Liked the hotel. Very, very much. The work of administrators at a high level. Restaurant - aerobatics for service and a varied menu. Satisfied with the work of the maids. The hotel is located in a cozy place in the center, near a supermarket with good prices, opposite the entrance to the hotel there is a cellar with homemade wines on tap, 30 meters from the main promenade - an alley, a straight street leads to the old town. To the nearest beach 5-7 minutes.
Restaurants, eateries, taverns at every step, the quality of food and the price pleasantly surprised.

You can hardly hear the seagulls, you can't hear the neighbors at all. The room has a kettle, mugs, glasses, salad bowl. Large balcony. There is a dryer. Well located: very close to the shopping street, restaurants, beach, but at the same time there are no noisy walking crowds and music near the hotel. To the beach 10 min. With a very slow step, we look into the windows. The beach is good, but there is no shower and only 1 locker room. The cleaning was a little disappointing. The beds were not made, but only the duvet cover was folded. The dust didn't wipe off well. But the shower was perfect. And the hot tub works! Shampoo, soap and gel-shower were issued once upon check-in and no longer replenished. Once there were towels with frayed edges. In general, the staff is very friendly. They settled quickly at 11 am (did not wait for the checkout time), on the day of arrival they fed us breakfast. Breakfasts are typical for Bulgaria. Hearty and tasty, but generally monotonous. I didn’t find porridge, it looks like there’s nothing special to feed the kids. Although the kids were among the guests and chewed something : ) The pool on the roof is cool, but small. quite a few sun loungers around. Go to this hotel, you won't regret it : )

There is a swimming pool on the 6th floor, you can take towels from the bar - they do not require a deposit, you can use them throughout your vacation. Two rooms were booked - for me and my husband and the second for the children, settled in neighboring rooms, settled in the morning, immediately upon arrival, they did not require additional money for this.
A bit monotonous food in the restaurant (we took breakfast), but you should not expect feasts in Bulgaria like in Turkish all-inclusive. There are many shops and places to eat in the nearest street, from eateries to restaurants.
We rested in Bulgaria for the second time, before that we were in Pomorie. In Nessebar I liked more, more diverse entertainment and attractions.
I advise you to eat in the new city (visit Byala Roza and Jambo, the portion size and cuisine are impressive), in the old city we were several times in restaurants, we were very disappointed with the prices and quality of the dishes prepared.

Room: large, spacious, there is a bed, a sofa, a desk, a balcony with a table, a refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, etc. Cleaning is daily, you can ask to fix something, the bed is changed every few days.
Nutrition:
Dinners - excellent, varied from 18 to 20.00.
Breakfasts are good, hearty, with cereals, cuts, fruits, omelettes, but the same every day. It was a little annoying and that's the only downside.
Beach: To the free beach - 10 minutes. Umbrellas and sun loungers are paid (8-10 leva each - from about 4 euros). The sea is very warm, but shallow, you need to walk to the depth.
To the old town on foot 20-30 minutes. The infrastructure is good, close to shops, cafes.
On the roof of the hotel there is a swimming pool with sun loungers for guests, the water is not heated, but the view of the city is simply gorgeous.
Audibility between rooms is normal, you need to rely on quiet neighbors.
Internet catches in the lobby and rooms, but the room is unstable sometimes. In general - ok.

At the first positive impression, the hotel left a disgusting impression, I will write point by point.
1. Of the 2 weeks of rest, one of the elevators did not work for 7 days, and this is in a 6-storey fully occupied building. I had to stand for half an hour with a stroller, because. if you yourself can go down the stairs, then it was problematic to carry it with the child.
2. Shower gel, shampoo and other supplies are not replenished.
3 The mini-bar in the room is declared, but in fact it is not available.
4. The work in the room is of poor quality and not on time. When checking in, a breakage of the table on the balcony was discovered, a sharp piece was sticking out unsafe for the baby, they asked to fix it, they reminded me several times - nothing was done.
5. Half of the sockets in the room didn’t work when we checked in, we didn’t have enough to charge and work all the devices, they asked us to fix it, they waited 2 days, on the third I lost my patience, took out a screwdriver and fixed it myself.
6. The electric kettle was rusty inside, with a terrible black coating, a feeling that something black was cooked in it, I had to ask to be replaced.
7. The presence sensor in the room was constantly buggy, the electricity went out, no one responded to requests to fix it, I had to do it myself, it's good that my hands grow from where they need to.
8. My wife's new flats were stolen from my room. They did not respond to questions, "we don't know anything, look for it. "
9. After a week of life, the hotel administration decided to move us to another room. When asked why, they said that we paid for the room cheaper. When asked why we were not immediately settled in the room we paid for, they shrugged their shoulders. To my explanations that I do not want to move, because. I need a lot of time for this with two children, and in fact they deprive me of a day of rest, as well as the excursion planned for that day, they said: "So what? ". The attitude of the general manager is completely indifferent, no one is worried about the reputation of the hotel.
10. There are problems with installing a Wi-Fi access point in the room, even the most seedy one, although this issue turned out to be solvable, but the solution was proposed by me, and not by the hotel's system administrator.
11. The balcony was never cleaned.
12. There are no luggage porters. Suitcases in the room lifted themselves.
13. The air conditioner did not work correctly. It always turned on with errors, the temperature did not correspond to the set one.
Well, here are a few things to keep in mind:
1. Paid refrigerator, 4 leva per day
2. Paid baby cot, 8 leva per day. Folding, like an arena, also broken in addition.
3. Food is plentiful, but monotonous.

There were no queues. Very tasty desserts. In the restaurant and in the bar, young people - service staff, are very polite and attentive, they speak German, English and Russian. The reception also has Russian-speaking staff, if you have any questions, everything is resolved calmly and politely. There are many places for walking - there are places to go: both New Nessebar and beautiful Old Nessebar - 20 minutes on foot. We were lucky with the weather, only just before the departure the sea deteriorated, big waves and rescuers did not let us into the water. But the hotel has an indoor pool with clear water and jacuzzi
The hotel is quiet and comfortable, there were no problems with anything.

It took a very long time to choose a place and a hotel for recreation, as we flew with two daughters 4 years and 5 months old. We began to choose in June, and, as it turned out, most of the hotels were already on the foot. I liked Nessebar very much. Very cozy and beautiful town. Marieta liked immediately, only the location was frightening, but the fears were in vain. Nessebar is a very small town. We walked 5-7 minutes to the beach (slowly, with a stroller, and with stops near the stalls). We went to the beach near the Mirage Hotel (there is a convenient descent - a ramp, but for us with a stroller - this is important) The sea is wonderful, warm, the beach, like everywhere else, is municipal - free, sunbeds and umbrellas for 7 lev for the whole day.
We went to the north beach once. We walked for 10 minutes. But we liked it less, for an amateur.
The room is very good, spacious enough for our rather big family, everything is working. Cleaning daily, change of towels - daily. Change of linen - every 3 days, but we were changed more often, because of a small child. Shampoos, soaps and gels were added every day.
Nutrition. We only had breakfast buffet. Like everywhere else - monotonous, but tasty and neat. Vegetables, fruits (watermelons, oranges, peaches), sausages, sausages, cheese, cheese, noodles, muesli, yogurt, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, sweets are very tasty. Coffee - in vending machines, but I liked it, tea and juices - none. There were always a lot of places in the restaurant, the waiters were great. The reception also has professionals who are always ready to help and solve any problem.
We dined with fruits (there are a lot of them in Bulgaria and they are of high quality and cheap), we bought kashkavalki (buns with cheese) and ayran - the death of the head !!!
For dinner we went to a restaurant, we were often in the White Rose. Or they bought food in a Chinese restaurant-dining room near the Mladost supermarket and ate in the room on the balcony - superrrr!! ! The kids are sleeping, and we are nearby enjoying the sunset and awesome air!
We were in the pool a couple of times, everything is clean, but the sea cannot be compared.
Husband and daughter went to the water park, got a lot of fun.
We walked along the new Nessebar, went to the old town a couple of times. It's cool there, but not our format because of the large number of people. The kids got tired quickly. Everything is more expensive there and restaurants and goods.
By the way, in the Mladost supermarket you can buy everything for a child and the prices are almost the same as in Ukraine. Pampers, food, water. Dairy products are great!
2 weeks of unforgettable vacation flew by very quickly.
The flight (1.5 hours) was very well tolerated by the children, the eldest daughter was watching a cartoon, the youngest was sleeping.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, but the main thing is the mood. we flew to take a break from the daily hustle and bustle. The goal was achieved!! ! Thanks to Bulgaria, thanks to Marieta!

Towels were changed every day, but the bed was changed only on the sixth day. The shower cabin was leaking, there was a puddle near it, which for some reason they did not want to wipe. Products in stores are a little cheaper than here (Ukraine, Donetsk), but cafes in New Nessebar are two times cheaper than in my hometown. Delicious food, large portions. Cafes in Old Nessebar are more expensive. Resting at such prices is just a pleasure. So I recommend, I think you will not regret it.
