite the lack of good weather - out of the seven days of stay, the sun was all two days - the hotel was filled with people (unlike other hotels, which have almost all closed), with the entertainment of which the restless animators did an excellent job.
So I can safely recommend this hotel to those who want a relaxing beach holiday.

Perhaps I am biased, but I cannot help but compare with other hotels in Bulgaria of the same stardom and food concept. I'll try to be as objective as possible. I will be writing a lot... 1. The location of the hotel is good. There are no buildings around yet and the beach is almost completely provided only to hotel guests.

The beach is quite clean, but it would not hurt to take better care of it. In any case, such a beach will definitely not be able to count on the "blue flag".
2. The hotel building itself is modern, with good infrastructure, sufficient staff, excellent rooms, high-quality furniture. Reception works, in my opinion, flawlessly, resettlement, discharge, the resolution of issues is clear and fast. If there are ready-made rooms, then they settle before 14 hours. Nobody is begging for money.
3. The rooms, as I wrote above, are of high quality and comfortable. I lived in a room near the elevator and opposite the stairs and did not feel any noise or discomfort from that.
Cleaning is daily and high quality. Change of towels on request (thrown on the floor). All sorts of figures were twisted from towels, the child was pleased, and for this I left a modest tip every 3-4 days.
4. A lot about food....All Inclusive food is somewhat neutered. Let me just say that the food is delicious and of good quality. However....
First, the range is small. One main course of each type of meat, one fish dish, one grill and several hot side dishes. There are a few salads and a lot of raw vegetables and dressings for them and enough fruits, BUT of them, melons and plums were NOT edible even once during our vacation. Grapes, watermelon, apples and kiwi are fine. Replenishment of trays with food is fast.
I was struck, as they wrote, by the "Russian Olivier salad" of raw peas, corn and sausage, seasoned with sour cream, as well as the "Russian borsch" of the broth and uncut fist-sized potatoes, beetroot, whole onions, green beans and huge pieces of beef ...Apparently they decided to instill in the Germans an aversion to Russian cuisine, not otherwise ...
Baking is great! Sweets are so-so, but the muffin is just wonderful. I applaud their baker!
Secondly, there are few distribution points. During peak hours, with the maximum concentration of people, for example, at the grill, you could stand for up to 45 minutes ...Also for breakfast for scrambled eggs ...Everything is very long and revealingly slow! ! ! Significant! ! ! Well, it's more of a hotel policy in food: artificial pandemonium and a queue so that people just break off to get in line.
Thirdly, the absolute presence of chemistry in all drinks.
Juices are powdered, low quality, carbonated drinks from kegs, but also sometimes with a strange aftertaste, white wine is a mixture of young unfermented concentrate diluted with powdered wine concentrate, and red wine is also white, but tinted. There are no freshly squeezed juices in the restaurant or in the bars. Tea and coffee in the restaurant only in the morning. At lunch and in the evening only in the bar. Drinking only in a few places of the hotel and only from coolers. It is FORBIDDEN to fill bottles, which is honestly written right there near the coolers on the wall. If the child wants to drink at night, then run to the cooler and return with a glass or buy water in a shop for money.
The claimed Italian a la carte restaurant, if it ever worked, it was a very long time ago, but most likely never ...Just a closed room.
In bars, non-local alcoholic drinks are always paid. I'm not a beer and it didn't bother me, but it's still a variant of hotel greed...
The bars are also demonstrative slowness and queues.
This principle of nutrition can be characterized briefly: redneck and greed, but well-cooked ...
5. Animation...Well, it just doesn't exist. Or rather, it is, but such, rudimentary, rudimentary, barely breathing ...Perhaps the only thing that can be praised is the kids club. The rest is very weak. It seems that the guys are trying, but nothing comes out of them ....Evening, so-called show programs are a banal opening of the mouth and chaotic movements around the stage to the music from musicals. The scene is weak, there are few places for spectators, children's discos are not interesting.
6. Pools. There are 2 of them. Children's so-and-so, and an adult is small, there is nowhere to turn around, and even more so to swim. There are a lot of sunbeds, but they are all very close to each other. There are few umbrellas by the pools. The toilets by the pools are completely unsanitary. Cleaning is poor, and the floor drains are specially plugged up because of the constant stink from them.
Even the inscriptions about walking in them in shoes are not. Therefore, the Germans and Romanians go to these toilets barefoot, and then they drag the excrement with them into the pools. Water filtration is not constant, but only at night, and therefore the water in the pools is clean only in the morning, and cloudy in the evening.
7. Beach. It is not so bad, but the hotel was greedy even here: there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, umbrellas even more so. Therefore, people take sunbeds from early morning. My child and I are not a fan of lying on sunbeds, we are constantly on the move and therefore just threw things on a free sunbed by the pool and that’s it, and people with children who love to sunbathe really suffered from a lack of sunbeds and umbrellas. True, the hotel prudently fenced off a place for paid sunbeds and umbrellas. Well, where perishing without additional earnings.
8. More about greed...About bottled water, a paid beach, artificial queuing in the canteen and bars, I have already mentioned. Paid also parking and safe in the room.
I did not expect this from the SOL trademark ...Not beautiful ...
9. In general, I would personally rate this hotel as "tolerant" with a positive trend, but with a clear policy of greed and a desire to take out the maximum amount of everything that is possible beyond the all inclusive. Good enough for an undemanding audience with small children, but clearly boring for young people and adults who gravitate not to a simple seal rest, but to an active one.
There is no disgust from the rest, but I will not go there again ...
Thank you all for your attention and good luck!

Good enough for an undemanding audience with small children, but clearly boring for young people and adults who gravitate not to a simple seal rest, but to an active one.
There is no disgust from the rest, but I will not go there again ...
Thank you all for your attention and good luck!

We rested at the end of August with my husband and daughter 5 years old, the hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned well, the animation is normal, the mini club is good. But sometimes there were problems with food for the child there were no cereals and for lunch all the soups were filled with seasonings, so this was somehow not very good.

There are a lot of Germans in the hotel and the animation is all in 4 languages and in the mini club too. few Russians and sometimes the child was not interested. Well, the sea, of course, the end of August is something! dirty and unsettled. After the Adriatic (Montenegro) it was hard to explain to the child that it was swimming there.

The hotel administration is at 32. The eternal battle for sunbeds, you need to get up at 6 in the morning to take it, although it is officially written everywhere that you can’t do this, so the hotel security goes around and removes towels from the sunbeds (during me there were a couple of conflicts between the Germans and the security about this )3. Some food (for example, soup, not for children, v. all salty and peppery)4. Animation at 35. The hotel does not have its own territory (except for the beach), there is nowhere to walk in the evening, in addition, the territory is not guarded (my child and 3 more families with whom we rested from children were stolen from the hotel building on the first floor of toys and inflatable mattresses) 6. The dishes, indeed, are sometimes found unwashed7. The playground is small. and located next to the smoking area8. There are a lot of cigarette butts on the beach9. Rotovirus blazed in the hotel, half of the hotel guests were ill. . .

I really liked the hotel, quiet, calm and comfortable. On the beach there are paid comfortable sunbeds with an umbrella. We paid for 15 days and calmly sunbathed. They left, then they came and no one occupied in our absence. The staff is polite. The food is varied, tasty, lots of fruits. Always drinks and ice cream.

If anyone likes noisy fun, then this hotel is not for you. Most parents with children and middle-aged people. Young people are few, Every day there were discos. My husband and I did not get bored, because. We needed a relaxing holiday. True, there are few flowers on the territory, but this is not so important.

The hotel is great! Suitable for a relaxing family holiday with children! Service at the level, cleaned every day, everything is clean, neat. The rooms are not luxurious, but very cozy and comfortable. The playground is small, but it was not very upsetting in the prince. But there are 2 children's rooms, slot machines and a children's pool, where the water is always warm (this is rare for Bulgaria) and clean, it should be noted that the pool was cleaned daily and the sun beds were wiped.

But there are 2 children's rooms, slot machines and a children's pool, where the water is always warm (this is rare for Bulgaria) and clean, it should be noted that the pool was cleaned daily and the sun beds were wiped. The beach is large enough and clean, there were always enough sunbeds (by the way, they are free, which is rare for Bulgaria), there is also a separate paid beach (5 leva umbrella, 5 lev sunbed). The sea is excellent, clean. The entrance is gentle, which is especially important for those with children. Feeding is just super, it was everything! ! From fruits: watermelons, melons, peaches and apricots, apples, pears, cherries, kiwi, oranges, etc. The meat is always very tasty cooked and in abundance, fish was given mainly trout and salmon was also pampered with shrimp and seafood. The rest of the food is also top notch and very tasty. . The menu was almost never repeated, the chef tried to surprise us, special thanks to him! ! Drinks are mainly white and red wine, beer and various local drinks. Now about the animation: in the evening after dinner there is a children's disco, after which there is a mandatory evening show for adults. Well done guys! ! They worked from morning until late in the evening, during the day they always entertained us with something (beach games, aqua aerobics, etc. ). Whoever wants something else, you can go for a walk in the review. On the seashore with a quiet step in the region of half an hour, but you can also take a local bus that runs on schedule directly from the hotel to Obzor, the schedule can be found at the reception, the cost of the trip is 2 leva. There is nothing much to do in Obzor, but for a change, you need to take a walk there! We liked! We were very satisfied with the rest.
