One of the advantages of the hotel is a huge number of sun loungers both by the pools and by the sea: you don’t have to get up at dawn or early morning and try to take them. Near the pools, in addition to sun loungers, there are large beds for those who are used to and love to lie on soft and very cool wicker rocking chairs. The staff is very friendly, every second speaks Russian. Many thanks to the chefs - great food, special thanks to the chef Edward, who fed us a great lunch at the grill bar. The hotel has one minus - the complete lack of animation! Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

Therefore, as soon as the first opportunity arose, I chose a tour and for two whole weeks my family and I went there. With the Yam Suf hotel we were especially lucky. It fully justified its 4 stars, the money spent and our expectations. A small hotel, with an excellent fresh renovation, all plumbing is new, air conditioners are installed everywhere, everything is at a very good level. Particularly pleased with the free wireless internet. As a result, I could always stay in touch with the outside world, while saving significantly. The hotel itself is very conveniently located: a five-minute walk from the beach, where for very little money you can very comfortably sit on sun loungers. In addition, it has a very convenient entrance to the water, several nice outdoor cafes and a diving school, where I first tried myself in such an extreme business. I am grateful to all the instructors of this school for the flurry of new emotions and impressions that I received thanks to their patience and professionalism. The center of Eilat is also within easy reach. Several times we went to the city on our own, appreciated the local cuisine and the talent of the chefs - everything is very unusual and tasty, and most importantly, useful. It is noteworthy that many establishments have Russian-speaking staff, so there were no difficulties with communication at all, in extreme cases, everyone understood my broken English quite well. Of particular note is the Yam Suf staff. In many ways, their efforts made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The service is at a very good level, for all two weeks there were practically no complaints. I had to go to the reception desk and inform them that we were not being cleaned and there were no towels left. Instead of dirty ones, they didn’t leave clean ones for us, and they ended very quickly. To which they received an answer that now everything will be removed and more towels will be brought. We walked from the beach hoping to enter a clean room and find at least a couple of towels, but alas, we came again to a broken trough. I had to go down again and try again to reach out. By evening, our request was fulfilled. True, there is one plus there, there are very wonderful and sociable chefs who could always advise us what is tastier here. Rooms need refurbishment. Well, in general, this is not only my opinion, but also the opinion of the Russians who came to the same hotel, although the guide who accompanied us on the tour said that this hotel was 4+ and better than the Hilton.
