Loved the Leela Hotel. Very quiet, clean, internet in the room worked well. The quality of lunches is good, the hotel has its own pump room, salt room, water procedures. The staff is friendly and solves all problems without any problems. Guests from the train are met by the hotel car. There is a dining room and a restaurant, the price-quality ratio is beyond praise.

The only thing I did not like was that the territory of the entire village was crammed with vehicles driving around it. The feeling of life in the carpool. There is no question of mountain clean air. Locals drive junk from Europe, polluting the air with exhaust from old engines. Residents of Kyiv are fine, they are used to it, but the rest are uncomfortable. This alone does not make you want to come again.

The hotel is amazing bottom. Everyone just says that everything was better in past years: the kitchen, the staff, the cleaning, the renovation. I think it is not normal to settle guests in an uncleaned room. She condescendingly washed the plates herself, swept away the crumbs from the table, but when I saw the dirty bed linen, I went into the bathroom, which was in the raid, a stained mirror, no paper, went to the administrator, whom I kindly informed about this.

I traveled a lot and was in hotels of different levels, I have never met such neglect in any country. The cleaning lady cleans obscenely, the linen was changed to the same in incomprehensible stains (apparently they are not displayed). Towels and linen were not changed for 5 days, I asked the cleaning lady in the hallway to give at least towels. Didn't bring. Again I went to the administrator to ask at what interval they change towels and linen? Answer: towels every 3 days, bedding on the 5th day. After that, the cleaners came running, gave towels and changed the linen. But no one ever apologized. So this is in order. Why do I have to run after them all the rest? Admins are polite, that's all of the good. I can forgive even bad food, but not such a mess and attitude.

My wife and I went to a junior suite. There is no remote control for the air conditioner. I asked, they answered at first that it was gone. I went to the reception, they said that the air conditioner was not working and that they would write down a claim for repair. For 9 days, no one came and was not interested: -probably they saved electricity.

I went to the reception, they said that the air conditioner was not working and that they would write down a claim for repair. For 9 days, no one came and was not interested: -probably they saved electricity. Maybe not only our room was deprived of a remote control?... Fortunately, the weather was tolerable and the shady side helped. Cleaning, of course, is better than a blunder, but not in a European way. Toilet paper, if they see that it is not enough, they will replenish it. Soap, if they see a stub, perhaps they will deliver a piece (bought for themselves in the end). Shampoo was not given even once (such small tubes). Bad Internet! . On the 3rd floor, I barely pulled in the room. Went asking to overload the router. At the slightest storm, the Internet is weak, the TV-half of the programs flashes, freezes (no signal). Serving staff from the villages. Not everyone is neat and clean. I saw through the open doors from the street (and more than once) that they were working in the kitchen without hats and in rings - which is not permissible according to sanitary standards - I didn’t go to their dining room to eat. Yes, I wouldn’t go without these nuances.
I don’t cry at all, because I come from those places and I know everything what and how. But next time I won’t settle in Lileya.
It is just necessary that people write reviews of those who rested, and not the employees of "Lilea" themselves or the owners. Thank you.

Drive from the railway station Svalyava 15 minutes. The hotel is located on the territory of the sanatorium "Sunny Transcarpathia". The administration and staff of the hotel are pleasant, friendly people. A very cozy hotel with good rooms. Lived in the standard on the 3rd floor. The room is clean, has everything you need: hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, air conditioning, set of dishes.

Change of towels, linen once a week. There is a pump room with mineral water. There are also various massage services, a salt room, and other medical and wellness procedures. I was very pleased with the Lily restaurant. Where we were met and served by friendly waiters, the food was very tasty, and the menu has a large selection of dishes for every taste. The prices are good and the portions are not small. Wait for the order 15-20 minutes. The hotel area is neat and beautiful. There are gazebos, swings, table tennis, a river flows nearby. I liked the convenient location of the hotel.

I booked the hotel by accident, half of the staff rested in Edelweiss, others in Liley, and when booking, I confused the names. I don't regret anything. Lily's pros: 1. Located right at the entrance to Sonyachne Zakarpattya. 2. The hotel has its own small area, unlike most others. In the same Sofia, the territory is a small lawn on which you can not walk.

Lily's pros:
1. Located right at the entrance to Sonyachne Zakarpattya.
2. The hotel has its own small area, unlike most others. In the same Sofia, the territory is a small lawn on which you can not walk. It was very nice to go out to the balcony with a cup of morning coffee and enjoy the beauty of the mountains, the fog in the valley.
3. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, and not 1, but at least 3, i. e. choose a stronger signal. The speed is excellent, you can watch movies.
4. Room cleaning - every day, towels are changed every 3-4 days.
5. The standard room has: iron + ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle and crockery, TV, air conditioning.
Soap + shampoo in the shower.
6. The rooms are clean, with normal furniture.
And most importantly - pump room with mineral water right in the hotel. In the morning I went down the stairs to the 1st floor, drank water, went back to my room, put myself in order and you can go to breakfast.
Also in the hotel there are several massage therapists + cosmetologist + phytobar and a salt room. I only went for a massage to Mikhail, I really liked how he does therapeutic massage. Strong arms and a pleasant, polite young man.
Nutrition.
We took only breakfasts, they were hearty, be sure to give porridge with a meat dish, cottage cheese, or pancakes with sour cream, or milk porridge. We had enough breakfasts so as not to be hungry until the evening, and we left the room at 9.30 and returned at 20.00, because. we came there to walk as much as possible in the surrounding mountains, which is why we also chose a standard room, and not a 2-room suite, because. The room was only for an overnight stay.
It is better to take excursions from Ivan in the building of the hydropathic resort of the sanatorium, the rest are a divorce, you will simply be brought to the place and that's it, and Pan Ivan is a real guide who knows the history of Transcarpathia.
And there is also Pan Vasil, who takes him to the mountains for a picnic in a GAZ-66.
I liked everything in the hotel, having studied all the surrounding hotels and their territories, I came to the conclusion that Lileya is the best and best option.
But the restaurant next to it with the same name, let us down. The place is beautiful, you sit drinking coffee in a light and large wooden frame, a mountain river flows through you, and you look only at it, and not around, because. it's mesmerizing. But the waiters are a joke. First, you will be served tea, which you actually expect after dinner or lunch, and then they will bring and put out all the hot snacks at the same time, not taking into account that a person cannot eat meat with a side dish and khachapuri at the same time. Although their khachapuri is terrible.

We stayed at this hotel in August. Good combination of price / quality. The hotel itself is not big, but compact. On the territory of the gazebo, alpine hill, river, some unusual trees) the staff found it difficult to answer what they are called, but they are beautiful. We were in a room of the Standard category, the equipment of the room is like a Suite, it has everything, I wonder what is there in the Suite .

We were in a room of the Standard category, the equipment of the room is like a Suite, it has everything, I wonder what is there in the Suite . . The food is more like a dietary one, we had breakfast there several times, and all the rest went to other local establishments. The pump-room is also available in the presence of 2 types of mineral water. There are many additional services on site, but only for extra. fee.
Nature is beautiful.

Cozy hotel with good rooms with everything you need. Prices are moderate. The staff is adequate and friendly. The food is good. It has its own area, small but cozy. The hotel offers a variety of services (procedures) ranging from a salt room to various baths and various types of massage. I can say that I was very satisfied with the services that I used, the staff tries very hard.

A big plus is that the hotel has its own pump room with mineral water, which is very convenient. In general, the rest was excellent, who goes to rest, he will rest, and who goes to something to cling to, he will cling anyway. Thank you very much for the hospitality of the hotel staff, special thanks to the director Michael)))! We will definitely come again!

Very old furniture - impossible to sleep, dirty floors, towels, rags for the floor, mosquitoes in the room, no balcony, rudeness and unfriendly attitude of the administrator. We moved out for 2 days WE DO NOT RECOMMEND the LILEIA hotel in Sunny Transcarpathia.

The hotel is excellent. The room has everything!! ! Electric kettle, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, TV, dishes, disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, soap! ! In general, everything that takes up a lot of space in a suitcase! The servants are polite, they will tell you everything, they will clean it and wish you a good night! On the territory of the hotel there are quiet gazebos, a restaurant, a playground, table tennis.
