But - on the very first day we were settled in a room that answered 1 or maximum 2 stars (although I immediately offered money at the reception) - this ruined our mood for a long time !! ! Well, you can’t place people in a SHED - after all, we don’t rest so often and hope for a normal rest! The staff at the reception didn’t even apologize for the settlement, and to be honest, they didn’t treat us very friendly, apparently everyone understood, and they heard me talking on the phone and explaining the situation (I called their old rooms SHIB) - only they somehow anyway, (in Turkey I had the same situation. So the staff apologized, gave a bottle of wine, made a safe for free, in general, they tried to somehow make amends, And then.......!!!
To be honest, it is the staff at the reception that is simply unfriendly. I work in this area - in our hotels-restaurants, they are simply fined for being unfriendly!
I still recommend this hotel to people if they are willing to risk their first days of rest, as not only we were put in old, terrible rooms, and then moved. Other vacationers, by the way, from European countries, also !!!
The resort itself is not bad, very quiet, the sea is quiet in different ways, sometimes it is stormy, even snorkeling is quite exciting, entry into the sea is inconvenient. Stones, sharp rocks, there are few places with a convenient entry.
But this is still a village for the elderly and a family with children.
For young people, you can take a bus to Golden Sands. Food is inexpensive and tasty everywhere.
A separate issue is the flight - during the season, the airport in Varna cannot cope with such a huge flow of flights (it is the size of the Central Kyiv Bus Station). There is a 5-hour wait - there are huge queues back both for baggage check-in and for registration and customs - it's just a madhouse.
There is only one result - I am not particularly pleased with this vacation, and of course I will never go to this hotel, although the resort itself has wonderful air (a sort of mixture of sea and forest-coniferous forests).
To the sea 10-15 minutes with a child. Free zones - only with your own towels and umbrellas. In paid areas sun loungers and umbrellas for 5 lev.
To eat in a cafe for our family came out 25-30 lev.
The town is quiet, calm, very pleasant. Very green. No parties or loud music.
The hotel is exactly 3 *. Breakfast is decent, varied enough, but every day the same. Buffet.
We got a good room, only the bed was not washed properly. Towels were changed every 3-4 days.
The refrigerator worked. In the shower there is a hole in the floor, without a limiter, so the floor in the bathroom is always wet in the evening.
In the lobby, ping pong, billiards, hockey - 3 leva per game. All the toys in the children's room are broken. We were before the high season and there was no animation at all. The pool is normal, with a paddling pool, although a bit cold. 25 degrees somewhere. But the sea in June was +20.
I recommend the hotel for a budget, quiet, family vacation.
