We had lunch and dinner outside the hotel. there are two beautiful ponds with fish, and several times for breakfast a squirrel came to drink from a reservoir on the territory.
To sum up: I recommend it to everyone who likes a relaxing holiday.

Thanks to the travel agency ginservice, which persistently persuaded me to go to rest in this hotel, I had not heard anything about it before, although I know everything thoroughly in the gaspra in the Marat region. The room is spacious, everything is new, you can easily accommodate four . my pictures will tell you best. lunch (50 gr. ) and dinner (40 gr. ) can be ordered according to the proposed menu. Only the air conditioner caused inconvenience, it could not be turned off on your own. well, if the hotel provided passes for the cable car (as in Ai -todor-south) everything would be perfect. I recommend it to everyone, both old and young, and families with children. The road to the beach is not very strenuous: through Marat and from the hill under the cable car. but back we paid either for lifting on the elevator of the sanatorium Ukraine (6 gr. ) Or for the cable car - 15 gr.

So, we gathered for a long-awaited vacation with the following line-up - me, my eldest daughter 6 years old, my youngest daughter almost 2 years old and my mother 58 years old (our dad could not go with us) and this was our first mistake ...We arrived we went to the railway station in Simferopol from Rostov, took a taxi to the park-hotel. The taxi driver brought us to the park-hotel "Marat", because there was not a single pointer to the private park-hotel and, accordingly, he did not know (this is the first minus). We, with suitcases, with a stroller, with children, went on foot to look for him. Although not so far, it was terribly hard and insulting. The mood dropped. We found it, climbed the stairs, I didn’t like the steps anymore, since I already imagined how I would lift and lower the stroller and the child on me every day. The children immediately liked the goldfish in the small pond (this is a plus). We went to settle down.
We had a voucher for two adults with three meals a day. We were forced to pay 50 hryvnia for two children. per day for each for PUBLIC SERVICES. It turned out 1200 hryvnia. 12 days FOR CHILDREN. Absurd? And so we were also shocked, for additional places for children with breakfast, they also said to pay extra as much as our entire voucher with three meals a day costs. But, thank God, we did not have to pay after expressing our discontent. (this is the second minus) After checking in, we had time for breakfast. The portions are very small, for example, a man can not eat enough. The tea is disgusting, it is not clear what kind and how many times brewed, the coffee is also terrible. After breakfast, we were given passes to the beach and we went ....we walked for a long time, the elevator was never found, since no one knew, even the guard at the boarding house "Ukraine". My mother was in shock, how long it takes to go, but these are still flowers ...

We barely made it to the hotel, we walked for more than an hour (this is the third minus). And then we were waiting for a "delicious lunch". It was impossible to eat and the portions were small. In shock, we went up to our room and, frustrated that there was still no air conditioning, we lay down to rest. But then the air conditioner showed up, but only one per floor (this is the fourth minus). Dinner didn’t impress us either. On the third day we found a shorter way to the beach, but it didn't get much easier. A very steep descent and, accordingly, an ascent, plus five hundred steps you need to go to the elevator, in order to take the elevator thirty steps. In general, nothing is organized. There is nothing for children, no slides, no swings, no sandboxes. Although every second vacations with children (this is the fifth minus).
Cleaning is disgusting, on the tenth day they changed bed linen. Once, after cleaning, they left the room not closed, climbed into the closet with things without asking and took one blanket, left a terrible dusty camel blanket, after which my daughter coughed all night (allergy to dust) and, on top of that, they threw it out by accident (the cleaning lady thought, that we left a bag with things in the bathroom in order to throw it away) a bag with our dirty things, but then they found it in the trash and returned it. (this is the sixth minus). In general, the room is clean, comfortable, plumbing and furniture is new. (This is a plus) There are a lot of emotions, the hotel did not get better at all. Does not correspond to 3 stars, especially the dining room food. Shish kebab ordered - brought disgusting. And far to go to the sea. RESULT: with small children, the elderly do not recommend.

This, and perhaps the fact that the hotel's beach is located far below (approximately 500 meters) and we had to go down a rather steep descent, and to make an effort to climb - were the only and most serious disadvantages of our holiday.
But probably we were so positive that the non-working cable car was perceived as an opportunity to get physical activity, since there was no sweltering heat and the road to the sea was almost completely covered with shade.
I must say right away that such a rise will be tiring for the elderly and young children. As an alternative, we were offered to use the elevator of the sanatorium "Ukraine", which is located next door and the hotel gives out passes for free use of the beach. This condition was stipulated when buying a ticket. However, in fact, on the day of our arrival, the passes were not yet ready, and as it turned out later, the elevator in this sanatorium was also inoperative for several days.
A few words about the beach. A narrow strip of pebbles, in some places so narrow that when a wave comes in during a light storm, most of the beach is absolutely unsuitable for recreation. Entrance to the beach using spa cards is free, we paid for sun loungers and were allowed to go to any place we liked. The density of people at that time was low, but by the time we left, it had doubled (we had a rest from 31.05 to 9.06). We compensated for the cold sea (the temperature did not exceed 18.5 degrees) by swimming in the pool of the sanatorium "Ukraine". One such visit costs 25 UAH, the pool is covered, with sea water and heated. The Marat pool seemed cold to us, and given the low air temperature, we refused to swim.
The hotel itself made a great impression. A new beautiful 4-storey building, a fenced area, a cozy courtyard with a pond with goldfish, many rose bushes, small gazebos, swings under light awnings, benches for relaxing, and everything is very well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly, the administrator immediately answered all our questions and in general there was an impression that we were welcome here : )
We lived for a few days in a regular superior room, then moved to a suite. I must say that even in a regular room we liked it very much - inside the hotel everything is done with taste - from light curtains on the windows and beautiful palm trees in tubs to a single style in everything. In general, the hotel has a very "homely" atmosphere. The suite struck first of all with two separate balconies overlooking the sea, a spacious large bed, a separate room with a TV and a sofa and a clean, tidy bathroom.
There were no problems with food either. Breakfast was included in the price of the tour, we took oatmeal, pancakes or scrambled eggs, tea, coffee to choose from. Ordinary canteen food. But we had lunch and dinner at the bistro "Marat", the restaurant "At the mother-in-law" and drank coffee at the "Malibu". Prices are decent if you don't take expensive fancy dishes. Near the hotel there is a market with fresh fruits, small shops, the central road along which for 6 UAH. you can get to Yalta. By the way, we arranged excursions ourselves. Fortunately, the "Park Hotel" has a rather good location and minibuses go there from Miskhor to Simferopol.
In general, we arrived rested and even sunbathed with a small number of sunny days. The mood could not be spoiled either by the construction in neighboring buildings, or the steep descent to the sea, or the cold sea and cool wind. And the hotel left the best impressions.
