The standard room was very pleased - good repair, everything promised is there, linen is changed every 3 days, cleaning every day. Unfortunately, the hotel no longer has its own beach and even a shuttle to the city beach, so we constantly had a problem with a place on the beach: (I hope in the future the hotel will have its own beach, then you can’t imagine better conditions for relaxing at such a price! They brought us to the hotel at 9.30 am. This is where it all started. Check-in at 14.00, but they settled us with identification for 40 minutes. The room is normal: with air conditioning, decent furniture, everything is as in the photo. Breakfast is very poor, and when compared with normal foreign hotels, there is no choice at all. It was promised that bed linen would be changed every two days. We changed bed linen once in nine days of rest!!!!! ! And then when we piled towels on the bed!!! ! And once the cleaning lady did not even deign to remove the trash can!! ! During our stay, the hot water was turned off twice in the hotel (once for a whole day! ), And there were also problems with the elevator. We were just lucky that we lived on the first floor, so we didn't feel it. For the beach. Since 2010, it turns out that they do not have their own beach, although this information is not available anywhere on the websites. Our morning began with the fact that we were looking for places on other people's beaches for 10-20 UAH per place. And all this for 370 UAH. for the number! People, if you have already been to foreign hotels, this holiday is not for you!!! !

There are no normal free beaches. There are two of them and then packed to capacity. In general, a score of 7 and no more.

The only wish is that the restaurant would work on the menu, and not only provide complex meals. They take the hotel bus to the beach (after breakfast), but we had to get back on our own - the bus arrived at 15.00, we don’t stand in the sun for so long. There was a representative of the travel agency in the hotel, we chose our trips, the bus picked up from the hotel - no hassle. In general, from the rest in "Alushta" - only the best memories.
