A special "thank you" for this trip to the travel agency Tuya. I have been a regular customer of this company for 8 years. And such a set-up, and even on my anniversary... It's a shame... The host party in Paris "Eurotour" does not solve the problems of customers at all. In Paris, no one wants to help tourists at all.

I note right away that, unlike many tourists who go to spend several days comfortably in a hotel, I went to see Paris and its sights. The hotel served only as a place where you can spend the night. We settled in room 301. Until the very last day, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The bathroom is clean, there are all amenities, even a bidet : ) Maybe, of course, I was lucky, but the TV was in working order and you could charge your phone at the same time.
Yes, everything is in French, but we seem to be in France and not in Russia? and we go all the same probably not to watch TV.
There are really a lot of blacks, but how without the full flavor of the country? Their noisy calls to the barbers interfere - close the window and enjoy sleep after tens of kilometers during the day : ) Yes, and at night - they do not yell. Breakfast, of course, may not be quite familiar to a Slav, but very satisfying, I didn’t feel like eating until 14 o’clock. I liked the attitude of the staff - friendly.
Of the insects, only one cockroach was seen the night before departure, but this could not spoil the impression of the trip, because everything went great
And one more thing - some inconvenience was delivered by the fact that the transition to the 4th metro line at the Strasbourg-Saint Denis station was temporarily closed. But that's another story.

I read a lot of bad things about this hotel. By the way! Keep in mind. Everyone has confusion in their heads, as there is a Central 2 * and 3 * hotel. Three stars - 10th arrondissement, Chateau d'eau. Two stars - this is the Montparnasse area! Some tourists do not understand what they write about. Nice little entrance, practically 30 seconds from the subway exit. … More ▾ I read a lot of bad things about this hotel. By the way! Keep in mind. Nice little entrance, practically 30 seconds from the subway exit. Personally, I liked almost everything! I am not picky and not always dissatisfied, like all Russian tourists.
The windows overlook a cute red house and the local town hall. Negroes are constantly yelling at the crossroads, since this is a "black" street. Turn to the next - from them and the trace caught a cold! There is a barbershop in every house along this street. tufts of black hair fly. We didn't really walk down this street. Since there is nothing to do here and there is no cafe nearby. We dined in Montmartre.
Breakfast is always croissants, a small bun, marmalade and butter. Choice of coffee and black tea, milk. They can pour boiling water into a thermos upon request. On my D. birth 07.06 about a miracle! They brought not an ordinary croissant, but a rolled bagel)
There are Russian tourists. They can be seen from afar by dissatisfied physiques. I speak French, although the owners of the hotel did not understand me either, speaking in broken French.
The elevator is funny, tiny, for two.
The room is small but cozy. Everything is old, but not broken.
CONS: Only one outlet. choose - watch TV (only in French. Learn the language) or recharge your phone, or recharge your camera.
They don't change towels! They are carefully folded, but not changed.
I saw a cockroach once. I'm afraid of them. But I am Francophone, so I was only happy. REAL french cockroach!
Blacks start yelling or selling drugs from 9 am to 10 pm. Noisy. I don't sleep well. But mine all slept with ear plugs. Noisy at night too. But I'm used to it. All OK!

I went to Paris for a week on my own - the travel agency only processed paperwork for a visa and booked a hotel and air tickets. I chose a normal one from the proposed hotels, but on the last day before departure, they called from the travel agency and said that the hotel I had chosen did not confirm the reservation and offered me this "wonderful" Central hotel. I checked with the tour operator whether the hotel was normal, they assured me that everything was fine, I would be satisfied. Well, I fell for it. . Upon arrival, I read on the Internet that this was a favorite trick of tour operators to sell tourists a viper like this Central'a.

The first and last advantage of the Hotel Central is its proximity to the Chateau d'eau metro station.

Otsalnnoe - only in minus:
1. Black quarter. On the nearby streets, the sea of local beauty salons, hairdressers. Girls, be prepared that dark-skinned guys will obsessively offer you the services of these salons. Each salon will offer.
In their free time from attracting clients, the guys cluster on street corners, glancing at passers-by and commenting on their appearance.

In the evenings, the streets become even livelier, the white teeth of the local population glow in the darkness of the streets.

In general, for a week of living in this quarter, I did not have any problems with blacks, but who knows - if I were not a guy with broad shoulders, but a young fragile girl ...

2. Sanitary condition of the rooms.
The floors are never vacuumed - there are heaps of dust in the corners. You can enter the shower cubicle only in slippers; it is better not to look at the joints between the fences.

3. Dimensions of the room.
I had a single. I have never seen such a single in any hotel. A narrow crib across from the entrance, an old, battered desk to the right, a closet a little further afield, and a combined toilet in the left corner.

4. Service.
The TV in my room didn't work. Didn't work at all. Never. When you press the Power button, it does not even turn on.
I didn't go to Paris to watch it. I was on my way to practice my French and would be interested in listening to TV shows.

Since I speak more or less French, on the first day I went down to the reception and informed the employee that the TV was ne marche pas (not working). Then the clowning began. The worker went up to my room and for 20 minutes with an intelligent face pressed the buttons on the remote control. All my explanations that the problem is clearly not in the console did not bother him. He promised to call the telemaster for tomorrow and left.

I was not too lazy to come up with a question about my TV every day - there was always some kind of excuse. I didn't even look at the telly.

5. Elevator/stairs

There is an elevator in this wonderful hotel. You can even say that it is unique - more than two people will not fit in it. The inner door must be closed manually. Also, this elevator regularly breaks down and you have to climb to the 4th floor on foot along a very steep and very narrow staircase.
In addition, due to the very poor soundproofing at night in the room, you can clearly hear the children and adults running up the stairs. Also, because of the thin walls of the building, you can clearly hear the "active nightlife" of some neighbors at night : -D

6. Livestock. I often watched cockroaches running by. I personally killed a dozen or two of the Parisian mustachioed beasts : )

7. Nutrition. In general, the food is normal - it's hard to spoil a continental breakfast - anyone can make coffee and make tea, fresh buns from a nearby bakery and jam from a bag - what could be easier. But here is the worker who brings it all. . When I checked into the hotel, I did not admit that I was Russian, I always spoke French. So when the "waitress" served the Russian-speaking audience, she often said not very pleasant things out loud in French.

tired of describing cons.
When walking around the block, I saw many small hotels like Central'a.
I read their prices - in most cases they are the same as in Central and even lower. So for the same 90 bucks a day you can find MUCH better conditions - I'm sure. And when I go to Paris again (and I will! : -D ), I will look for a hotel myself.

The prospectus says that it is a stone's throw from North Dame and other equally pleasant places. Don't believe. You are being deliberately misled. It is difficult to imagine a more disgusting option.
Firstly, the hotel is located in the very epicenter of the black area - a kind of Parisian Harlem. In the north-east of Paris, surrounded by impoverished quarters and not two, but a 45-minute quick walk from the Seine, Notre Dame, etc. Tourists from Russia, being there, are better off saying that they are Poles. White people there, to put it mildly, are not very fond of. Tour guides warn about this every day, begging white Russians not to enter this black, criminogenic, teeming with thieves, murderers and prostitutes cute area. After 10 o'clock it is better not to walk along the streets of the quarter at all. Because it's very dangerous. The locals follow these rules very strictly: by nightfall, the streets literally die out. . .
Secondly, the hotel itself is in a very, very poor condition. You could say it's in an emergency. Those suffering from claustrophobia should not settle in it. Elevators are like wardrobes. A steep emergency and extremely narrow staircase does not allow a person with luggage to climb - luggage must be sent separately in the elevator. And follow him up the steps. The corridors are very narrow - only one person can pass. The rooms are tiny. I don't recommend taking the single. Rooms are a separate story. The eerie colors of the "wallpaper" are stained with the waste products of the former residents. The TV, more than antediluvian and completely broken, is at a height unattainable for the outlet. If it turns out to be in working condition, it shows only French channels. There is no question of any cable or satellite television. The sockets are bare. The equipment of the bed is the same as in our second-class carriages - torn dirty linen, "no" pillow and the same carriage blanket. The closet, once painted white, has numerous black fingerprints that have not been rubbed off by anyone since ancient times. Inside it is even worse - layers of long-term dirt and dust, covered with dust by no one and dried sticky puddles that cannot be washed off or erased by anything. It is better not to put clothes there. The bathroom requires separate comments - the toilet is simply not washed - rusty-brown streaks are spreading along the walls. When flushing, the water reaches the seat itself and with a roar, a funnel, slowly goes into the sewer. The sink is very clogged - it is enough just to let clean water in, as it immediately fills up to the brim, leaves with great difficulty and leaves behind what is inside the sewer pipe - fat and mucus of an indefinite color. But they let clean water down... The shower cabin is cramped, it’s better not to close it so as not to wipe yourself against the walls, which, by the way, also apparently, are not treated by anyone, they simply don’t wash. The shower hose is rubber and is torn or frayed to tatters in many places. Naturally, there are no hair dryers, air conditioners, fans, refrigerators, bars, safes.
Buffet. . . It's in a medieval, low, tiny cellar. Several tables covered with oilcloth and chairs. For breakfast - a croissant (pretty good), a stale, thoroughly hardened bun, one cup of tea or instant coffee, a tiny piece of butter and the same portion of jam. Don't ask for extras.
Hall - similar to a dirty dark pantry room 7 meters, littered with junk and rags.
A few words about service. The staff consists of unscrupulous black maids, Arab men and a certain Carmen the cook, who has a noticeable authority. But tourists need to be constantly on their guard - thefts often occur in the hotel. Personally, in my presence, 500 euros were stolen from our tourists. After that, I began to lock my suitcase with a special lock.
About cleaning - the room is cleaned as follows: in a narrow corridor, right on the floor, the maids pile clean bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets from the disassembled beds. Then a chair rolls out. Washing of floors, simple cleaning of the room. Then, from a pile lying on the floor in the corridor, linen is taken and the bed is made, towels are laid out. Of course, at this time it is very difficult to walk along the corridor - guests have to step over heaps, stepping on linen, both clean and dirty, on blankets, setting aside a chair-chair. Otherwise, you just won't get through. After cleaning, dirty linen is dumped, again, on the floor, only in the hall on the first floor, near the concierge... Until they take it to the laundry. In general, unsanitary conditions in everything and to the fullest!
Poor visitors! You won't envy their first impressions!
As for the rest - the sounds coming from the windows into the room testify to very emotional residents. Moreover, both from the side of the street and from the side of the "inner courtyard" - an ordinary narrow well with window openings. Half of the well is a hotel, and half is a residential building, in which the relationship is very loudly sorted out during the day. That's why you have to close the windows all the time. Even in the heat.
Of course, a lot of cockroaches and something else. . .

" - I don't know who wrote it. But clearly with the aim of misleading potential customers of the hotel. Apparently for selfish reasons. And surely someone who has never been to Paris. . .
In fact, and you can easily check this by looking at the map of Paris, the hotel is not two steps away, but two hours walk from the Notre Dame Cathedral - Notre Dame de Paris, the Latin Quarter and other attractions... This hotel is located in the very epicenter of the most dangerous quarter for a white person and for a person in general, where only blacks and Arabs live, who are very negative and aggressive towards any white.
The hotel is terrible. More like not a hotel, but a rooming house for the homeless. By the way, many agencies, taking advantage of the gullibility of a Russian client, lodge tourists there, who, once in a hotel, cannot recover for a long time from the shock of what they saw, heard and experienced. Therefore, if later you don’t want to sue the agency that sent you to Paris for a long time, to be treated for a long time by a very expensive psychologist, or even a psychiatrist, and much more - dissuade everyone, and especially yourself, from this cheap vacation... .
