Further, the adventures began from the beach (the beach declared by the hotel is closed for quarantine), the transfer took us somewhere far away and on that beach you couldn’t even take sun loungers and an umbrella for a fee. The transfer was a 7-seater minibus (there are 50 rooms in the hotel!!!! ) twice a day to the beach, twice to the hotel until 2 pm. And then only a paid stuffed minibus. Therefore, attempts to use this service had to be abandoned. Room cleaning is a separate issue. On the 3rd day of my stay, I tearfully asked to clean the room and change the linen (which I had previously thrown on the floor), warning the administrator that we would leave on an excursion until the evening. When we returned to the room at 12 o'clock in the morning, they only took out the garbage from the toilet. There was no linen. I called the administrator, who rolled her eyes and after about 20 minutes brought us bed linen (it’s not difficult for me to make it myself, but still I paid for everything). But the linen was dirty, stained and wrinkled. To which the administrator threw the phrase "It is clean, I assure you, it was laid in another room, but no one has slept on it yet !!!! ". As a result, we slept on dirty, but our linen. And they did the cleaning the next day.
In terms of nutrition - there is no declared author's cuisine, let alone "all inclusive" and even more so. Meals 3 times a day, and if you want delicious coffee (not what they offer), you will have to pay, you had to pay for an extra cup of coffee! General idea of food in photos. I must say right away that the food is canteen. The waiters are inexperienced, the service had to wait for 40 minutes, the same amount had to wait for you to clean the table after previous visitors. I want to express special thanks to the waitress Olga, she is the only person in the dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant), who somehow tried to help tourists and serve on time.
The pool is good and clean. There are few sun loungers, there were not enough for everyone, and since it is far from the sea, there were quite a lot of people who wanted to take a sun lounger. Be careful with sun loungers, most of them are broken, you can fall through and damage yourself in some place). Snack bar near the pool worked for 1.5 hours twice a day. From snacks: croutons (photo), crackers, fish and canapes (bread, sausage, cucumber), from drinks fruit drink, beer (from 1.5 liter bottles without a name, but the cheapest taste you could get) and white / red wine looks like vinegar. More decent drinks and ice cream only for a fee. I advise you not to take crackers, this is the bread that remained after breakfast and lunch, only fried. In the last days of our vacation, the cooks were even too lazy to cut it, as a result, I found a crust gnawed by some child (photo). The bar was closed very quickly, so as not to feed vacationers for a minute. The bartender Nikolai (I also want to say a big thank you) served quickly, tried to make sure that everyone was satisfied.
There were a lot of nuances, but these are trifles. We went on excursions, enjoyed the Crimea, but upon returning to the hotel, the mood was very spoiled. Declared entertainment and animation is also not in the hotel! I asked for a meeting with the management, but they never got in touch, although they passed by every day, pretending not to notice. Wasted money and nerves.
Let's start in order:
Parking - for 49 rooms only 3 parking spaces, but for the money. Arriving in the room you will not find the promised toiletries, elementary shampoo and soap, slippers, bathrobes, a kettle, while going to the sauna passes through the entire yard (about 50-60 meters), on the street - 2 (we remind you that there are no bathrobes), therefore, it is logical to change clothes in the sauna itself (you still have to go back steamed). But here's a surprise! There are no locker rooms in the sauna! You can change clothes in the common toilet)))
The pool is just a "fairy tale" - you simply won't see the bottom (one gets the impression that the water does not change at all), and the temperature in the "heated" pool is 17 degrees. Think! Sauna for 4 sitting and 1 standing places (49 rooms). The heaters on the boiler are completely open (very unsafe with children!!! ), it is very slippery near the pool, there are no covers!
Food is SOMETHING! LUNCH: 2 tablespoons of buckwheat + 20 grams of chicken fillet, 100 grams of canned soup, a glass of juice. BREAKFAST: pumpkin porridge + naked omelette + half a tomato with onions. NOT EXAGGERATED!! ! To the question about butter - the answer is: you can only for money. And for all this "pleasure" we paid 5.500 rubles. Draw your own conclusions! Dear owners of this institution - DO NOT SHAME CRIMEA! We are ashamed of you!

2. The number is ordinary, the extra place for the child is miserable.
3. The water needs to be drained for about 15 minutes, hot water starts to flow, the shower cabin is full of cold water until the cold one leaves the cabin, again it is necessary to drain it from the tap. In a word, the stock is useless, it was not possible to wash my hair.
4. Snack bar one name, the cheapest cracker, homemade croutons from bread left over from the previous day, and wine...... its origin is unknown.
5. Dietary nutrition is so.......And how can you ruin oatmeal and scrambled eggs like that is a mystery.
6. They signed up for the sauna on the day of arrival for the last day of rest, when they came, OH, (a dolphin was laid out of tiles in the pool at the bottom) it was not visible, the water was so muddy, and it’s not clear why the entry was, if no one was in the sauna removed the rest room.
7. But the ending was the most wonderful, they beat out 2000.00 rubles for spilled coffee on a bathrobe and a duvet cover, but there was no chance not to pay, they closed the gates of the hotel and did not let me out.

And as always this year, everything was perfect in the "Majestic": amazing views, and from all the rooms - to the sea! Restaurant service and cuisine, massages and swimming pool! Small, but very beautiful and cozy area. Very well maintained plants.
The indoor pool is small, but warm and cozy, it also has a sauna, which is very convenient. Want to come back again!

Family vacation: 2 adults and 2 kids. + (pros):
The hotel is not bad, the view is very picturesque to the sea and mountains, the air is clean and tasty compared to Moscow, the room is clean. We stayed in a suite (2 rooms for 12600 r/s). Many vacationers with children 90%. The ticket includes a romantic dinner with a bottle of local wine (price 200-300r). Dinner is delicious and more than usual 2 times, but dessert for extra. fee. Beautiful landscape design, lots of greenery, very cozy.
There is a playground with a slide and a carousel, a sandbox and a swing - everything the kids need. The pool is large for kids and deeper for older children, adults will be small.
The staff is friendly, but there is little joy in the eyes due to fatigue (they work seven days a week to earn money, since the salary is small even for the manager.
- (minuses):
everything is very sparingly, the owners save on everything absolutely: the light bulbs in the room burn through one, there is no hot water (it is warm). The rooms are cleaned quickly and extremely badly (the dust was not wiped for 4 days until the administrator complained), towels are changed regularly, but bed linen was changed 1 time in 9 days (at the discretion of the maid, it seemed still clean). The mini-bar was never replenished, although everything was included in the suite (there were 2 waters of 0.5 each, chocolate and juice of 0.25 - everything was the cheapest !!! ), at the reception they said that the bar was updated every 6 days ! ! ! But in practice they do not replenish. More interesting. . . the kitchen: get ready for the fact that there is only one highchair for the whole dining room (although it is not large, about 12 tables), when you come to the dining room it will always be busy. We always went to the opening of the dining room and occupied a table, because 2 children, one only eats in a high chair, and the second did not even fit in it and ate in my arms, which puzzled me with daily laundry on vacation.
Lunch: All chicken soups, fish cakes and pasta, no meat, only a few pieces of fruit from watermelon;
breakfast: cereals and eggs, pastries are all delicious;
Dinner was very small - left hungry. Went every evening to the restaurant to eat (additional cost to "all inclusive"). Well done chef, cooks delicious, but the dishes are as simple and cheap as possible - canteen! So high-profile applications for "all inclusive" - NAEDALOVO!
We don’t have our own beach, we went to the paid sanatorium Crimea 100 r / person + 100 r sun lounger + 100 r taxi (multiply by. Number of days! ) + food is all 100. The bus runs, but until 2 pm and except Sunday.
Snack bar - laughter: crackers and canapes for midgets, not a single hint of a snack; compote and the cheapest beer. . .
Zamanuha SPA: sauna and massage - sauna from 16 to 19, the indoor pool is closed for seasonal prevention, i. e. coming out of the sauna you can’t dive into it, then why is it . . ? We paid the full cost for the massage, although 8 sessions were included in our package (1 zone = 10 min. . ), but the masseurs are good.
Cafe: there are several cafes in Partenit, where it is very tasty and good service, but the prices are higher than in Moscow, the average bill for a dinner for two without wine (although it is not expensive here, but we don’t drink such chatter) 2500-3000r, dishes 400.500 r, but one dish is impossible to eat, Crimean water 0.5 to 180 r, wine glass 200-250 r.
Free beaches are just madness, on paid ones, the USSR has not yet collapsed, we can only dream of comfort...
Summary: the hotel does not fully correspond to the declared price and "all inclusive" does not even smell, I would say "under board". There are much more minuses than pluses, rest in the Crimea turned out to be too expensive, and the service is at zero. For this money, we flew to the Dominican Republic for 2 weeks in a 5 * all-inclusive hotel 3 years ago. It is now cheaper to fly to Turkey and the service is a hundred times better. So even though Crimea is ours, it is not designed for "our brother. " I was in Crimea 4 times and before this trip 9 years ago. Probably we will not go to the Crimea anymore, we are disappointed, as well as many guests of the Majestic Group of Companies... : (
