On the rest of the days, we got to know our room and the hotel, as they say, closer and closer... more precisely, with its features:
- The water in the shower flowed weak pressure,
- The pressure of water, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, and sometimes icy.
- There was no shower gel, cotton buds, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bathrobe, slippers, air freshener.
There was only liquid soap and shampoo, for 4 * as it is modest! Don't you think!?
- The hair dryer is so worn out and underpowered that it is not realistic to dry long hair!
- There is no air conditioning in the room, but the old crooked fan was a bonus.
- Room cleaning for 3.
- Shabby old furniture.
- The floor (laminate) is swollen in places.
- Constantly smelled of dampness, and we had to spray toilet water.
- The advertisement of the hotel said about the kitchen, and it's true it is. BUT no dishes.
- The dim light of the lamps evoked sadness and thought about how we got stuck.
- no mirror in the room, only a small one in the shower.
- The Internet was constantly cut off, if it was possible to stay there in the evening (at night), then it was 10-15 minutes! *((
- No bottles of water for drinking are placed in the room, there is no coffee or tea, as is done in 4 *, 5 * hotels
The breakfasts were amazing!
One kind of sausage, One kind of cheese, barely warm coffee, tea, milk, one kind of juice, egg, bread, cake, jam smeared on a plate. And so from day to day. Is this a 4 * hotel, I don’t understand why people give this hotel ratings of 4 and 5. Haven’t they ever rested in quality, conscientious 4 * and 5 * stars hotels!
Photos of the hotel do not correspond to reality, on the website of the hotel, the photo shop has done a miracle!
From "go. . a" - candy *)))
The room cost 74 Euro. And as it turned out, it's a little expensive, since there are many hotels nearby from 45 Euros.
at least 2 cu. e. ). From the starting point of all excursions (Vaclavak) only 300m.
The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and quiet. The lack of air conditioning is not particularly encouraging.
Russian speaking staff is friendly and welcoming. Meals at the hotel (but rather
almost complete absence of it) more than paid off with a daily visit
"Absinthe Time" cafe-bar on a relatively nearby street
Krementsov. Here already from 7.00 (for Prague - a rarity) you can inexpensively and very
eat delicious. By the way, the staff there is also Russian-speaking and especially friendly.
Smoking in the hotel itself is prohibited. For non-smokers, this is a big plus in almost
fully smoking Czech Republic.
By and large - the hotel pulls on 3.5 stars, and then with a stretch. But regardless
for everything - I recommend. The price-quality ratio is good.

My outrage is beyond words! A brazen swindle of tourists, intimidation and a flagrant violation of all possible rules. After an hour of arguing, we were still given the keys, as we demanded that the precious minibar be vacated and that the phone in the room be turned off so that they would not risk their property. The fairy's face was very displeased. This is the first time I have encountered such disgrace, as well as such an obvious collusion between the hotel and the travel agency, whose manager, Elena, defended the interests of the hotel on the phone, assuring that all over the world they take a deposit from tourists! I haven't heard more bullshit. I complain to you, because the mood of the people was spoiled, disrespect and violation of the norms of hospitality are evident!
