The service is a disaster in the restaurant, everyone is very sluggish, you can’t ask anything, they ordered coffee and natural juice forgot for us, they ordered the second time in ten minutes they brought drinks and after another ten minutes they brought the first order again with an incomprehensible colored syrup that I can’t !! ! I really liked the Egyptian smiling and very pleasant girl, she brought us Turkish coffee in the evening, the guy at the bar on the street near the reception is very sociable, he made some author's cocktails)))) very boring, every evening we left to eat and it was more fun in the car with music, I didn’t want to return to the hotel at all. The hotel area is good, the beaches are full in neighboring hotels, while this hotel has a lagoon, I liked the cabanas.
I don’t understand why the hotel has five stars if it pulls a three in everything, there is something to compare with. Before that, I was in a four-star hotel, and it is several times better in everything. More in Sunrise, I didn’t like it very much, and I also paid a lot for it and such an unpleasant aftertaste. Those who write that the hotel is gorgeous probably have not been cheaper in other places and with a level several times higher.
Very pleased with the location of the hotel, fifteen minutes from the airport and only a few minutes to the main shopping center of Hurghada - Sensomolla.
The hotel has a very calm and cozy atmosphere, ideal for family vacations. Few people, rested very comfortably. Territory The hotel area is very green and beautiful, it is clear that it is carefully cared for, for this special thanks to the staff)) Settled us almost immediately, in a deluxe room with side sea views. The room had everything you need: a mini bar with water and drinks, toiletries, slippers and bathrobes, iron, kettle, scales! and safe. The room itself is quite cozy, and most importantly clean! The furniture is not new, but in good condition.
There are no complaints about food.
The range is quite diverse, there are many to choose from. For breakfast they usually took omelets, pastries, cereals, and in general there were daily milk porridges, yogurts, cheese and sausage (unusual, did not like). For lunch, two types of soup, various side dishes, salads, many delights (Egyptian national delicacies). Dinner was a favorite meal, as the choice was much wider, sweets and snacks more than for lunch and breakfast combined)). The hotel also has four a la carte restaurants: Egyptian, Indian, Mediterranean and seafood (this is paid, you can go to the neighbors a la carte, but also paid, we did not go, and so walk in all three hotels, Great for variety). We liked the Mediterranean the most, it was delicious. You need to sign up in advance. There are no complaints about the staff, everyone is quite polite and smiling.
The animators are very cheerful and not intrusive, they charged everyone with positive energy, daytime activities, evening programs, live music.
It was also a very pleasant surprise that Wi-Fi worked throughout the hotel, somewhere better, somewhere worse, but in general the rules did not buy the local seven. Yes, you can still go to the water park in Garden, the kids like it.
Sea / beach I really liked the beach, when choosing a hotel it was one of the deciding factors. Specially chosen so that there was a gentle entrance with a gradual depth and preferably a bay. A small disadvantage is usually a small variety of marine life, but this can be made up by going out to sea for a tour. This time we decided to go to Cairo, it was hot only in Giza in the open air, but we are patient, the museum is fine, the bus with air conditioning, everything went even better than expected.
We took a trip from a proven person of the local guide midobikham (can be found through social networks) and bought Elbarak oil from him at the factory price, in general, everyone is satisfied and recommended.
Summing up, we all really liked the hotel, the price justifies, I would like to come back here! You can safely recommend.

At 10 am we could not stand it and asked for a changing room. They opened the luggage closet for us at the entrance for 5 minutes, and we dragged our suitcase there and changed in stuffy and dark.
Imagine our shock when, at the exit from the closet, we are told that your room is ready, you can go there ...We don’t even know what to assume: either they have cameras in the closet))), or the staff just likes to torture the guests a bit. It is a pity that the hotel showed such a pattern of the wrong approach to guests. The receptionist either immediately needed to hint that he wanted additional. money for the settlement, or to settle immediately, without torturing the guests.
Now about food: April, not even strawberries for breakfast, pastries taste below average, even scrambled eggs are cooked dry and with a lot of butter. Of the pluses - a fairly comfortable and spacious room and animation. Another minus, the pier is very far away, you have to go through half of your territory and another half of the neighboring one, about 2 km.

It was just heaven here.
1) The rooms are all cool. Bathrobes, shampoos, bar full.
2) Food class. All instruments were vacuum packed. They imposed. Distance. Disinfectors everywhere.
3) The sea is amazing. Entrance class.
4) There are no people!!! ! We Russians were alone. A couple of Ukrainians and Arabs.
5) Always asked if the managers approached us, how we like it or not
