Great hotel staff! For any question, you can contact at any time - you will always come to the rescue. We decided to fry kebabs, so they brought us firewood and lit a fire.
The room is very comfortable - a large room with a large comfortable bed, shower and toilet in the room, also a balcony-terrace with amazing views! The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, quality linens, good towels - everything is clean, ironed.
Large area with two swimming pools, lots of greenery, several gazebos, several barbecues. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers around the pool. There is a room with table tennis, billiards and a cinema. Outdoor volleyball court.
The food is great!! ! They cook very tasty, varied, everything is fresh, there has never been a repetition of dishes in a week, there is always something new, and they always ate with pleasure!
We really enjoyed! We will definitely stay here again! It is very pleasing that there is silence and incredible beauty of landscapes around!

The hotel is beautiful, the hotel area is beautiful, lots of greenery, clean. A big plus for summer recreation - the presence of swimming pools. The water in the pools is not chlorinated, it is cleaned, there are sunbeds around. They are enough for all vacationers. There are cozy gazebos on the territory.

The room we got (family, 2-storey): -) was clean and tidy. Everything you need in it: refrigerator, bathroom. knot, balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables (there is a place to put your things), a table with a mirror, clean linen, towels. There is hot water in the room. As for the kitchen, the kitchen is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. Close to the store and the center. It is also very convenient.
In short, I liked everything! : -) Special thanks to Mr. Larisa and Mr. Vasyl. Very nice people, friendly! We will come to you and recommend Burger-Trostyan for rest.

I have been to many hotels in Slavsk, but I liked this hotel the most. I come here every year with my family and friends. Yes, the rooms are not ideal, but most importantly they are clean (I was in almost all the rooms, I liked the ones with a terrace the most). People who come to the Carpathians to sit in a room, "respect" to you : ) Food at normal prices, homemade, delicious (gourmet, of course, will not be interested).

I have been to many hotels in Slavsk, but I liked this hotel the most. I come here every year with my family and friends. Yes, the rooms are not ideal, but most importantly they are clean (I was in almost all the rooms, I liked the ones with a terrace the most). People who come to the Carpathians to sit in a room, "respect" to you : ) Food at normal prices, homemade, delicious (gourmet, of course, will not be interested). There is a pool without bleach and a sauna, which is very convenient. Far from every hotel in the Carpathians has a bath: ( As for the owner. . . Yes, the lady was always a little unpleasant, but alas, this is character and upbringing, there's nothing to be done about it: ((But the owner himself is very pleasant, you can always agree and, by the way, he's in charge there. If the lady doesn't like it, go up to the man. The staff is courteous, helped out more than once. As for the reservation, yes, there was garbage a couple of times, but it was decided within an hour, no longer. Yes, and I can say that garbage with reservations and presentable photos and unpleasant staff it always happens everywhere (not only about Ukraine, but also about other countries). Life is like that, there's nothing to be done : )

The hotel is wonderful. Pros: 1) settled us at 10.00, went to a meeting with understanding, moved out at 12.00, gave in exchange for a couple of hours, something like a room for the child to sleep, because the train left at 18.35. 2) pool, as in the Carpathians, a good large and separate pool for children.

Cons:
1) Our room was a quadruple, bunk, 2 bedrooms and on the ground floor something like a hallway.
The room is awful, cramped, dark, uncomfortable and everything falls off, the front door was broken, the lock was broken, a big ball of dust, the door in the room is similar, the bed creaked terribly thought to fall apart, even to return silently was not realistic, refrigerator, hair dryer no, bathroom, it's just awful, there is not even a shelf to put toothbrushes and toothpaste, the second day there was a terrible smell in the toilet, and on the third day the smell was as if something had died, it's luck that we were already evicted
2) The next day they were poisoned by food.
3) If you come for breakfast a little later, you may be told that breakfast is over, so do not sleep for a long time. This was not the case with us, but other vacationers told their story about breakfast.
4) Sunbeds are not enough for everyone, if you do not wake up in the morning and do not take, you will sunbathe on the boards, their beach is lined with boards around the pool.

I would like to start with the fact that it is difficult to get to Slavsk in principle, but we somehow reached the crater-sized rocks and pits. When we finally arrived at this "unsurpassed" hotel, we realized that this drop is not what is in the photo, but it is clear that this is a service in Ukrainian and no wonder.
The first question we asked the waiters in the restaurant (by the way the waitresses were the most adequate in that almshouse):
- Good afternoon, we need an administrator, we ordered rooms for today.
The girls replied that this would be a problem because the administrator was now drunk and hard to find (laughter and sin). Surprisingly, the intuition of the girls failed and the administrator with a serious truth bastard still approached us. Then there was the following conversation:
(We) - Good afternoon, we booked rooms for today.
(Administrator) - What name did you order?
(Mi) - Sergey.
(Administrator) - Okay Sergey, in what name did you order the numbers?
After this remark, I had a strange feeling of anxiety for our future settlement. At the end of a short conversation with the administrator, which was accompanied by misunderstandings and stupidity, we agreed that at 12:00 (an hour later) we will all move into their rooms. As expected, we settled "a little" later. We decided again that this can be forgiven - Ukrainian service.
We were given a gazebo. Dirty and greasy gazebo, which was probably still shocked by previous users. vacationers "with experience" explained to us that the gazebos work in the mode: "you're busy - it's yours. " We thought strangely but decided not to break this tradition and brought all our balls there so that seriously and for a long time.
The next stage was the study of the territory ...Here everything is simple ...The pool of wanderings (plastic), dirty and damn cold. the area is smaller than in the photo very much. It is possible to play table tennis (pleased).
Kitchen?
As for me, it will be expensive. Respect to the waiters for the fact that we were called a bean on Zakhar Berkut.

Went with my wife and 5 year old daughter. In general, I liked everything. The hotel is fully consistent with its star rating. Who wants more service - then those in "Vezha Vedmezha". Advantages: 1. The territory is large enough (as for Slavic hotels) and clean (it is cleaned every evening). 2. The cuisine is delicious (but not cheap).

Arrived in Slavske for the weekend and the hotel was used purely as a place to spend the night, but he could not cope with this simple task.
