The medical staff is at the highest level, always smiling and always coming to the rescue, helping to resolve all issues.
The sanatorium has a lot of different procedures, and highly qualified doctors will select just for you who will help you in treatment.
I recommend to everyone!
The territory is always clean, new paths have appeared and the sanatorium is being landscaped.
We will be happy to come again and again. Thank you for the rest!

Rested in the sanatorium Berezovy Guy - 2 weeks - in late May-early June.
Advantages :
1) the food is all fresh. as for the dining room - delicious. custom menu for three days in advance. kefir / yogurt. salads (okay). pastries are delicious. They try to give fruits.
2) doctors - not conflict and pleasant.
3) medical staff - on procedures - different)
4) good repair - at the place of reception of procedures and in brick houses.
The sanatorium has several one-story brick buildings - there is an excellent renovation. There are also wooden two-story houses. It's a Soviet-era renovation.
Disadvantages:
1) BE CAREFUL - if you arrive not by 9 am, but later (for example, for dinner like us) - you will be charged for the WHOLE day - including breakfast / lunch - but on the day of departure - you will be evicted WITHOUT BREAKFAST.
The administrator answered my questions - why should I leave with a child WITHOUT breakfast - although I paid for it (and for lunch, by the way, too) I was told - that I MUST COME !! ! to the sanatorium by 8:00.
Gentlemen : -) I'm not going to a strict regime colony, sort of. In addition, I traveled from afar - half of Ukraine drove to the glorious Khmilnyk....
We left without breakfast. . .
2) COSMETOLOGICAL parlor - a GESTAPO cosmetologist! ))) I cleaned my face with such bitterness - that tears flowed from my pain) I DO NOT ADVISE in one word)
3) MASSAGE - if you want to fly over the table like a piece of dough, this is to the massage therapist Anton. At my request, to change the massage therapist - they told me to write an explanatory note))) True, then it happened, they changed it. ) Vlad is a good masseur))) does not cripple))
4) Noise isolation in the rooms - no
5) cold in the rooms - like in the basement. The sanatorium is located in the forest - maybe that's why. And the blankets are thin. The first two nights were very cold. Both my child and I were treated. Bronchitis. By the way - half of the sanatorium coughed and drank antibiotics - the beginning of summer.
6) BOLD DOT - WHEN CHECKING OUT.
Check-out before 8:00. We have gathered. They called a taxi. We came to the reception - where they didn’t give me a deposit of 300 UAH (no deposit is provided in any sanatorium - give it here! )
They didn't give a deposit. because I guess I already took it.
To my request to show a document with my signature - where I confirmed the fact - that I received the money - they answered me - wait for the administrator.
Those. taxi, the train will be waiting. . .
Until I started screaming and indignant and the vacationers did not support me.....
Then the nurse, with a straight face - still took out a paper - where my last name was written and that I received back an advance payment of 300 UAH WITHOUT my signature. asked me to sign for my money back.
THIS IS WHAT WAS IT? Hope - that I will be in such a hurry that I will leave and leave a deposit?
OR just HORRIBLE SERVICE?!
Impressions are ambiguous.
Bought the price.
But, most likely - cheapness is connected with the fact that the lion's share of procedures is PAID.
Whether I will go again - it is difficult to answer.
In principle, you can go - if you are prepared in advance for the moments described above.
The strangest thing for us is the lack of water coolers!! ! Medical institution, not cheap, summer, heat... it's even somehow not decent in our time...
Now everything is in order. . .
So, first of all, what we actually come here for. . . Treatment. The medical staff is qualified, polite, not conflict. But! Water procedures - NO! A paradox, of course, but a fact! Available: Radon baths - in a nearby sanatorium + 4-chamber bath (this is such a thing, you lie in a crucified form (arms and legs in water, body on the surface) bulges + azone + electricity), but in general the sensations are pleasant) this is located in the sanatorium itself....and that's it !!!
Electroprocedures - the vast majority. (This is the basis of treatment). + massage (masseurs - beyond praise).
There is computer traction, injections, but they are effective only with long-term use, and this is not available to many... because not everyone has the opportunity to come for longer than 2 weeks...
In general, there are a lot of procedures, we run through them all day, but we arrived at a water resort! and there is no water!
Another moment, we got at a time when the sanatorium was almost full. And there is not enough time for procedures for everyone who wants to. . . And even if you were "lucky" to grab the necessary procedure, but you managed to linger - write wasted! - it’s not a fact that you will be able to get to it... Politely and sincerely they will try to resolve the situation that has arisen, but it doesn’t always work out. Wouldn't it be better to add working hours to your medical staff? And the employees would earn extra money and the vacationers would be happy....
Between treatment and food, I decided to insert a "fe" about a phytobar... We guessed its presence on the 3rd day, although it is located at the entrance to the dining room. It is littered with books, which is why it doesn’t look much like a phytobar... the opening hours are also strange, not convenient... you can drink medicinal teas only for a short time... I got the impression that it works when it is convenient for the staff, not vacationers.
The next one is FOOD. It is really dietary, there is a lot of it, it is sometimes quite tasty, good pastries. But even here... there are BUT... The dining room is small, it's hot outside and NOT A ONE AIR CONDITIONER !! ! Stuffiness... They put a fan in the larger hall - it’s already easier... but we ate in another hall...
The white tablecloths (obviously not washed for more than a week) are all stained, which are coquettishly covered with pretty beet-colored napkins, on which (and under which) the stains are not so noticeable...
I would like to focus on salads, or as it is called here, - a "vitamin table"... these are several plates of salads: carrots and beets "a la Karey", tomatoes, cucumbers... this is chopped "in haste" "not beautiful and not aesthetically pleasing, cucumbers are thick-skinned, sometimes bitter. + they are in a pickled form... but only the first ones to run get it. But there are usually salads on the tables, although they also don’t look very appetizing, but still...
On the first day of arrival, I was pleased with borscht with a fat fly, but this is so... it happens... In general, the food is at the level of a workshop canteen, not cooked mentally, the first one is boiled, cutlets are solid bread, compotes are tasteless. But in fairness, I want to say that although there are rarely exceptions... cheesecakes are good, stuffed peppers, chops...
ROOM. We were in the most expensive, so almost no complaints! Cozy, clean, comfortable, fresh renovation, new furniture, everything worked. The staff is responsive, any request was not left without attention. I was surprised by the lack of air conditioners (more or less normal at night, during the day - needed), and that there are no hooks for clothes... there is nowhere to hang a bathrobe or a towel in the bath. There is nowhere to hang clothes when you enter the room. . .
Summing up, I will say the following - Is it worth it to go - worth it! (taking into account the described nuances). I really hope that over time these nuances will eliminate themselves. For the staff really tries to make you healthier and gain strength. I really liked that the territory, although not large, but somehow no one interferes with anyone, there is no feeling of a crowd. There is a feeling that you are in a country house... there is a forest all around, silence, a small lake nearby (which especially pleased my husband, a fisherman) . The child can safely be released into the street. At the same time, there are shops and cafes nearby and a minibus to the city center.
Basically, everyone comes to the Vinnitsa railway station, since Khmilnik itself is a small town with a local population of 30 thousand. Vinnitsa is 40 km away. At the station, taxi drivers will not leave you alone, so it is impossible to get lost. In an hour you are already at Gaia.
We arrived early in the morning..... Oil painting - a former pioneer camp, damp, cold. I'm in a coma.
Settled quickly, gave the booked room. We had a standard with our own bathroom. Entering the room, I began to come to life, expecting Soviet pillows and interiors, I saw minimalism, new (albeit modest) furniture, a normal mattress (not a hammock) and clean new linen. Weak, but there is Wi-Fi. Uraaaaaa, I'm going to dig in here, I thought.
But, relatives who came with me (and there were only 10 of us with infants), decided the entire day route for me. Uncle Dr. Melnik was waiting for me, to whom I was skeptical. I was taken to a separate building, where the doctor occupied the apartment (later we called this building a torture house, because of the procedures carried out in this building - wave therapy, gas injections....etc. Everything is very painful, but effective. These procedures paid). I think I won't say anything, I'll partisan. And what was my surprise when the doctor, looking at me, scanned all the problems of my exhausted body. For the guests of "Guy" consultations are free, people came from outside - 50 UAH. I was imbued with respect for the doctor and my mood improved (I don’t know about you, but it’s hard to find an intelligent doctor here - my last bitter experience of a local sculptor is a blessing to the Malaya Institute).
I go out into the street - and oh, a miracle, the sun, birds, forest, clean air, indescribable beauty. Further appointment of a doctor. After that, a specially trained person draws up a schedule for the procedures and prints them out on a computer. I paid with a PrivatBank card, there is a terminal at the reception (I broke the tradition of keeping money in various interesting places and sleeping with half an eye).
There are two sanatoriums nearby, they are trade unions, the territory is very impressive, but what is happening inside the rooms, in the dining room, during procedures……. everyone unanimously resented and quietly envied our "pioneer camp". Yes, there is still animation there - an uncle with a button accordion, uuuuuuuuuuuuuu fire pensioners, wondered where and what hurts them ! ? In the same place, a brass band visits, there is also a mini-market. I really liked the market because it saved me a lot of money. Buy nothing but souvenirs (IMHO). Drinking establishments in assortment.
Next is the dining room. Two halls, one with a radio, the other without. We have enough circus in life, so we went into silence. There are chairs for children. Vitamin table (carrots, cabbage, beets, .......ketchup, mustard and lemons for tea). But you need to come on time, as some "hungry" rake everything clean. Although, it still remains. Take as much as your stomach desires.
The menu is custom-made, there is a diet. There is a lot of food, we are a little swollen there and our clothes have shrunk. I liked pastries and homemade dumplings, dumplings, noodles. Well, how not to eat a pampushka if it is so ruddy, with a crust, smells like garlic and looks at you?!
Procedures: radon (what everyone goes for). Baths in the sanatorium nearby, go through the woods, depending on how fast you walk. My journey took 5 minutes. The bathtubs are dead, but the nurse disinfects and collects water in front of you. At first, my imagination painted a picture of how someone was necessarily dismembered in these baths, and then they ate....but I got used to it 3 times. The main thing is that at the time of ablution, repairmen do not go, and they often hunt for this.
All other procedures took place in the "Gaya". There are a lot of them - electrical procedures, physical procedures, Evminov's shop, exercise therapy. There is a beauty parlor, very worthy. Facial cleansing - 160 UAH, chakra stone 200, anti-cellulite massage, vacuum massage, just a massage. Speaking of additional payment - this is only your initiative, we did not pay extra and received a quality massage. The attitude is friendly, the endurance is amazing (we were with children, and our children are without complexes, but manageable, we prohibit only what is life-threatening). Almost everyone was able to find a way. The nerves of the staff are reinforced concrete.
What is damp - yes, cool - yes (the children were given a heater). But all this is compensated by the fact that “Guy” is in the forest and, imagine the morning, you are still basking in a warm bed, and outside the window the birds are singing in the forest, clean air. All this + hospitality of the staff + professionalism did their job. We liked everything and will try to come back.
P. S. Trips to the city. Near "Gai" there is a final bus stop, it takes 15 minutes to get to the city, it costs 2.5 UAH. It's impossible to get lost. Everything in the city is very sad, but optimistic. There is "Silpo", some kind of abandoned castle, a river. Russian speakers are a local curiosity, but no one showed aggression. Were in Kamenetz-Podlsky on excursions, who are interested, I will answer questions. That still trip, with adventures, but we, in a different way, do not know how.
We were going to go to this sanatorium in June last year, but we decided that first our grandparents and our child would go there, and we would change them in 2 weeks, so that the child would breathe fresh air there longer. But this is so... preface...
We went to visit them after 3-4 days, and when we arrived we saw the following: the room was of a semi-basement type, it was damp and somehow frozen in it, although the renovation had been done, but even the presence of a laminate on the floor did not give a feeling of comfort. The bathroom is tiny, some shabby, the water is a little warm. Grandmother says that this room is much better than the one in which they were settled upon arrival. The child slept in 3 sweatshirts!! ! and it still froze at night... Maybe more expensive rooms do not have this - I don’t know...
The territory is beautiful, well-groomed - forest, but damp. Although in the heat it is probably a plus. Mosquitoes are tragladytes!
Now, according to our grandmother: they fed very well and a lot, but our cub fed on the holy spirit, because. everything that was given there was not tasty for him. (Neither in the Crimea, nor in the Carpathians, nor abroad, we had such problems);
procedures had to beg and paid extra (officially and unofficially).
and deadly boredom (even for grandparents). In short, we quickly took the child away, naturally, we abandoned our plans for this sanatorium, and grandparents caught up with us on the way home.
We found on the Internet a link to the site of the sanatorium Berezovy Guy.
We found out all the information by phone and after booking we made a small advance payment.
The road is not annoying, 17 hours from Moscow, at a convenient time, departure from the Kiev railway station, early arrival at the sanatorium. I won’t say anything bad about customs, politely and without prejudice...
They didn’t order a transfer, a taxi at the station in Khmelnik is full and not expensive compared to Moscow. We were given a room - which was inexpensive to order, but it had everything. We came to be treated - so there were no claims for 5 stars.
The treatment in the sanatorium is good, the specialist in the back and joints is very correct and well-known here. Therefore, in 19 days, it seems that my wife and I got on our feet in every sense. Ate in the dining room. The food is good, a lot of homemade... pastries, various cereals. Plus an afternoon snack. Although the sanatorium is not in Russia, we will recommend it. Everything is available and got what they promised us.
