After we arrived at the hotel, they asked us where we came from, what is our name, took our vouchers and issued a card from the room, the porter took our suitcase and led us towards the old building where the economy rooms are located, at the reception, and also on the way I clarified this we have a card from a standard room in the new building, to which there was a positive response. When we entered the room, our surprise knew no bounds, as we saw a completely different room that we had booked. We were simply fooled and settled in the old building in an economy room where there was an unpleasant smell in the shower. But it should be clarified that even in this economy there were slippers, bathrobes and two large towels (I will focus on this, since I will return to this point later).

And at the reception the most interesting thing began in us: the receptionist began to say that this was a standard class room and they settled us correctly. I showed him a photo of the standard and economy which they have on the site also provided them with a voucher where there is all the information about our room, but there was zero sense.
We contacted our tour operator who sold the tour to us, and he confirmed everything that we really have a standard room that is located in the new building (aka the main building) and that we need to say this information again so that we would be given a different number, but on receptionists stood their ground and did not want to settle in our legal number in any way.
After that, we called Ferhad Sadi (Ferhat Sadi front office manager), he also said that they were not aware because no one had booked a standard room with them and these questions were not for them, but for the anex tour (the standard scheme of Turks who breed their guests)
But then we were lucky in the hotel there was a representative from Anex tour Nuradin Adam, we called him, asked how to solve this problem, to which he replied that he did not know and this was not his job. After that, we again contacted our tour agent and here special thanks to Him, since it was he who helped us a lot in somehow influencing Nuradin and he began to do his job. We spent more than 3 hours arguing and talking with the staff and Nuradin, while we were very tired and hungry.
After Nuradin was contacted from the main office of the Anex tour, he began to do something, but at the same time continued to do dirty tricks, which I will write about later.
After a while, he came up to us and said that tomorrow you will move to a new room, but this night you will be in the old one (a small victory for us, but not for long)

The food is delicious and varied, there are always several types of meat, chicken and fish, it’s a pity rarely just fried eggs, but there are a lot of dishes from them, soups, very tasty french fries, from which I could not tear myself away for a long time and forbid myself to eat it, in general, food for 2 weeks is not boring. Great snacks by the pool, not bad ice cream. Fruit at least 5 types. Juices are not yupi, but 100% natural nectars, about the same as in bags. Alcohol, as everywhere, beer and crayfish are excellent, wines are not bad, and strong, as usual, vaguely resembles the familiar names of the same name.
The pool is deep enough, there are enough places, very good slides, despite the outwardly ordinary appearance, they spin well, help to shake the stomach)) It’s not far from the beach and it’s nice to walk, about 7 minutes, there are enough sunbeds on the beach and there are drinks. The sunbeds are all intact, the pool is new. Everything in the room works, nothing is broken, there are no cracks or mold. Spacious shower for two, hair dryer, LCD TV 32", but without Ukrainian channels. Every day easy cleaning, without mopping, changing linen and adding water to the refrigerator, one 1.5 l and 2 small sodas, there is a tea set, everything free of charge. The view from the balcony was on everything, the mountains, the city, the sea and even the fortress on the mountain. At the same time, I didn’t hear the music from the animation, about which I can’t say anything, I’m not a fan.
In general, I recommend, if for adequate money, everything was super. I am in Alanya for the 7th time, there is something to compare.

BUT! We, and those around us, simply hated the bunch of elderly Germans who gathered during the week. There is a complete feeling that they got out of some village (I don’t want to insult the village), and they didn’t fly from a civilized state... Yelling, they shout at each other through 2 tables in the restaurant, darkness... 5 minutes before the doors open to the restaurant, it is impossible to break through to them! Damn invaders stand like a wall, as soon as the doors open, they grab plates and rush to the veranda to take places - horror! On the beach they smoke, shit on the surrounding people and children. Complete shamelessness! While we, with other Russian speakers, standing at the door, discussed their behavior loudly enough, they did not stop yelling. Adults who disgrace their country, kapets!
And yes, people are queuing at the restaurant, not because there is a shortage of food, as some have written, but because they want to take a place in the open air, on the veranda, because. stuffy in the room. . .
Service staff. One gets the feeling that you owe it to all the staff, as they gave you the opportunity to relax in this hotel. If you do not give a bribe, no one will listen to you, they will only pretend. On the last day of rest, we were refused to change beach towels at the time indicated by the hotel in order to take a shower, since on this day we had a flight due to the fact that there were so few of them. But as soon as they slipped the money, towels suddenly became enough for everyone.
Hotel guide - Rustam (works with Russian tourists). Do not listen to anything that he will tell you, lies about everything that you just do not ask him about. The course is a little more profitable than in the hotel, but on the street the rate is even better. Across the road in exchangers, the exchange rate is the most profitable. Excursions are very expensive, we traveled on the same bus with the same people who bought excursions much cheaper on the street next to the hotel. We asked him to take care of the issue of our room, he promised that he would do it, but in the end he did nothing, he didn’t even lift a finger.
The food is satisfactory. For breakfast every day they gave a boiled egg, scrambled eggs or a fried egg and once for all the time pancakes. There was no choice at all. Dry breakfast, sweet, like everywhere else. The choice is very meager and almost the same, but there were always cutlets, chicken, fish on different days and one thing for dinner and lunch. Soups - one water. There was a BIG problem with fruits: plums, grapes (more or less), tangerines, apples, melon, watermelon, peaches, nectarine - but all this was unripe and completely tasteless. What ended was reported. Cleaned tables and plates promptly, which is also not unimportant. Coffee, cocoa and yuppies from the machine, soda to choose from, tea bags.
The beach, the sea - this is what we went for. The beach, in principle, the sand, walk nice. There are huge stones in the water, which can hurt your legs, be careful. Dirty water: mud, bottles, caps. Apparently the water is practically not cleaned or removed at the end of the season. GIVE OUT beach towels: they were with holes and spots of red color. TOWELS the size of the floor of the lounger, which is VERY inconvenient. On the beach, alcoholic drinks are not given, only yuppies from the apparatus, water and soda to choose from. Nearby there is a central local beach "Cleopatra": clean, without stones, beautiful with paid sunbeds. It seems that the sea is different there.
Animation, for me, is very weak. In the evenings, the show is monotonous, not impressed. Aqua aerobics is boring, water polo and that's it. In addition to volleyball on the beach, there are no hotel entertainments.
Public transport. The bus runs along Quay 101 with air conditioning. There is a minibus 1. The cost is 3 lire. Taxi - ask for prices, it was cheap for us. From the red tower to our hotel was delivered for 20 lire. 4 was very good.
We left the hotel after 18:00, no one cut off the bracelets. We used the bar and restaurant until we left.
The result... does not match the price and quality of the hotel. If they offer a ridiculous price, then take it. The main thing is that the number should be in the first or second building. At the reception in the passport upon check-in, put money and a chocolate bar with a request to settle in one of these buildings. Have a good rest and positive attitude.
The staff is polite. The food is good. 2 min walk to the beach, own beach.
BUT: My phone was stolen between the SPA of the hotel and the lobby bar. I had my phone with me when I finished the massage. Then I went up to the lobby bar, ordered tea and sat on the sofa, where I found it missing. When trying to watch the recording of the cameras, the SPA stated that the cameras were not working that day. Other acquaintances of vacationers in the SPA lost their glasses.
I recommend not to take valuables with you to the SPA hotel.

But for a surcharge of $ 20 for each day, they can provide a more comfortable room, with air conditioning, with instant check-in. At the same time, he cannot answer my questions, because. does not understand me, and requests only $20. As a result, we did not understand each other, and were left to wait. Then, as it turned out, the Russian-speaking administrator was sitting nearby,
and did not even try to help and explain. Internet on the 1st floor is free, they also refused to provide it to us, only for paying 1 euro per hour.
After 14.00 we were settled. The room is very good, comfortable. With a mountain view. Air conditioning is available and working. Refrigerator and TV, everything is like everyone else. They just wanted money!
The next day, when meeting with our tour operator, I heard a bunch of such stories. There were problems for everyone who did not pay extra. Or spent one night in another hotel. The day is lost, with these suitcases to go back and forth...
But the waiters and bartenders work perfectly, they try very hard and always fuss!
The representative from the operator, Sabina, was also very rude. She was openly rude, and was not competent in some matters, as it turned out later.
