1. Spacious building. The territory is large, shady and cool. Away from cars and loud music.
2. The staff is polite, they try to do everything.

The hotel operates in economy mode.
1. There are not enough people. It is difficult to get through, one administrator is responsible for all org. questions. There is almost always no one at the reception.
2. One nurse is responsible for the therapeutic procedures of the hotel for 35 rooms, she does not have time for everything. It is difficult to get the promised procedures.
3. They have nothing to do with treatment, there is no doctor.
4. Number. The standard was called a junior suite: cheap furniture, two beds pushed together instead of one double. TV for excuses, small, 5 on-air channels. Towels are not changed without asking, there is no place to dry them. WiFi only in the lobby. One joy - there is a refrigerator.
5. The territory is unfinished: the paths are gravel, there is no playground. Will not light up, returning in the dark you need a flashlight.
6. Kitchen. Under the sign of the restaurant is a school canteen. You can't choose a dish. The products are the simplest. Menu "Soup-potato-porridge-cutlet-bun with butter". In the morning - cheap sausage. No dairy products or fruits.
7. To salt lakes 30 min. on foot. As with everything else: cafes, shops, etc. Go mostly on the road without sidewalks and with active traffic.
Boring. I won't visit them for the second time.
The food was great, we didn't go hungry. The portions are large, the cuisine is Ukrainian. Our package included hydromassage, lymphatic drainage, salt room and fishing. I liked everything very much, some procedures, even instead of the planned 3 times, took place 10))))
Also, after hydromassage, you can immediately go through a regular massage, but it costs separately. Not far from the salt lake. While we were there, the hotel was not overloaded.
In general, thanks to the management and staff of the hotel. We'll try to come back : ))))
Problems with food in the dining room. Lunches were delicious. Dinner is still so-so, and breakfast - just darkness! Chewing hominy in the early morning is simply unbearable. Yes, and the dishes on the second shift are served barely warm. And the children were plagued by abdominal pain and loose stools for several days.
Another thing is the restaurant (right there on the first floor) They cook very tasty, the variety of dishes is good. The kids were delighted with pancakes with chocolate icing. The prices are also acceptable. Only now the service staff in the restaurant forgets that he is not at home, but at work! They serve well, very slowly, you can’t pull a smile out of the waitress and ticks, you had to order fried carp for dinner a day in advance, and say goodbye to visitors simply by turning off the lights in the hall and shouting from the bar counter that the institution is closed! Horror is simple! Evening romantic mood down the drain!
There is no children's room, or at least an animator who would look after the children. Parents are willing to pay for these services. There is no sports room. There is no entertainment program at all: no movies, no concerts, not even the performance of the vacationers themselves is organized. Thanks to the autoline driver Yuri, who, on his own initiative, took a group of tourists on excursions on his personal day off!
We were in the speleological center in August 2009 and will go in 2010. It's all about the mines and the treatment of asthma in a child. We hope that this year there will be changes for the better.
