The plumbing in the sink is so small that it is impossible to wash your hands at all, the hooks are broken, there is nowhere to dry towels. What kind of hotel stars can we talk about !! ! The photo does not correspond to reality. I do not recommend even considering this hotel as an option. Judging by the reviews for 10 years, nothing has changed.

The normal area and beds are only in the room for 500 UAH. Bunk beds and desks like from kindergarten )))

They figured out that the owner of the "hotel" Nebabin Viktor Georgievich . . the rector of the Odessa Institute of Management and Management. Judging by our incident with him, this is a man who lives by unjustified and bullying principles. Like I bought everything here, what I don’t like - “sha” from here.

Of the entire staff - one grandmother at the "reception", she is also a cleaner and manager. Cleaning after guests consists of taking out the trash and changing linen. The floor (tiled everywhere) is not wiped, the dust is not wiped off, it’s scary to remember about the shower and the sink. The shower cabin does not hold water at all, it is all on the floor, and the drain is just completely clogged. The smell is appropriate. "Modern Repair" - very low-quality cheap cosmetics. The beds and linens are obviously pulled from a Soviet sanatorium, worn to holes. The mattresses on the beds are foam. Instead of a table there is a school desk. Dirty dishes were waiting for us in the "room", they opened the closet - a crowd of some terrible midges flew out. And everywhere there is such dirt that it is disgusting to touch anything at all. Leaving with a sigh of relief after less than 2 days, they asked to return the fee for the 3rd day. We were frankly "sent". Grandmother contacted the owner by phone and received an order "do not return anything! ". When asked to give a book of complaints, she gave an A4 sheet and offered to write a review. They took the owner's number from her - I really wanted to talk with him. He hysterically shouted into the phone that he would not return anything, refused to come down to us, and generally humiliated himself in every possible way for these 350 UAH. openly insulting us. In general, the welcome is cordial. Such places, of course, should also be. Only you need to call them by their proper names, otherwise it is a deceit and a divorce.

Rested in August 2009. In general, I liked the hotel. The sea is nearby 10 minutes walk to Arcadia. There are a lot of discos in Arcadia, so the nightlife is in full swing. The hotel building is new and the rooms are clean. There is everything you need. My rating is 5 out of 5. I recommend to everyone.

I stayed with my family for a week in July 2009. Liked the hotel. Not far from the sea. New building building. The room is clean, new furniture, plumbing, TV. Fully justifies its cost.

There is no air conditioning, the windows do not open in the ventilation mode - accordingly, they constantly slam shut, the only plus is that it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Arcadian beach (well, the beach is a different story).
There is nowhere to eat nearby. The promised central air conditioner - like any other air conditioner - is not in sight.
