The hotel is relatively inexpensive, but at the same time of a good standard. Rooms are clean and cleaned frequently. Plumbing is ok. There were five of us in the whole hotel, there were enough tables and food for everyone. The owner is friendly, the hotel is homely, few rooms. We lived on the 4th floor, room 12. It's hard to climb, if you go with a stroller or the elderly, you probably need to ask for a lower room. Also in the room is poor lighting (well, or let's say intimate). Good location, how to get to the center you will be prompted at the reception, by tram 7-10 minutes drive, in summer you can walk 20-30 minutes to the Powder Gate.

the hotel is on a solid 3, the breakfasts are monotonous, but satisfying. The hosts are friendly, they turned a blind eye to smoking in the room, they cleaned it every day, the plumbing is working, there are 3 Russian channels, there are 3 stops to Wenceslovskaya Square, in general, for this money it’s quite a decent hotel . … More ▾ the hotel is on a solid 3, the breakfasts are monotonous, but satisfying. I read the reviews for this hotel and decided to stay there. It turned out not to be the case at all. The hosts are not at all welcoming. The hosts are not at all welcoming. Upon arrival at the hotel, the owner of the hotel said that breakfast is from 7:30 to 11 am. The next morning I came at 10:10 o'clock. I was quite impolitely kicked out by the hostess of the hotel, it turns out that breakfast is only until 10. In general, the hostess hardly greeted me during the whole time that I lived with them.
I went downstairs to ask for water to take a pill, they poured me water straight from the tap.
My friend came to my room twice for a short time. We drank coffee and ate chocolate. The owner said: OK, OK, and smiled sweetly... He himself walked him to my door. Each time the owner of the hotel asked if he spent the night with me or not. Because he has video cameras and he sees everything... I said: no. Then he said that he was not a guest of his hotel and that he could not spend the night with me. After that, my friend never came into my room, he came, knocked on the door and we went for a walk. It was like that for several days. On the last day, as usual, my friend came to me, but I didn’t see it (I went to the store for 5 minutes) The owner of the hotel began to shout that my friend had just come to me, that he was in my room! Although he came, as usual, knocked on the door and waited for me to open it. He kicked us out into the street. He began to shout at me that I was no longer a child (I am 19 years old), asked who he was to me: a friend or a boyfriend, is it normal that he comes and goes... He made a scandal! He didn’t even allow me to sit on the 1st floor in the hall for meetings with guests, drink coffee, as we were going to. This owner has cameras somewhere, but not somewhere, he doesn’t know if my friend spent the night with me, if he even came to my room... but he made a scandal! If guests are not even allowed to pick me up, they should have said so right away. In general, I am shocked by such a service...
Meals: muesli, yogurt, waffles, tea, coffee, juice, milk, bread, jams, sausages, cheeses. No salads, they don’t cook anything themselves, everything is just purchased.
The light in the room is dim, even with additional nightlights turned on. You can get used to it, but reading in such lighting is harmful.
I did not notice the advantages of the hotel over others. I won't go again.

Average soviet hotel. There is only a TV in the room, and even then without Russian channels. The plumbing is basically all working. The payment includes only breakfast, and every day for breakfast the same thing in a small assortment. Moreover, if you are leaving for an early excursion or you have an early flight, no one is going to collect breakfast for you (unlike normal hotels). … More ▾ Average soviet hotel.
