We arrived on the evening of 31 (we had a tour, naturally coordinated by the travel agency with the hotel administration). So, in the hotel we were not even able to feed! You see, they are preparing for the New Year! Was it really impossible to provide a couple of dishes, especially since there were children with us and I repeat, the check-in time was agreed . . In another hotel, where most of the group was accommodated, they were fed, although that hotel was a lower class. I had to make myself instant porridge in a two-room suite . And this is in the room for 2000 UAH! There was no kettle or hair dryer in the room either. The room was never cleaned for 4 days, only the trash was taken out. The next day, we were also not able to be fed breakfast, although its cost was included in the tour. Breakfast is very modest, if not poor. At the same time, something constantly ends, and the finished one is taken out only 15 minutes after the reminder. In a restaurant with rather high prices, the waitresses were constantly stupid, for example, you order 3 portions of pancakes, they bring two. Or they forget to bring forks/spoons/sugar etc. Or everything has already been brought, and tea has to wait. It is cold in the children's room, the toys are broken and there are few of them.
Well, the cherry on the cake is the sauna. At a price of 480 UAH for 2 hours, there was no water in the sauna pool! Moreover, the remains of water accumulated at the bottom, which stagnated and smelled bad. And we had to smell this disgusting smell for 2 hours! I think it is simply unacceptable to treat clients who have paid for accommodation in this way and such, if I may say so, "service" is not weak money.
Our conclusions: the hotel is not worth the money, it is better to find something simpler in the same village, and go to the salt room here (the only thing we have no complaints about).

The husband with a height of 183 cm, rested against her edges butt. In the chest of drawers, only the top shelf opens, as the rest of the shelves are covered by the bedside table.
It is impossible to eat in the room, in the common room there is a low coffee table and only one chair for two : ).
The sofa in the common room is terribly dirty, smelly and covered in stains. We put 2 sheets on top of each other for the child so that he would not smell him. The hotel does not know about dry cleaning. As nasty as the sofa, the paths on the floor. A bedside lamp stained with something, dirty curtains and a bedspread on the bed.
The bathroom has a cold floor and cold radiators. Clothes had to be dried outside.
There are very few outlets in the room. There are no outlets in the bathroom at all, as well as a hairdryer (fortunately, I took my own). There are only 2 sockets in the common room: a refrigerator, a TV, and if you want to drink tea, you will have to decide what to turn off. By the way, there is no kettle in the room - ask! And also, they gave us a kettle - a wreck with a dirty bottom, without a shutdown function when boiling.
There are holey towels waiting for you, which the maids came to change only on the 4th day. Room cleaning consisted of taking out the trash and providing 1 roll of toilet paper. No washing of the shower, no sink, and even more so the floor... They came to replace the bed linen already on the 6th day of stay out of 8.
In the shower, you can crash on wet tiles, it is completely flat. By the way, the shower is a little leaky.
The door to the bedroom and the bathroom, made of natural wood, creaks every time it is closed, is skewed so that it does not close completely, or closes, but with such force that I myself could not immediately get out. Very noisy extractor fan in the bathroom. At night, my husband woke up when I visited this room...
Breakfast at the hotel, as well as the menu in general, is very expensive. In the cafe opposite, you can eat inexpensively. However, our child in this cafe was poisoned for the third time. Strangers (local children and youth) are constantly walking around the hotel. This is unnerving and makes you constantly look after valuable things. 3-4 stray dogs constantly run around the territory of the playground, with all the ensuing consequences. The playground itself is in need of repair, touch-up, and in some places - a complete replacement of equipment. Everything creaks, rusty nails stick out, rotten steps and benches cannot function, etc.
There is nothing useful in the village itself: no hospital, no market, no additional entertainment. In 2-3 days you can bypass the village completely.
There are sockets in the hotel gazebos, but they only work in the evening when the street lights are turned on - therefore, you will not be able to sit outside during the day with a laptop. There is a first-aid post on the territory of the hotel, but you will not be examined or consulted, they can only give you a pill and a thermometer. The care of your family is your concern! You won’t want to play table tennis after the first time, the room with the table is located above the pool (in which the air temperature is +30) and at any time of the day it smells of rubber even with the window and front door open (the floor is rubberized). And, it’s time to change rackets with a table, they have become obsolete.
The roads leading to the village and in the village itself are in a terrible state! You will not want to drive around the neighborhood, it will be a pity for the car.

Almost all. The suite has no right to be called that at all. Under a clean pillowcase hides a dirty pillow, all covered with stains. They were shocked when the sofa was unfolded - a huge stain stretched on the half-plane, which they didn't even try to remove. Ugly. The curtains are torn in several places. Over-chipped furniture and doors.

They were shocked when the sofa was unfolded - a huge stain stretched on the half-plane, which they didn't even try to remove. Ugly. The curtains are torn in several places. Over-chipped furniture and doors. Broken shower door (broken piece of plastic, so water flows to the floor. All outlets in the emergency room fall off. There is no outlet near the bathroom, ie you will dry your head or TV, or refrigerator, or in the corner near the bathroom. None ) light above the mirror in the bathroom Bed lamp only on one side, because on the other there are no sockets to connect it.
From the dishes in the room only glasses of water, so do not be in the photo, where the dishes are in the cupboard - it's really empty. Bed linen and towels have not been changed in 5 days of our stay.
There is no kettle in the room, iron on the floor. We lived in a room right next to the door to the wellness center. There was constant noise and banging on the door so much that the furniture in the room was shaking. The windows overlooked the building, so the noise, dust and crash from the speaker listened to by the workers were our frequent guests. Plus, the staff doesn't care about you. Girls from the reception are rarely seen there, whether they are relaxing outside or in a restaurant. By the way, about the prices in the restaurant. I have not met such space prices even in the city. Here and "Caesar" for 90 UAH. , and borsch for UAH 48. , and other dishes from 100-120 UAH. If you want to eat tasty and cheap, I recommend the cafe "Zator" across the road, there are salads for 8-10 UAH. , and borsch for 12 hryvnias.
Or go to the hut at the recreation center "High Pass", there is also delicious and adequate prices (salads within 20 UAH, dumplings for 16 UAH). The staff is unprofessional and indifferent to customer comfort.
When they asked us to find a pump, they said they would ask someone, but they didn't say anything as a result. There is not even a bandage in the medical center, and the staff does not care, so pack a first aid kit from home (pharmacy and clinic are open only until 13-00). But the highlight of our stay were drunken employees of the institution, who settled in the next room at night and did not sleep until morning. When asked to turn down the volume, nothing changed, and after we couldn't stand it (it was impossible to sleep in the room until 5 am due to their laughter and loud conversation) and started knocking on the wall, these inadequate drunks started making noise. louder.
That is, the "luxury" room on the one hand touches the front door of the health complex, which will make you constantly noisy, and on the other you will tolerate fives and screams of receptionists. And it's all for 1000 UAH.
Think for yourself whether it is worth spending your nerves and money on this hole with a boorish attitude towards guests.

Family vacation: 2 adults + 2 children. We chose a hotel with a pool. We got there not without problems: on Sunday there was no direct bus from Striya to Vyshkov, we had to go to the Valley and there change to another bus to Vyshkov. The village is located at an altitude of 800 m above sea level. The check-in went well, but the truth was that they did not take into account the wishes specified in the reservation, so that the windows of the room faced the main entrance.

The hotel really liked the pool and salt room. The service is decent. So for a relaxing and healthy holiday, I recommend the hotel.

And also we want to thank the whole staff of the Yalinka hotel for their help in finding the Internet, for the wonderful service... We really liked Vechernitsy, the food was excellent as well as the music. The musicians (family: mom, dad and especially a little boy) made a special impression. Everything was great on New Year's Eve. . . except for the musicians. . . In my opinion, political topics are out of place at the New Year's table. And so the mood was excellent and very positive....I liked to ride in the britzka... Very exciting. The open-air museum enjoyed the general enthusiasm of all vacationers. All my friends were also amazed by such a museum and expressed a desire to go next year as well...

met the new year in this hotel, everyone liked it very much. Really nice clean hotel. Of course, if you wanted to find fault, you could find something, but I won’t do it, so the impressions were very positive. What really struck me was the friendly and hospitable staff (something we didn’t expect to see in our country) and pretty good cuisine.
