I would never give this hotel 3 stars!
-The rooms are dirty, for a week no one has cleaned it, I don’t talk about the towel at all !! ! I have a floor rag at home cleaner
-The hotel itself is dirty, dirty dishes are lying around the rooms everywhere
- The food is monotonous, for more or less edible terrible queues
These are the main points, and there are a lot of complaints about the little things
Of course, I understand everything, a budget option, but damn it, there is a side chapel for everything !! !

It is a barn, otherwise I will not call this place where we were settled. Dirt in the room - they washed the mirrors themselves, there is such a layer of dust on the phone and beds that I strongly doubt that they are aware of the cleaning.

Dirt in the room - they washed the mirrors themselves, there is such a layer of dust on the phone and beds that I strongly doubt that they are aware of the cleaning. There was no light in the room, or rather one lamp, and the bathroom was in the dark. And in the bathroom it's even worse, the shower is broken, the toilet doesn't work, it's dirty and completely unsanitary. The bedding was changed in 11 days 1 time and then only on 2 beds, the other 2 were apparently clean....Oh yes, I asked for blankets for two days, no, they didn’t, I had to pick them up from another open room. They decided that one blanket was enough for 4 of us. The balcony was never cleaned before us, the chairs are gray with dirt, rust is everywhere, mold is crawling on the wall, they ruined all things when they dried. Anex tour guide did not help in any way, IN THIS HOTEL I HAD TO GET EVERYTHING BY THEMSELVES - STARTING FROM THE BED AND ENDING WITH THE REPAIR OF THE LIGHT. THEIR PHRASE 15 MIN AND EVERYTHING WILL BE - IT'S LIKE A GO AWAY FROM YOU. There will be nothing!!!!
FOOD - the first 4 days there were a lot of Turkish tourists in the hotel, To be honest, the nation is unclean, There was horror and emptiness in the dining room, They just ate everything, threw leftovers on the floor. a bed, and there, voila - bits, cups, cigarette butts - in short, the hair stood on end), They breathed a sigh of relief when these beautiful Turkish families left to eat and rest at home. Now about the food, it's not bad, if there were vegetables and I'm happy. Food is like food, there are no complaints, The children went really hungry, they said that everything was not tasty, They refused to go to breakfast at all. As a result, everyone pretty much lost weight))) So to speak, they lost weight on the all-inclusive system. Fruit was always given, everything could be taken into the room, Only these plates of their number then stood in the corridor for days. Dirty dishes!!
PERSONALLY I WOULD COVER THIS HOTEL DUE TO COMPLETE UNSANITATION !!!!!!

SEA AND BEACH - for the sake of this and went. The sea is wonderful, clean, azure and very salty. And most importantly, it is so warm, There I forgot about the horrors of this hotel, The beach is not big, but there is enough space, You can always take sun loungers. Sand with small pebbles. Very comfortable, the Aegean Sea is just amazing!! ! Around the mountain, you just swim and your eyes rejoice if you don’t look in the direction of the Santa Maria hotel.
The hotel has good animation, but for Russians it is not provided. The children did not understand anything, they had to translate from English. At the beginning, it was not in Russian at all, then they began to translate. And well done guys!! ! They are a solid five. Slides for children and the pool were chosen by children.
