Wi Fi throughout the hotel. I have no problem.
The hotel is perfectly clean.
The building where I lived has been renovated. Wet cleaning in the room every day. Bed linen is snow white. There are no swans, peacocks or other works. This makes me happy. Shower, hair dryer - no problem.
Tipping - if desired and possible.
There are enough umbrellas and sunbeds at the pools and on the beach. All is clear. The beach is equipped with everything you need. Drinks, coffee from the machine, food.
Meals at the hotel. Buffet.
Table for cold dishes, snacks. Table for hot dishes. Table for delicious cakes! Everything is delicious, no frills. Beverages. Coffee from the machine. Turkish coffee at the bar near the reception.
Lots of Russian-speaking visitors.
At the hotel, at reasonable prices, you can get an intelligent, professional massage.
After which the body is transformed, becoming slimmer, livelier and more beautiful! The pain in my shoulder is gone. I took procedures every day.
Enjoyed the stay at the hotel! I met very interesting and kind people! From the time spent at the hotel, I received relaxation and a restart! : )
I'll start with the settlement, we settled in 15 minutes, we lived in the fourth building, the renovation is brand new, all the furniture is brand new, everything worked.
The area is not small, there is a lot of greenery, especially near the fourth and fifth buildings, three pools, one is almost under the cedar forest, so almost under the forest (you do not want noise, but want relaxation, peace near this pool you will find it).
The food is varied, which I will now mention and list - lamb, turkey (delicious), daily tuna, trout (baked, stewed), always two kinds of the first, rice, various baked potatoes, boiled, eggplant, olives, lots of greens, delicious bread , varieties of cheese, yogurt, pastries, fruits - melon, watermelon, plum, pear, apple, grapefruit, oranges. God, we don't remember everything and haven't tried.
Snack bar with burgers, fries, drinks all day, granny who bakes delicious Gezleme, ice cream in unlimited quantities.
There are enough people who love animation here, and artists came and entertained the children, water polo, aerobics, everyone will find something.
I especially want to mention the staff, there are a lot of them in this hotel, and this is to say that the owner cherishes the reputation and does not save, because all these people, like invisible bees did their job. THANK YOU streets! ! ! !!
To the sea 5 minutes The sea is LOVE, clean, warm, there were enough places for everyone. There is a pier from another hotel (for a smile you can jump, no one sees). In short, do not believe in negative reviews, everything is great.
I gave 9 points just for the fact that the Internet is paid, this option led to stupor and disappointment.
But the staff itself is normal, we tried. The food in the hotel is normal, there is something to choose from various side dishes, salads, vegetables, fruits. , You will definitely not be hungry)))
But cleanliness is one of the disadvantages, cleaning in the room we had 3 in a week, it's awful. The beach for such a hotel is small, sunbeds next to each other, the sea is great, the bar itself worked in a strange mode from 11-16 when people before 11 and come after 16 because it was mostly with children, drinking water was taken from the hotel.
Bought a ticket to the Antoniv tour.
Our manager on the tour is great)
The hotel lives up to its 4 stars.
We were during the coronavirus period. The staff are wearing masks, the tourists are not, although the locals have repeatedly reminded them to wear masks outside the hotel. Looks like the police are fined. But we didn't see a single policeman.
We arrived at 7 in the morning and we were immediately sent to breakfast, after which we were immediately settled at no extra charge.
Settled in a building overlooking the dance floor. At first we were upset that it would be noisy, but the entertainment program in the form of discos lasted no longer than 23:00. There were no animators.
The swimming pool is large and clean, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. The hotel is 7-10 minutes from its own beach. The beach is clean enough, there are trash cans everywhere, there were enough sunbeds for everyone, regardless of the time. On the beach there is a bar with drinks and snacks. The sea is clean.
The food is quite varied for 4 stars (there was something to compare). We did not have time to try half of what was offered. Vegetables, fruits, sweets, soups, side dishes - everything was there. From meat - chicken, turkey, some obscure beef or soy products, fish has always been there. Again alcohol is decent enough for a 4 star. Wine red, white, rose, beer, gin, whiskey, the rest have not tried. The staff takes care of the cleanliness, which is very important.
The room is modest, not big but clean. There was everything you need (even a disposable nail file). There is a safe, but we didn't use it. During the stay - no one stole anything).
I don’t know if the “coronavirus” and the lack of European tourists influenced this - but the attitude towards Ukrainians and Russians from the staff was very good, friendly and friendly (again, there is something to compare with).
In general, the rest was very pleasant. The only negative is the lack of free Wi-Fi in the hotel. Would love to stay in this hotel again.
The main criteria for choosing a tour - the sea is close and transparent, a bar with water on the beach, civilization within walking distance. We got all this. Food and room are secondary.
HOTEL TERRITORY - small, only 4 buildings, cleaned, washed, cleaned. At every step there are contactless antiseptics, free masks at the reception. There is a zone for animation, the music was screaming very loudly there, we tried to spend this time outside the hotel (we were not interested in discos).
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to Kemer until 22.00.
WI-FI is a complete disappointment, only paid $ 4 per day, it was more profitable for me to connect roaming for 50 UAH. for 1 day 100 mb and tell relatives that everything is fine, I also sent a bunch of photos and videos in viber, everything is compressed there and it turned out to be only 17 mb.
ROOM - No. 345, in building C on the second floor with a balcony to the neighboring hotel. Odd rooms with a view not of the hotel, but the back side, and this saved us from very loud music until 23.00. Yes, you can also hear a little disco through the door, but you could sleep! Friends had a room on the ground floor 302 overlooking the pool and disco, it was very difficult to fall asleep. But after 23.30 it was quiet.
The room is very small and old, everything worked! There is air conditioning, a mini fridge, a table, a wardrobe, a paid safe in the closet (we did not use it), 2 narrow beds reminded us of a pioneer camp, bedside tables and 2 telephones that were not working. In the bathroom, 2 towels + foot, comb, cotton pads, foam and shaving machine, body cream, gel, conditioner, shampoo. On the balcony there are 2 plastic chairs and a table, an ashtray for drying swimwear. To open the balcony, you need to pull and turn the lever on the spring (guessed not the first time).
They cleaned the room at lunchtime, which is not at all convenient for us, sometimes they refused to clean it. We saw that the girls were trying, washing the floors, etc. , but the old tiles, no matter how much they are mine, the view will not get better.
Issued beach towels on the cards, you can change every day for free.
FOOD - during the quarantine, they divided the color of the bracelets into alternate meals. We had white bracelets - the first shift, lunch from 12.30, dinner from 18.30, red bracelets, respectively, after us after 45 minutes, breakfast from 7 to 9 is common. No one really bothered, but at lunch and dinner there were queues that quickly sat down, you didn’t have to stand for more than 10 minutes.
For food - fruits (watermelon, apples every day and tangerine, peach, melon, plum, grapes alternated), sweets and vegetables were quite enough. Olives, olives and dried olives were. Fish was every day for lunch and dinner, alternating mackerel, herring, tuna and some small ones. There was also chicken meat and a couple of days of turkey, I was a little lacking in meat dishes. We were never hungry, everyone gained weight! There was also a machine with coffee, cappuccino, mountains. chocolate, they also made tea.
There is a lobby bar (Baileys ended from 10 to 11.30, peach liquor, semi-sweet white wine, dry red wine, beer and vodka and gin with a very (! ) Low degree), a snack bar (french fries, hamburgers, and there seemed to be ice cream when we sleep). The issuance of food takes place at a distance, say what you need and they will give you on a plate. Some waiters don't understand, the process was like a game.
BEACH and POOL - the pool is clean, normal, with umbrellas and sunbeds with mesh. There is a children's pool with 1 slide. Beach towels are provided.
The beach is a 7-minute walk from the hotel at a calm pace of 520 meters. We enjoyed walking to the beach. On the beach there are plastic sunbeds with mattresses and a canopy from the sun. Since we have the first meal change, we were on the beach at 8.00, most of the sunbeds were free. On the beach there is a bar from 10 to 17 soft drinks, beer and diluted juices such as yupi. They also made guzleme cakes with filling. Nearby there is a pier from the Queen Park hotel, which we used. The cleanest, very warm sea in September with small pebbles. The first three days they entered the water in shoes, then their legs got used to such a massage. Closer to the pier there are larger pebbles, so the sole ached.
On the beach there is a foot-washing shower, 2 dressing rooms and a large overhauled toilet.
ANIMATION - so loud music that we didn't even want to get closer to the site. I can not say anything more, I was not interested.
EXCURSIONS - they didn’t take a guide, they arranged a trip to the Goynuk Canyon for themselves. We are 2 couples - agreed with the local (the owner of the store nearby) $ 5 there, at the agreed time in 3 hours $ 5 back, entrance from September to $ 5 per person. It turned out 15 from the family, the guide only with a jeep for 18 from each. It was much more interesting for us to walk in the morning and take pictures of interesting places, but at the final where the car brings it is not very interesting.
SHOPPING HOME - some sweets, figs, bedding, perfume, pomegranate sauce. Nearby there are many shops and several fruit shops. The cheapest fruits were right in front of the hotel. We went to Migros past the Transatlantic hotel up, there is nothing special to do there. From the Transatlantic to Migros there is a whole street of shops and the Mall, they call to pester, It was more like buying on our street from the hotel to the right right along the road.
RESULT: the rest was quite unexpectedly GREAT for us! )) The weather is gorgeous, the air is up to +35 during the day, at night about +26, the water around the clock is +28, we swam at night. I almost never got out of the water.
Regarding the QUARANTINE - the mask regime should be everywhere, but we only wore masks on the plane, airport and supermarkets. The hotel staff are all wearing masks and gloves. The situation was frightening, in the end everything went well, not stressful.
GOOD HEALTH TO ALL, SPEED STABILITY WITHOUT PANDEMICS AND QUARANTINE!
Cleaning was daily, towels were changed (for legs, for hands, for the body for each), but there were no soap-and-rinse, except for liquid soap, we knew, and I don’t like to use what they put. Every day there were shows, a disco, in the morning aerobics, volleyball, yoga. The beach carries a bus, or 15 minutes on foot. The beach is quite decent, the pebbles are small, the entrance from the pier, who knows how to stay on the water, is convenient, after a couple of meters to the shore the bottom is already normal. Weather, nature and the sea cover all the nuances and shortcomings. In addition, we took excursions to Pamukkale and Demre-Mira-Kekova. It is great. Just take it from the agency, and not from the guides, who charge exactly 2-2.5 times more expensive, saying that then the insurance is not valid, but this is nonsense for suckers.
The food was excellent, varied: a lot of fresh and stewed vegetables, herbs, salads, chicken, turkey, lamb, fish (bony), grilled daily. Sweets, fruits, watermelons, melons, peaches, plums, grapes of two varieties. I recommend it to unpretentious tourists, because it matches the price / quality. In addition, we were lucky with the contingent. There were many Russians, Germans, English-speakers, a few Ukrainians and Belarusians, a couple of Poles, but everyone behaved very decently. We didn’t particularly indulge in drinks, we brought it with us from duty free. Especially from the staff I want to mention the cooks and the waiter named Lokman. Very attentive, friendly and efficient!
To everyone who goes, I wish you a good rest!
Settlement. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and tried to check in earlier for an additional fee. fee, but the program broke down at the reception and the technician was waiting, along the way they showed the numbers. The reception does not know what rooms they have available, where is a double bed, where is a single bed, somewhere there was a technician who was trying to fix the air conditioner.
We looked through 6 rooms and only at 14:33 we managed to find a room with a double bed, non-current air conditioning and a normal drain in the bathroom. At the reception, they rolled their eyes, clicked their tongues, were most dissatisfied with us. They argued that the hotel is old and no one will change anything at the end of the season (4-star hotel! ), they were rude, they said that we need to be careful, otherwise something might happen to our things.
The room that arranged for us was not cleaned, we had to find and pay extra for the cleaning lady to clean it. We got to the room at 15:30.
Number. Quite decent, without a safe, with a view of the stage, but plastic windows saved us. There are telephones (in the bathroom and in the room), but their wires are cut off. There is no panic button in the bathroom, the handle that they hold on to so as not to slip is not fixed. In the evening and in the morning there is no hot water, because the water is heated by a solar battery and whoever managed to get in the building washed himself. Without money, the room is not cleaned, only the trash can is changed. For $ 1, bed linen will be changed and the floor will be washed. The sink has not been washed in 2 weeks.
Nutrition. Very varied. There were always fresh vegetables, fruits, a very large number of desserts, chicken, sausages, meatballs, garnished with bulgur, pasta, potatoes. Also national dishes and grilled dishes. They weren't hungry, they weren't poisoned. Huge line at lunch and dinner for soup.
Coffee machines were turned off at night. We left at 2:50, there was nowhere to get coffee. For alcohol we tried white and red wine. It turned out to be very sour. The guests drank cocktails. As we understood, they differed only in dye (red, blue, green).
Sea. The sea is clean, entry from the pier, stone bottom. In this regard, there are a lot of different fish. The way to the sea is another story. Walk for 15 minutes, 10 of them on the way past the market, where everyone is trying to sell you something, constant noise, din, a call to go to them, and 5 minutes between two hotels, where it is very dirty, trash cans, smells bad. But on the beach there is a coffee machine from the Larissa Art Beach hotel, in which there are more positions than in Larissa Vista.
Guide and excursions. We saw the guide 3 times. Booked tours with him, everything was fine. They did not forget about us, they always arrived on time, took into account the wishes.
Be careful that there is a "wine tasting" point in the excursions, this is the maximum imposition for expensive cheap wine, which is everywhere.
Animation. We did not go to it, we were not very interested. But from the room they heard children's animation and were sometimes horrified. Here is an example: a little girl (e) enters the stage and a dialogue will take place with the host (c):
Q: Who did you come here with?
D: With mom
Q: Where is dad?
D: He doesn't live with us
Q: Do you want a brother or sister?
D: I want
Q: And white or black?
D: Belenky
V: Well, then you need to go home for this.
And it was funny for everyone.
The free WiFi didn't work. Messages came in, but it was not possible to download them or send a reply. Every evening we sat in a hookah near the hotel.
The hotel itself is located on the border between Goynuk and Kemer. Buses are always packed, and to find something interesting, you have to walk 30 minutes to the Transatlantic Hotel.
Prices in tourist areas are bent such that it is easier to walk to the Migros store (a chain grocery store). In comparison, at the hotel, 1 liter of cola costs $ 1, in Migros 2.5 liters for 4.5 lira ~ $ 0.80. You will not hear any help, attention and advice from the reception. Basically, the staff speaks only Turkish (waiters, cooks, cleaning lady).
Also, almost everywhere they accept cards and payment from the card is in lira. Prices in lira are cheaper than in dollars. Russian guests are disgusting, endless cheap swill, desire to undermine everyone, break the rules, disregard for everyone except themselves and expectation of respect from others. It was terrible.
I advise you to look for another hotel, for such money it is quite possible.
Very bad hotel. Last year (2017) my mother went and there were better conditions (and a closer beach and normal cutlery instead of small cardboard cups for all drinks). This year they changed part of the concept and did not even warn that the beach was moved to a completely different place.
- I will add that the tables are always poorly cleaned, and if you didn’t sit down first, you will have to clean up the leftovers of food yourself.
- To the beach 1.3 km (checked on google map). The website of the annex states that it is 800 m to the beach, but in real life it is located next to the Azra Hotel. I will attach a photo of the road to the beach.
It was very unpleasant to walk through the stinking trash cans of other hotels on the sea.
