The administrator wrote every day that we would be for breakfast, and at what time the breakfast itself, and in the end we came and waited for about 40 minutes for our breakfast, and they didn’t bring the one we ordered into the transmission! Then they asked for an additional payment, for their own mistake !!
We celebrated the New Year there, (a place per person 800 UAH), since there were 6 of us, there were 2 salads on the table, sliced bread and sliced fruits and 3 hot dishes, from this hot we got only 2 dishes and that one of them, this a small plate of potatoes "roast" you can't call it otherwise, for 6 people. The promised toastmaster is Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden, Santa Claus was drunk and barely stood, it’s good that at least the cane was so she held him.
In general, the Black Castle earned quite well on the New Year and cashed in on people. I will never recommend this place to anyone!
Disliked:
-SUNIC INSULATION: None! The woman and I did not sleep all night because we could hear what was happening in the neighboring rooms, at the reception and in the corridor (the room was on another floor). -NUMBER: heavily smoked, gunpowder everywhere (it was difficult to breathe, so they were forced to open the window several times at sub-zero temperatures); the TV is old and shabby, inconveniently placed near the bed (impeding movement); tulle in the room "black" from dirt; the floor is tiled so very cold (slippers do not give). -BED: old, spring mattress (springs entered the back), no mattress (the mattress is covered with an old, short "diaper"), the bed is old. -BATHROOM: the light is turned on together with the hood, which works as a "helicopter"; the toilet is very dirty and very loud drains (everyone on the floor will know that you went to the toilet!
); shower cabin all with mold (it is impossible to wash); leaking taps and poor shower drains; towels were shabby and had yellow spots.
It is far enough from the city, you need to take a taxi or get on your own transport.
The hotel was very colorful, like in the Middle Ages. The room was well cleaned, clean bedding, heated floor in the bathroom, disposable cosmetic items, bathrobes, slippers, what else do you need?!
We were in the restaurant at the hotel, the food is not bad, but we waited a long time.
Ivano-Frankivsk itself did not impress me, but I would still return to this hotel.
