Located in the center of the city. It is located close to the most famous places in Prague that you simply must visit - Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, Prague Castle, Old and New Towns. Also, what you might be interested to know is that Pav is located near the famous brewer "U Fleku".More →

It was a bit noisy at night, but personally it didn’t bother us in any way - after many hours of walking we slept like dead.
Cleaned up every day.
Hearty breakfasts, from 7.00 to 10.00, always full.

I really liked the rest, Prague itself is magnificent and the impressions were complemented by a cozy hotel. there is a brewery "at fleck" nearby - it didn't bother us, there wasn't much noise, it even helped out when we returned late. advice: do not drink beer there along with becherovka and calculate the amount of payment - they cheat very much !!!! !

To be honest, I recommend! Our travel agency "drew" this hotel almost at the last moment - they ordered it, a little more expensive - but they did not regret it for a second. The rooms are large and close to the old town. Cleanliness, internet in the bar, morning buffet is quite satisfying. The neighboring building is the "At Flick" brewery - a brewery in the old town - of course, there are pioneer detachments of tourists there every evening (in the sense: when they go out, they already sing in chorus) - but on the other hand, live beer (even if you personally don’t drink it) - and bring friends, acquaintances, relatives. … More ▾ To be honest, I recommend! Behind him - cooler - "Absinthe-cafe-bar-pub" - of course, for an amateur. but very good live music, and you can not so hard - but only beer or dry wine, for example. The owner is a former resident of Kiev. To the singing fountains go by tram 17 from the embankment, on it - to the Jewish Quarter, to the Powder Gate 15 minutes on foot. Tesco is on the way. Advice: very comfortable shoes: not necessarily just sneakers, but to be comfortable in fullness, do not rub anything, no heels (you will have to walk on paving stones). We have seen enough of beautiful girls with fixed ankle bandages and crutches. But in general - I want to return to Prague.

Breakfast is a buffet, everything is very tasty and a large selection, the bar has wonderful coffee, juices, etc. The staff is friendly, some speak Russian, you can get help on any issue at the reception, the Internet is free. And most importantly - a very good location, almost all the main attractions are 5-10 minutes on foot, to the tram stop and the metro too. There are many restaurants, cafes nearby, 2 non-stop grocery stores nearby, which is rare for the Czech Republic. Of the minuses - the lack of a refrigerator in the room, the weather was hot and I wanted to drink something cold, not room temperature.

To begin with, I went to the Czech Republic with my parents in August (late) 2007. This was our second trip. We have long wanted to go to Europe and we were advised to start from the Czech Republic. In general, I advise anyone who travels to Europe for the first time to start from the Czech Republic, because. reasonable price and it's just a fairy tale.
Hotel. We chose the 3* PAV hotel. The hotel is located almost in the center of the city, not far from the Dancing House and from the meeting point for tourists going on excursions. I must say right away that the hotel is 3 * or even more. Completely new renovation, spacious rooms, luxurious bathroom, plasma TV. Everything is very modern and tidy. So the price: the tour cost us about $ 750 per person and with a flight from Kyiv for 8 days. For those who were not embarrassed by the price, I tell further...
The hotel operates on a breakfast basis. It includes: several types of yoghurts, fresh fruits, a huge selection of teas, coffee, milk, scrambled eggs, sausages, salads....in general, malnutrition does not threaten. However, do not confuse Europe with Egypt or Turkey. In Europe, everything is more modest, I mean food.
The disadvantage of the hotel (although it may be a huge plus for someone) is that it is located next to the famous Czech brewery, well, you probably got the hint . The downside is not that there are a lot of drunk people around, but that at about 19:00 probably half of Prague gathers there and a real feast begins with songs and dances, and so on all night and every day. Although if you close the window more tightly, you can sleep. This minus is so small compared to the impressions that the Czech Republic fills with that it is not necessary to pay special attention to it.
Prague. This is a beautiful city - an open-air theater. All the buildings are in molding, in gold, in painting . . in general, a paradise for connoisseurs of art. Be sure to take a city tour. On it you will be taken to the most famous places and you will begin to at least slightly navigate the city (after all, it is huge). Also in Prague, I advise you to visit the Krzhizhikovy light and music fountains - this is an unforgettable performance, as well as the famous Prague Zoo, where there are no cages and aviaries. There are all kinds of animals in the zoo, there is a cafe, animals can be stroked, photographed. The zoo has two levels and a cable car leads to the second level.
By the way, advice, I am a student and from my own experience I can say - be sure to take a student card and present it at all state institutions, a discount of about 30% or even more.
You can walk around Prague for hours, it is especially beautiful at night and completely safe, because this is Europe!
We visited a huge number of excursions and visited almost all major Czech cities. Karlovy Vary deserves special attention. It's a completely different story. Do not hesitate and take an excursion to Karlovy Vary. This is a small resort town among the mountains, in the center of which the Tepla River flows. Vary has a huge number of geysers and healing springs. There is also a treatment pool. In your free time, visit shops, buy souvenirs and famous Karlovy Vary waffles. You can talk about Karlovy Vary for hours, it's just a miracle, we were delighted and plan to go there next year.
Well, you are probably already tired of my story. If you suddenly have questions about this fabulous country, write to me at ICQ 406408797 and I will definitely help. By the way, I was also in Turkey and Egypt, going to the UAE. You can also ask questions about these countries.
PS: as I said, we went in August, but the temperature at night dropped to 9 degrees, and during the day it rose to 27. In Karlovy Vary it was about 10 degrees and cloudy, drizzling. However, after the sun came out, it became even hotter.
Prices in Prague are quite reasonable, do not compare with France or Italy, they are much higher there.

About the hotel Pav 3 *. I can't say anything good. But the breakfasts are very decent, until 16:00 we went without problems, I didn’t even want to eat. Next to a sports bar. On Saturday, domestic league matches are held. And somewhere until one in the morning it was noisy, the fans were walking).
